With reference to the current physics concepts, implementing the gravitational constant in atomic and nuclear physics and studying its consequences is beyond the scope. 10 dimensional String theory is also not in a position to couple the nuclear scale and planck scale. Role of dark energy or dark matter is very insignificant in understanding the basic concepts of unification of fundamental interactions. Considering the atomic and nuclear physical constants till today cosmic acceleration is not yet verified.

Project summary
Within the expanding cosmic Hubble volume, Hubble length can be considered as the gravitational or electromagnetic interaction range. Product of ‘Hubble volume’ and ‘cosmic critical density’ can be called as the “Hubble mass”. The three proposed assumptions are: 1) within the Hubble volume, each and every point in free space is influenced by the Hubble mass, 2) ‘molar electron mass’ can be considered as the rest mass of a new heavy charged elementary particle and 3) atomic gravitational constant is Avogadro number times the classical gravitational constant. This is a new approach and may be given a chance in understanding the four fundamental cosmological interactions. Approach may be different but involvement and encouragement may bring this subject into main stream.

Yes, but you must write kWh, not kW/h. From the concept of energy unit, which is, basically, a quantum of work made in 1 hour: in equation, 0.746 kW = 1 HP, wherein 1 HP ( Horse Power) is the average calculated power of a horse and corresponds to the energy that a horse makes in 1 hour. If you talk of energy produced per hour by means of a system, then you must write kWh/h. The writing “kW/h” is a non sense.

what about intermediate solution between industrial and domestic units – if homeowners from village purchasing together industrial unit for whole village, is this allowed? This will be not more dangerous then industrial usage, there can be even dedicated person for managing unit, unit itself can be located in dedicated building for safety.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that, whether it is ‘ether’ or ‘dark energy’, there exists some strange nuclear matter. From particle physics point of view – the existence of dark energy, dark matter and ether seems to be very intriguing.
Please try to define the physical properties of ether and estimate the rest masses of proton and electron. Thus I request you to please extend your valuable idea to unification.

1- airplanes and cars are well known and very diffused apparatuses, so statistics are possible and certifications are consequently possible. Besides, you cannot drive a car, let alone an airplane, without a license. On the contrary, E-Cats are apparatuses without operation statistics, yet, and a Customer could buy an E-Cat , for example, in Home Depot and carry it home to use it without any license: obviously this is not acceptable by a Certifier until the apparatus is very well known after industrial applications, for which certified and licensed operators are necessary.

I was wrong writing “civil war”, it could be easily misunderstood. One reader said that householders could get educated and certified like for driving a car or a plane and I guess could be an answer.
If not, is that because:
1) a 24h overlook is needed for the cat
2) education is quite lenghty
3) besides regulations, is better to have some years of testing on industrial before spreading the wings fully with domestic plants?

in past years you strongly opposed to unbound verifications also because using specific instruments, they could gather data that reveal the secret sauce that you are using.
Since you now had third party professors testing the e-cat, which of the following is true:
1) they were limited in what instruments they could use so they could not gather indirectly the sauce recipe
2) you now have a shielded reactor that keeps the secret
3) it doesn’t matter any more
In addition, why did you change your mind about third party tests?

With regards the article ‘tools and concepts’. This subject although abstruse I shall add some personal thoughts that may be worth considering. The subject although complex I believe involves understanding structure and the concept of an aether substance. Question: Why 6 individual quarks?. Answer: quarks represent charged aether and charged aether is with regards to geometric structure because aether when within a structure has a charge. Quarks are necessary to produce a 3-dimensional container to contain none potential aether, a micro aether system of the macro. Each dimension is a product of 2-potentials, a positive and a negative of an aether dimension. 3-dimensions of aether is the product of 3-forces, 2 potentials each force. Diametrical force, radial force and circumferential force. Potential relates to position within the macro structure of 3-forces within which quarks are formed. Thereby 6-potentials form a quark with a charge and 3 micro charges of force potential form a dimension of aether with a force and 3 dimensions of force form a basic structure of 54 potentials. Every stable charge/container is comprised of 2 major dimensions, these being a volume and a size connected by an oscillating radial of communication. Aether of the volume force dimension has a negative potential. Aether of the size force dimension has a positive potential. Every charge spins on its diametrical dimension to remain neutral within its structure. It is the radial force that provides the charge with an attribute of identity (stand alone unit). Basically the 3 dimensions of a charge are ‘time dimensions’ because one cannot exist without the other. Hydrogen proves that a binary system alone is able to support a structure but there is weakness and instability. Matter exists in 2 states as charged and none charged aether. Aether structures are containers for aether without a charge, aether without a charge roams without direction because it has an affinity to empty space. Every charge relies upon a binary system of gravity (gravity is a focal point of empty space containing aether of no potential. This point of gravity is within every charge and thereby equally on the outside of every charge whether being micro integral or of a macro. When charges break down due to environmental attraction between one another, due to a lack of radial activity, the charge of a size dimension moves into the charge of a volume dimension. When 2 opposite dimensions of aether come together, radial dimensions outside of structure are formed (random radial charges of a potential). The size charge expands to volume, volume charge collapses to size that results in a loss of overall volume with regards neutral radial charges produced and subsequent chaos because of no structure. Confined aether of no charge displays a similarity of vibration that creates a state of rejection from the central gravity mass of aether, producing radial dimensions of aether and thereby constructing an organized aether structure. I believe that only by recognising aether as matter that can exist in two states will this difficult yet fascinating subject be better understood, of course I may be wrong. And I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Andrea Rossi on his amazing work, tenacity and I am sure eventual triumph in the e-cat saga. All the best regards Eric Ashworth

I think that a revolution made with guns is only a change of master,the true revolution is made by technology and it is an evolution.
Lenr is not the solution at all problems,but is an essential step.I think that capitalism will implode when it will not have the reason to exist.
There are three pillars:
-global information WWW
-free energy (this,now)
-advanced robotics (probably from quantum computers)
www makes the world one thing
free energy takes away the most important resource from few hands with all the consequences
advanced robotics will create a situation in which will be on the one hand a perfect and self supported productive system and from the other side a grate mass of unemployed people without money for buying.

surely Rossi’s technologies would be fantastic from a revolutionary point of view; but your statement that LENR could be the solution for universal poverty, famine, slavery, wars, exlpoitation and so on is really incomprehensible. Just the opposite is true: without a political proletarian civil war replacing money and capitalism with communism, all the new productivity enhancements will be disastrous for the capital reproduction process, because overproduction and unemployment will ravage the economic system; clear recent examples – among thousands of others – are Tavazzano italian electric facility partial closure and Siemens’ solar activities failure, both due to overcapacity. Without market expansion, capitalism needs LESS energy or MORE EXPENSIVE energy. Capitalistic production system always needs to augment the workers’ number, while highly robotized LENR industries would reduce it drastically, both because it doesn’t need fossil sector workforce and because the technologies triggered by LENR innovations would disrupt other more capital intensive industries. Yes, capitalism needs to improve productivity without end to survive, but – at the same time – this fatal doom requires a contemporary extension of workers’ number to extract more surplus value, at least 2% yearly. The situation in America and Europe is evident; Asia is rapidly advancing towards its limits, Africa is entering the same process, and LENR would dramatically start an acceleration. Then, a historical leap to a superior social system will be mandatory, because only the destruction by general war could restart the perverse machine. So, the political, scientifical and epistemological correct attitude is to support Rossi’s (and his competitors) efforts but – at the same time – prepare and organize for a faster-then-anticipated destruction of the system, preferably by a proletarian revolution if you are a worker, and by an imperialistic war if you are an owner.

With your recent talk of a Mouse and a Cat working together, it sounds like two E-Cats are running very close together like conjoined twins. In the past I have noticed that as seen in images of your E-Cats, they were always shown with a considerable physical spacing between the individual units, as seen in the 1Mw plant, most of the total volume inside the shipping container was empty space. Individual E-Cats have been seen operating in a solo configuration only as far as I am aware of, we never observed two E-Cats running in close proximity to each other. Was there a requirement for a specific spacing between the running E-Cats? Or just a matter of convenience for your early prototypes? Will the physical density of your next generation of E-Cats be greater than what we have seen so far?
Can you speak to the issue of what is planned next? After the report, the next deliveries of Industrial E-Cats, and other planned E-Cat deployments, do you and your partners have a roadmap for future paths to be explored that you can discuss here publicly? I used to be able to say that this work was the result of your energy Company, Leonardo, but now we do not know who to refer to when discussing the overall leadership of your E-Cat efforts, when will we be able to give proper attribution to the entity that is currently known simply as “your partners?”

I do not know when the publication will be made, but I suppose around the half of April: the peer reviewing is in course since December, when the third indipendent tests had begun, remember? Then a second phase has been made, but the reviewing was already in course and substantially the work has been the same. The last cycle of 120 hours has been a “replica” to make sure the results were real.

It is my understanding that publication in a peer reviewed journal is a very long process, often taking a year between submission to the journal and actual publication.
