Abstract

During Ni-H collisions, proton (of the hydrogen atom) combines with the Nickel nucleus and electron (of the hydrogen atom) combines with the Nickel electronic shell and forms Copper with no emission of alpha or beta or gamma rays.
or mole number of such Ni-H atomic fusions, as hydrogen atom is losing its identity, binding energy of electron is converted into heat energy of ~1.3×106 joules.
As the temperature of the system increases, more number of hydrogen atoms may fuse with more number of Nickel atoms liberating more heat energy.
Selection of the target cold fusion atom seems to follow the condition: selected stable atom’s Z+1 is a new stable element with odd atomic number.
Fineness of the Ni powder may help H atoms to fuse with ease causing more number of Ni-H fusions.

I’d like to give the samples to the same Swedish laboratories that made the analysis of the ashes of Lugano, which already know the issue and can make a comparative analysis too. Obviously this will not be a third party analysis, but a private analysis funded by us to better understand our product. The results will remain confidential.
    Warm Regards,

    Dr Andrea Rossi:
Did you already decide who will make the analysis of the ashes after the end of the test?

Congratulations for your US patent, the first patent awarded in the USA for an apparatus in this field that really can operate, without theoretical BS as happened in all the applications we saw before this masterpiece of you. Now there is real intellactual property and surely real investments, now, will allow you to manufacture in mass your creature.
    Bravo!

    Hello dr. Rossi,
I am sending links I think are interesting.

A prominent North Carolina investor is backing a new kind of fusion that operates at much lower temperatures than thought possible, which would make it easier to commercialize. So far the early results show promise.

    Dear Dr. Rossi,

When you start the commercialization of your E-CATS, will these reactors be sold with and inside some kind of containment housing for liability reasons ?

    Dr Andrea Rossi,
Congratulations for the great US patent you achieved: I read it yesterday and I am impressed. Now you have an intellectual property certified by the Government of the USA and this will help the development of the E-Cat to make it work in every house.
    Godspeed, Andrea

Can you update us about what happened today with your 1 MW plant?
    Thyank you,

    Frank Acland:
I think she will continue to operate here, because we are making all the necessary reparations. Obviously this issue will be decided in collaboration between the Customer, IH and Leonardo Corporation on the base of the situation at the end of the test period. In a nutshell: if a new Corvette is produced every year, this does not mean that the Corvette of the year before has to be retired, if it goes well and respects the EPA requirements!
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Frank Acland

    Dear Andrea,

If the plant you are currently working with has a positive outcome in the test period, will it stay working at the customer’s factory? Or maybe get an upgrade based on what you have learned during the test?

    Many thanks,

    Frank Acland

  • Andrea Rossi

    Frank Acland:
Surely this long and thoroughly test has taught us many things and gave us many informations. For obvious reasons I cannot disclose particulars that also will substantiate new patents.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Frank Acland

    Dear Andrea,

You wrote that “we are continuing to record corrections to be make in the next plants to improve the technology.”

It sounds from this that during this long testing period you have learned important information about the plant you have designed. Probably it is too late to change a great deal about the plant while it is running — how different in design and materials will the next generation of the industrial plant be compared to the current model

    Many thanks,

    Frank Acland

    Prof. Neri Accornero:

Question: which will be the power of the industrial modules?
    Answer: basically 250 kW.

In this period I am intensively studying ” Quantum Theory of Tunnelling” of Prof. Mohsen Razavy ( University of Alberta, Canada), published in 2003 by World Scientific Publishing Co., Singapore.
Is is a text I stupidly discovered only recently, even if it has been published twelve years ago and it is of paramount importance under the theoretical point of view, along with “Models of the Atomic Nucleus” of Norman Cook and “Nuclear Models” of Greiner- Maruhn. It is a text of 570 pages, that have to be studied, each of them, line by line, with a complete and exhaustive bibliography. A not easy, monumental, foundamental work.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Arthur Walker:
Now it’s 09.45 inside the computers container, on Thursday Sept 24: situation stable, for the 1 MW E-Cat, even if we are continuing to record corrections to be make in the next plants to improve the technology; the E-Cat X is continuing to be very promising, but we need another couple of weeks to begin to have some consistent ideas about its reliability.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Prof. Neri Accornero:
1- First and foremost: what I said is: if , and only if, the results of the tests on course, which contractually are foreseen to be ended by February 20- 28, will give positive results, all the organization of Leonardo Corporation to make the investments necessary for the massive industrialization will be started: the plans are ready already, all the necessary contacts have been duly prepared, the due diligence on the suppliers for the outsourcing has already been made, but, this said, it is now impossible to know how much time will be necessary to be actually ready for a massive production, while the commercialization of the 1 MW plants will have a faster track, for obvious reasons. Anyway, the time scheduling for the deliveries of the 1 MW plants, for which Leonardo Corp has already an enormous portfolio of pre-orders in the whole world, is impossible at this time. I want to be clear on this, to avoid misunderstandings. About the existing laws and the authorizations: obviously the E-Cats will have to respect all the laws and the bourocratic issues involved, as any other competitive technology.
    2- Yes
3- See the point 1 above: to answer to this question I really need a crystal ball; one thing I can say: Leonardo Corp. is working and will work to initiate the commercialization as soon as possible. My dream is within 2016, but between dreams and reality there is an ocean of objective obstacles to cross, included the permissions issues you cited in 1.
We have been able to overcome many very difficult issues ( as for examples the patent granted by the USPTO), and I think that we will overcome all the next obstacles as well.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Prof. Neri Accornero

    Dr Andrea Rossi:
As you know, in many European Countries there are rules for the use of heaters or electricity producing units with a power above 10 kW.
    I am asking you:
    1
How do you reconcile this with your industrialization strategy, provided the final results of the tests on course will be positive?
    2
Does the intellectual property of the E-Cat belong to Leonardo Corporation, who has licensed for it all the existing licensees?
    3
When do you think the massive distribution and commercialization of the E-Cat will begin, provided the tests on course will end positively by the end of February 2016, as you and we all hope?
    Cheers,
Prof. Neri Accornero, University La Sapienza, Rome, Italy

    Dear Mr. Rossi,

I have been following and supporting your work since 2011 when E_Cat World started. I am very excited with for you and wish you the very best!

I share your work with others, believers and disbelievers alike. I am writing a primer for the layman titled “The New Fire”. I’m not a writer, but a R&D Sr. Software Engineer with an electronics background. I have developed R&D presentations and training materials. I have a writer that reviews my work and provides comments and encouragement.

E-Cat, LENR+, and LENR coupled with their evolution is a lot to digest and complex. I think I have a simplified it… hopefully. I just want to spread the word!

E-Cat World is the primary source of information as well as the Journal of Nuclear Physics and your website for your biography. You remind me of the Wright Brothers – powered and controlled flight is possible.

I would like to use your Trademark of the cat on my book cover? It would really be an honor.

I can submit my book (MS Word) to you for review if needed before you make a decision, just tell me where to send it.

    Respectfully,
    Dennis Drumheller
