Here is a paper I wrote while preparing for the impact of Hurricane Matthew. Interestingly, my power went out only minutes after I finished composing it. In the very near future Sigma 5 will be reached. When that date comes,it will change the world as we know it. My concerns are, how will the logistics,by shear numbers alone be resolved. The supply lines to the manufactoring plants,from the manufactoring plants. The instalation at the users in. Much of this must be in place from day one,if not for any other reason than to prevent back engineering from the first public installations by competitors.in my Humble opinion you must start out of the gate running.
