While I’m not an expert on the topic of nuclear physics, I did buy the book by Norman D. Cook a few years ago (after your recommendation in this blog).
I think the FCC lattice model described by Cook has some very beautiful properties. One of these properties is that the tetrahedral geometry of the helium nucleus serves as a building block for any other elementary particle. It was also a revelation to me that the lattice model is derived entirely from the Schrödinger equation.
A few years back I developed a modeling language for describing 3D geometries using recursive rules.
I have now managed to create a model of a geometry that is almost identical to the lattice generated by the NVS software. Demo available here (requires a browser with WebGL support): https://modeler.longknot.com/
My hope is that this will be a useful tool for further theoretical research and that the lattice model will become more established within the scientific community.
Features of the FCC lattice demo program:
– adjustable number of protons and neutrons
– visualize tetrahedral lattice structure
– multiple colourings (similar to NVS): spin, isospin, magnetic spin, total spin, principal
Feature of the modeler.js library:
– rule based programming language for creating complex geometries
– define both geometries and animation paths using recursive rules
– key frame animation support
– skeletal animation support
– define geometries using scaling, rotation and translation operators
– context-free grammars (no variable assignments)
– extrude geometries along animation paths by using nested rules/transforms
– support for camera animation
– all geometric transformations represented using quaternions
– isosurface support
– WebGL custom shader support
Once again, kudos to you and your team for your great work on the E-Cat SKL. Very much looking forward to 2020!

Season greetings from you and your team. What a star you have for the Christmas tree this year!
I’m not sure if someone asked this already but I was wonder something about the core temperature of the e-cat SKL. I think you mentioned it had a maximum core temperature of 10000K. I’m wondering if the core temperature depends on
1. the over all power rating of the device including electricity output.
2. Or if It depends solely on the thermal output power.
For example something like 10000K when all the energy is thermal and perhaps closer to 7900K when making maximum electrical impact.
If the later then 7900K is still 1.5 times hotter than the solar photosphere. So there could be still significant optical out put in that spectrum. As well as infrared.
I wonder if that optical output if it occurs could be usefully used rather than just converting it to heat. Obviously at the high temperature in the device it would be difficult for traditional photo volt is to be used. But perhaps by use if quartz optics the remaining UV and Optical parts of the emission could be refracted or separated somehow and redirected to a cooler zone where it can be usefully used.
I suppose it would depend how much useful energy is in that part of the spectrum though.
Obviously if only IR energy remains in the Electrical out put device most of what I just said does not apply.
Could you please confirm what we readers have understood from your answers, that the SKL is a modular apparatus, that is made of many 10x10x10 “cubes” connected together, so that an SKL assembly can be configured at the desired power? I.E. the 20 kW module is build with n 1-2(?)kW cubes? And that a cube weight is 500-1000 grams so that make sense that a 20 kW assembly weight is 10-20 kg?
John Atkinson:
I did not say I do not know when the third party certification will begin.
I still think the demo will be made within February 2020, but this is not defined, yet.

1 The Ecat SKL has not been cleared as a product, yet. It is premature to talk of orders
2 This information will be given at the presentation of the product when the product
Warm Regards,
A.R.
I’m confused. You say that you have very few orders for E-Cat SKL. What were your many thousands of preorders for E-Cat for? Were they for an obsolete non-existent product? I had assumed that my early multiple orders and support for your eventual product would move me to the head of the line for your first mass produced product.
You say that your E-Cat SKL is suitable for heating air only. If a homeowner wanted to produce his household demand for hot water, would you recommend that the water be heated by SKL supplied electricity or with an added heat exchanger? Do you intend to market the required heat exchanger?
Mr. Rossi,
Since you do not know when the third party will begin its test do you still believe the demonstration will be ready by the end of January or the beginning of February?
Merry Christmas and happy New Year
Enea Romagnoli, I presume you are interested in the electron shell because it is a fascinating subject. As an introduction to the field of the electron I can refer you to an interesting study as to why the Earth rotates in its attempt to remain neutral within its field of endeavour. An interesting experiment regarding centroidal forces. Take a metal rod, any type of metal, heat it to red heat or close to and centrifuge it. One end inner most one outer most until cold. Then place on a pivot or float from central position in same axis as centrifuged. Expose it to heat, light or cold. Map its magnetic/electron field. Then imagine the Earth as four centroids, each contributing to the N.S. poles of the Earth. For me it’s an introduction to magnetic electro motion regarding shells within an outer environment.
Regards Eric Ashworth.

Are you planning to equip the Ecat SKL with a heat exchanger to heat water or other fluids?

You said that the Ecat SKL can “give electricity and heat, wherever they are needed”.
If the Ecat is used to generate the electricity to power a motor vehicle, can the Ecat adjust its electric output quickly enough for the electric motor to provide the almost immediate extra mechanical torque required for fast acceleration or hard cross-country driving?
Best wishes for the test of the Ecat SKL and the presentation in January or February.
1. If a 20kw E-cat SKL was installed in a home to handle peak power demand for the house, but the average demand for the house was only 1kw, could the E-cat provide an average of 19kw to the grid if the economics worked out?
2. Could this contribute to lowering the energy cost for the home owner?
Dear Andrea
The energy off 20 to 30 % in form of heat produced by the SKL is to be removed from it.
To keep this energy for a useful purpose is a benefit.
Do you intend to poduce the unit in a shape to removed/reuse this energy by air or by water?
Best regards Svein Henrik
Microsoft gets a license fee from every computer sold that has the Windows operating system on it, Windows is sold in computers made by many different companies.
The same is true with Intel when their chip is used in computers (my laptop has an ‘Intel Inside’ sticker on it).
Have you thought of an ‘E-Cat Inside’ licensing strategy, where E-Cats can be incorporated into products from many manufacturers, and you get a license fee for each product sold?
Could be one way to get a speedy diffusion of your technology.

Dr. Rossi,
During your upcoming presentation, if an audience member asks, “At a high level, where does the energy for the E-Cat SKL come from?”–
Are you going to refer them to your paper?:
http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-CAT_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
or are you going to also provide an answer that’s more readily grasped by the average “layperson”?
Ungraspingly yours, WaltC

To think is always useful.
About my theoretical directions, they have been disclosed in my paper

Probably during the presentation of the SKL an update will be introduced.
