Dear Dr Rossi,
UV-C light is invisible and destroys all microbes and viruses yet is harmless to humans.
Consider E-Cat powered UV-C devices in public places, above airline seats, c-packs, and nebulizers.

Dear Readers:
I am receiving emails reporting the data of Readers that want to participate to the quest of the Ecat SKL characteristics: I cannot accept data sent to my email, because this is a public quest and when we will nominate the winners, all the Readers must be able to check if their data are really the closest to the data we will disclose. I cannot say that the winner is somebody whose data nobody could see before, for obvious reasons of transparency.
So please send your data here, to this blog.
Instructions if you are not able to:
1- go to http://www.journal-of-nuclear-physics.com
2- click “recent posts”
3- click “United States Patent…”
4- click “leave a replay”
5- click “post comment”
Warm Regards,

Thank you for your suggestion.
My next miracle in mind ? To beat my wife in a tennis match, when the corona virus restrictions will allow Wimbledon and me to restart the competitions.
Thanks for your data quest, duly recorded.

OK, I’ll give this a go. I’ll use the magic of psychology! We’ll start with the assumption that things are unlikely to have gotten worse. If I recall, the E-Cat SKL figures were reported to be:
Size: 10 x 10 x 10 cm
Output Power: 100W
Efficiency: 70 – 80%
You have been working upon improvements. I ask myself, where would you most likely choose to work for improvements? Size? Not likely, at least not directly. It might change as a result of other improvements, but probably nothing major. Lets keep that the same.
Output power? I doubt you will change that significantly. It’s a handy standard, and you’ve shown you can make just about any power level you want. So, let’s keep that the same, too.
Efficiency? I think that is the most important aspect of this new device. I think that is where you are putting in your time. The existing numbers, 70 – 80% are already amazingly good. I’m going to guess that you have squeezed another 10% out of the process to convert your plasma into electricity. Since we started with a range, the new range is probably 80 – 90%. If we have to go with a particular point, I’ll take the midpoint of the new range – 85%.
So, my prediction is:
Size: 10 x 10 x 10cm
Power: 100W
Efficiency: 85%
I find it difficult to believe you have made the miraculous more miraculous. You have created two miracles; heat from almost nothing, and direct conversion of plasma to electricity. So, have you got your next miracle in mind? Anti-gravity? Faster-than-light travel? You have created very high expectations!
But don’t start on anything new right now, please.

There is a competition on course, I cannot comment the data. In due time I will publish the actual characteristics in the data sheet and we will see who are the winners.

The information discussed recently regarding streamlining mass production of e-cat modules is IMHO extremely relevant. To perhaps stimulate this thread within your JONP I am putting this information directly to your blog, if you so all. I am not affiliated in any way with the authors, originators, or organizations that published this information, however, I am very intrigued by it.
Steven N. Karels sent a Laser Focus article describing the use of 222 nm Far UV-C light to eliminate bacteria and viruses in air, water, surfaces and on skin. The current emphasis is on medical solutions to eradicate the corona virus while ignoring a near term technology solution that can dramatically reduce pathogen caused diseases worldwide now and in the future.
I’m attaching articles, technical paper websites and company videos describing the technology and results of testing to further substantiate these claims”
Talking about LEGO. A while ago I sent a link about M-blocks mostly for fun bu I still find it it amazing. So here it is again for fun.
M-Blocks 2.0: Self-assembling Modular Robots
But there is a serious side to it too. I’m not sure you are ready for assemblies to self construct like this ;). But I wonder if instead of having LEGO dimples or other physical connectors like if you could make use of the electricity. Having a coil in each surface that could be activated as needed could perhaps allow them to connect electro magnetically. A kind of electromagnetic cement. If the electricity is almost free it might be worth considering. A coil could perhaps be used to inductively connect the cubes for power and logic transfer with out a physical electrical connection too.
Then we could have different bricks than ecat-SKL bricks of the same format. These could be 1. spacers just containing coils for attachment and data transfer. 2. Bricks dedicated to thermal control where more heat transfer is needed. 3. Logic bricks. 4 power storage bricks. 5power control bricks to control accumulated power distribution logically and safely. Etc.
This would really bring LEGO to engineering in a way.
Perhaps in the future even mechanical construction could be impacted! Allowing building of construction frame works with small light and strong bricks bound by cheep electricity. Carbon maybe come a resource too valuable to burn.

a. yes
b. the second principle of thermodynamics is not applicable in this situation, as well as in other situations: I already cited in this blog the case of catalyzers applied to exhaust gas pipes of the cars: they yield a gain of energy, allowing chemical reactions happen at lower temperatures, but at the end of the reactions they remain intact, no mass decrease, no consume at all. Also in this case the second principle of thermodynamics is violated.

Dr. Rossi,
I’m sure you’re well ahead of me on this– it would be noteworthy if your robotic helpers were powered by E-Cat SKLs while they were busy building new E-Cat SKLs. It fits the notion that the cook who samples their own cooking becomes the first to realize what needs to be improved.
