This is a link to a product testing.
Is this the type of testing you are doing?

    Dear Andrea,

You wrote this week, “We must shield the product against any possible risk that we can imagine”. There is risk in all aspects of business and life — how can you avoid all risk with an E-Cat SKL product launch?

    Many thanks,

    Frank Acland

  • Gerard McEk

    Dear Andrea,
Your answer to me in previous questions have lead to quite a few of others asking you about details. I hope you do not regret that.
I have some additional questions about that also:
    A. How would you value the reliability of the SKL if you did not need to take care of these ‘standards’ and ‘risks’ where you refer to in your answer to Sam?
    B. Are you getting help of your ‘customers’ in solving this reliability issue and to make the SKL rugged to undesired usage?
Thanks again for replying on all our questions.
    Kind regards, Gerard.

    Hello DR Rossi

    Can you give reasons why
    total reliability of SKL is
    below 80 percent?

    Dear Andrea,

Is it possible to have a E-Cat SKL cube with a control board integrated into the cube, with a Bluetooth connected hand control, the cube having just a DC electrical output.

When we will sell them they will have 100% of reliability, independently from the assembly.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Iggy Dalrymple

    Dear Dr Rossi,
You mention that your E-Cat SKL still has issues with less than 80% reliability.
When multiple SKLs are used in unison does the reliability improve, or do they like to sing in harmony?
    Best regards,
    Iggy

  • VIKTOR SHIPACHEV

Dear Dr. Rossi, I am sure that your role in the development of mankind is comparable to that of Academician Sakharov (see Wikipedia)
    sorry for being too curious
    here are my questions:

    1. When will you name the date of the presentation a) in a month?
    b) after 3 months b) or even later?

Sakharov’s collaborators recall Sakhrov’s astounding intuition, which failed him only once: he believed that hot fusion was promising.
Your intuition has found a more reliable solution.
    I wish you and
    Your team continued success.
To be healthy. hello to your spouse.

  • Dear Andrea,
what, in your opinion, are the isolation conditions of an Ecat system so that its operation in SSM can be said to be scientifically verified beyond any reasonable doubt?

You well know that the criticisms of your detractors have focused on this aspect of your previous public presentations.
I think that if you can and want to answer my question exhaustively, you will remove arguments from your enemies.

    Gian

    Caro Andrea,

    Gian

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

I am very happy to hear that SKL now works as expected except for some
    remaining reliability issues.
    Some questions:
    1. Is present total reliability still below 80% of expected?
    2. Occasional issues at the startup?
    3. Occasional issues at switch off?
    4. Occasional switch off during normal operation?
    5. Occasional switch off due to changing external conditions?
I understand if you cannot answer at this moment.

    Kind regards
    Sven B

  • TOUSSAINT

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

One question please, do you think that the COVID restrictions will be soon lifted, and that you can normaly proceed with the tests of the SKL?

    Kind Regards.

    Gerard McEk:
You have not to be sorry…sometimes I am late !
    Answer:
Yes, the A.I does the job. So the answer would be “good”
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Gerard McEk

    Dear Andrea,
Thank you for the previous answers.
Sorry for being unclear regarding instability.
With stability I meant the stability of the output while it is in operation.
How do you value the output power/voltage/current change due to internal instability (not due to fluctuations in the load)?
I would think the controller will compensate for fluctuations in the load.
    Keep on going!
    Thanks, kind regards, Gerard

  • Andrea Rossi

    Gerard McEk:
    a. excellent
    b. can be improved

    Answer to Sam:

    Dear Sam,

    link to PressClub World: http://www.pressclub.world

This is one of the very few news related websites which, in addition to general news, also publishes 2 highly suppressed topics:
    – E-Cat development
    – History of Khazaria Empire, mass conversion of its population and the grave consequences of its fall

PressClub World is real Press Club – every journalist can be a member and publish here if he does not promote war crimes and crimes against humanity. Basically, everyone here can be a journalist.

Note: In Germany, Austria and Czech Republic, promoting a war crimes and crimes against humanity is serious crime, so it is not permissible (for example) to praise the burning of women and children alive with white phosphorus in the Gaza Ghetto by one well-known regime.

    To Your last question:

In PressClub World it is absolutely no problem to publish articles about E-Cat SKL.

  • Paul di Anno

The new material you discovered, is in the ashes of the skl or it is used as a component of the skl ? Can you explain much more about this ? Best regards

  • Andrea Rossi

    Chuck Davis:
Mainly the SKL, on which now we are focused.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Sam

    Ivan Samec

    Is this link the organization
    you mention in your comment?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Association_of_Press_Clubs

If it is how would they get involved in
getting the story out about the ECat-SKL.

    Regards
    Sam

  • Chuck Davis

Dear Andrea, is the reliability situation common to both ecats or is it just the SKL?

    Warm regards,
    Chuck Davis

  • Rodney,
Insurance is one problem, assurance is another and probably a bigger one. The average consumer has to be assured that the equipment will not present a hazard and will be more economical than what he has satisfactorily use for many years. If Andrea can demonstrate that his equipment works, I think it will take a lot of time to accumulate experiences with installed units before the general public will be assured of its worth. It took a while before the dependable and cheap horse was displaced.
    Hopeful regards.

    Eernie1:

I don’t foresee an issue with installing a properly certified power unit in a home. If it were to become an issue that could be easily overcome by installing a small powerhouse on your property to enclose the ecat and then connecting the power grid to powerhouse then powerhouse providing the mainline power to the home. A distance of 25 feet or so from the dwelling would probably be sufficient to satisfy an insurance company.

    Thanks

    JCE

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
some suggestion on how to defend against unfair & destructive critics:

Permanently working testing showroom, where prospective industrial customers can test E-Cat SKL in black box style tests.

Showroom location may vary for security purposes. Armed guards of the 2 or better 3 different security companies are necessary. Every security company has its full perimeter. One has an outer perimeter, the other has an inner perimeter.

Any prospective customer who shows a preliminary interest in ordering the X MegaWatt set of the E-Cat SKLs can test the E-Cat SKL there.

There is no way to prevent CNN or other media from spreading fake news.

For decades, these “news” entities were unable to understand the definition of term “ethnic cleansing”, which is published on the UN website.

Thus, for 72 years, these “news” have been glorifying, praising and promoting a regime that has been carrying out ethnic cleansing against indigenous Semitic peoples for 72 years.

There is no way to get these “news” to publish real world news.

On the other hand, no one will prevent You from publishing real info and real parameters of the E-Cat SKL.

And E-Catworld, and also PressClub World will stand by You, support You and spread information about E-Cat SKL further to the public.

What parameters do prospective customers need to know:
    – continuous output power
    – native form of output is AC or DC
    – TBO i.e. “fuel” life
    – dimensions, weight incl. control box
    – price of the SKL incl. control box
    – cost of “fuel” change
    – delivery (production) time of (Your ideally sized) set of SKLs

    Rest is business as usual.

    I wish You great success.

    Best Regards Ivan Samec

  • Hi Eernie1:

Thank you for that response. Am I correct in thinking that you are saying that if someone were to install a domestic EcatSKL to provide heat and electric power to their household, their annual house insurance premiums would rise so much that the additional cost would make the purchase of the Ecat unit economically non-viable, compared with other energy sources?

That is an interesting point I had not considered. But the premiums would diminish in subsequent years assuming the units do not cause house fires or other insurable calamities. I can see that this might cause marketing problems in the early stages.

Might you also be thinking that Andrea might consider selling the units with insurance included in the price – either capitalized one-time in the price of the unit, or in the price of the annual replacement fuel cartridge?

Doing it this way might be an excellent way to get around the problem since, with the prospect that eventually there will be billions of these units in operation, one would think that any alert insurance company would be eager to get on board early on, with some long term arrangement with Andrea. With billions of units operating, even a small annual premium could be very lucrative for the insurance company in the long term, if the Ecat proves to be insurance-problem-free. Perhaps Andrea might do a deal where he ends up with a significant ownership in the insurance company as part of the deal?

    Calamity-free regards,

    Rodney.

    Hello DR Rossi

    Do you have a name

    Sam:
We will be attacked hardly and our foes will find any possible way to destroy the reputation of the product. We must shield the product against any possible risk that we can imagine. I am making the attorney of the devil against the Ecat SKL.
This is like to prepare a soldier to go in the line of fire without being killed. Our product will be welcome to many, but it will be shoot at by many others and this is a sure fact. I experienced in past something similar ( see http://www.ingandrearossi.com ). I want not to repeat that experience.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Sam:
Studying the problem and the possible solutions, then experimenting the possible solutions.
    Warm regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Steven N. Karels:
This could be surely a possible application, if the Ecat SKL will work.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Steven N. Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

Another future application – replace diesel-electric trains with eCat powered all electric trains.

Current diesel-electrics burn about 2.0 to 2.6 gallons of diesel per mile. Equivalent electric trains will consume only about 66 kW-Hr per mile.

Assuming a 60 mph average speed means a fuel consumption rate of about 138 gallows of diesel per hour or about 4 MW electricity power generation. Assuming an 80% eCat SKL conversion efficiency requires a 5 MW capability. It is likely that short term battery storage of energy for dynamic breaking and for climbing hills would be needed.

    Advantages:
    Cheaper energy cost per mile
    less air pollution
less maintenance cost (no diesel engine to maintain)

    Thoughts?

  • Rodney,
Perhaps I have not made my point clear. Andrea is not being evasive when asked to estimate the cost of a domestic unit. He has a lot of experience now in attempting to obtain the proper licenses to sell to the public. The insurances and assurances required to protect his future in that market are much harder to put in place than those required in the area of the business community which already possess extensive protection for all phases of their operations and can therefore explore his devices with the necessary protection.
In the domestic market, insurance companies would be overly expensive until enough experience in installed devices would give them enough statistics to offer reasonable rates. How long this would take is a difficult question. I think the general public would also require this information before they replace their tried and true devices to a large extent.
Perhaps the experience obtained in the business world would help him to introduce his devices to the general public.
    Marketing regards.

  • Sam

    Hello DR Rossi
