    Dr Joseph Fine:
Of course 113N was a typo ! I edited it.
Thank you for the correction: I didn’t observe it !
About the high power Ecat SKL: I will finish to make it on Thursday and I will test it Friday morning at 6 AM Europe time, for the first time.
    Warmest Regards,
    Andrea

    Dear Andrea Rossi, Anonymous

    The comment by Anonymous says:

” The fact that nuclear reactions of the type 197Au + 14N -> 198Au + 113N take place at energies at which colliding nuclei do not come in contact is an interesting though little-advertised discovery”:

At the risk of being obvious, it should say:

    197Au + 14N -> 198Au + 13N (comment: 197 + 14 = 198 + 13 )

Dear Andrea, Here is an existing microturbine generator with a power density of 66W/pound that you could use as a comparison to the power density of the SKL. The fuel consumption rate was conveniently omitted from specifications. At 44kW continuous power it seems to be targeting households with 200A service.

  • Chuck Davis

Dear Andrea, Do you believe that the latest improvement in energy density is worth the impacts on production cost and reliability? It sounds like the huge increase in complexity will result in a large increase in cost!

    Warm regards,
    Chuck Davis

    Dear Andrea,

Regarding the Casimir effect you utilise in your paper, it appears that there is not universal agreement on the source of the Casimir effect.

See; R. L. Jaffe – The Casimir Effect and the Quantum Vacuum, 2005.

“In discussions of the cosmological constant, the Casimir effect is often invoked as decisive evidence that the zero point energies of quantum fields are “real”. On the contrary, Casimir effects can be formulated and Casimir forces can be computed without reference to zero point energies. They are relativistic, quantum forces between charges and currents.”

    Regards,

    Keith Thomson.

    Gerard McEk:
I am determined to deliver, also because my tennis performances do not give solace to this poor soul.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Marco:
    Correct.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Manuel Cilia:
    Both ways are possible.
    Warm Regards,

  • Dear Dr Rossi
Is your intention still to have the Ecat operate with a continuous small injection of energy(electricity) or are you focusing more on a self Sustaining Ecat model.
    Thank you

  • Marco

    Dear Andrea,

the fact that the COP is moreless the same is good news, because it means that the underlying process is almost linear (this can have conseguences on the theory, and the software that you are writing and if true, this means that you can try to further increase the power). This means that at higher regime, as in the new SKL, the new ECat is moreless the same regarding stability, controllability and dependability compared with the older SKL.

    Good job!

    Regards, Marco.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Anonymous:
The core of my paper is that at a distance intermediate between the atomic and the nuclear scale, in the order of magnitude of the electron Compton wavelength, the effects of magnetic force, Casimir force and quantum vacuum/virtual particles play a fundamental role.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Gerard McEk

    Dear Andrea,
10.000 connections! Good heavens, you are running the gauntlet!
What happens when you twist one or one has a bad contact or it short circuits another connection? One big flash?
That’s the work for a dedicated faithful robot in a fruitful future but not for you right now. I suggest playing tennis with your wife and invent something less complex that can prove the concept.
But no doubt you are determined to deliver. I wish you all the strength!
    Kind regards, Gerard

    Dear Andrea,
    in your paper
    http://www.researchnet.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
you cite: “In paragraph ‘Nuclear Reactions in Distant Collisions’, E.P. Wigner hilights their importance in nuclear transfer reactions: ‘The fact that nuclear reactionsof the type 197Au+14N -> 198Au+13N take place at energies at which colliding nuclei do not come in contact is an interesting though little -advertised discovery”: can you explain where is the link of this discovery with the theoretical bases of the Ecat SK operation ?

  • Andrea Rossi

    Thomas Florek:
    Thank you.
We are working very, very, very hard and this kind of comments give us a quantum of solace.
I will start the new ecat SKL next Friday. It is the most difficult and complex thing I have ever made. If it will work, it will be very important, but it is very difficult. I am making 10 000 connections concentrated in a small reactor, each of them with particular characteristics. This is the result of 20 years of experiments and study, with the help of a great Team and of Professors from which I learnt, and I am learning, an enormous intellectual patrimony; without their help I could never have been able to write the theoretical paper that is at the base of the Ecat SK series:
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
I think the high power Ecat SKL will work, but it is very difficult. While I am writing here is about midnight of a Saturday and I didn’t end my daily job: but I hope it is worth the while.
Thank you again for the magnificent puppets you gave life to on

Please remain safe you too !
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Hi Andrea,

I am fascinated by people’s reaction to the unfolding coronavirus situation, and I wonder if it relates to how people naturally react to unexpected things, (including your work).

Even at these times people are reluctant to accept that life is disrupted. People are still resistant to believe that movie theaters will not be filled, and football stadiums will not be filled with cheering fans. Perhaps it is wishful thinking or perhaps such disruption of expectations is difficult to process in our minds.

It made me wonder if your work is also unexpected and difficult to process. Generations have seen a world built on the kinds of energy that our economy is built on, and people may be surprised that other kinds of energy might exist, and that these technologies could be explored by a small group of dedicated people with great concentration and effort (you and your team).

People might assume that any advancement in the field of energy would have to come from inside of the giant established energy companies themselves. Perhaps anything else is difficult to comprehend.

It leads me to believe that a continued understating of the Ecat has been good for you so far, and will continue to be a good strategy. Perhaps a good way to describe it is: “It is a somewhat more efficient way to generate heat and electricity.”

    Please remain safe!!

  • Andrea Rossi

    Chuck Davis:
    Thank you for the information,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Chuck Davis

Dear Andrea, What do you think about using one of these https://www.capstoneturbine.com/products/c30 with an SK for a residence to speed the ecat to market. The SKL would be a product improvement once it is ready.

    Warm regards,
    Chuck Davis

  • Andrea Rossi

    Martyn Aubrey:
    Thank you for your wishes.
The ratio between the electric energy generated by the Ecat SKL and the electric energy consumed does not change substantially in the more powerful version.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Martyn Aubrey

    Dear Dr Rossi,

You replied “No” to Brokeeper’s question (Has the COP of the SKL increased proportionally to its power density?).

Is this because the COP of the Ecat SKL is almost infinite anyway, and cannot be, or indeed need to be, actually increased?

I wish you all success with your tests for the enhanced SKL. Stay Safe, and I hope that you will be able to present your developed product to the world once this terrible virus has subsided.

    Warm Regards,
    Martyn Aubrey

  • Andrea Rossi

    Brokeeper:

    Dear Dr Rossi,
    in your paper
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
is written “Particularly promising, for understanding this technology, is the exploration of the long-range particle interactions”: are these interactions the source of your effect ?
Thank you for your great job,
    Joker

  • Brokeeper

    Dear Andrea,

This exponential increase is unprecedented from past improvements. Congratulations!
    Questions regarding the SKL improvements:
1.Is the new SKL’s superiority due to internal changes, control changes or both?
2.Has the COP of the SKL increased proportionally to its power density?
3.With this magnitude of energy extraction, will the current fuel be exhausted much
    sooner?
4.From my limited understanding, is any of this density increase being extracted from
    zero-point energy.
    Absolutely amazing!

I now know the Cat’s real secret. It is based off David Bohm “coming to KNOW that beyond the veil of form one can realize a ONENESS, present in you, me, the Universe and everything. I sensed that realm of BEING, which is fully consistent with quantum theory. In that state of being, normally obscured by the mind, I began to believe that we are all ONE CONSCIOUSNESS, the immeasurable “Spirit” that Bohm says “is never born and never dies”…the profound realization that there is No dying, No death.”

The real secret is your immeasurable conscious connected Spirit with the Cat:

  • Andrea Rossi

    Stephen:
    1- no, should be less
2- the thermal energy emitted is lower in percentage respect the former version
    3- see point 2
    4- no
Thank you for your sustain: the work is longer and more difficult than expected, it will be necessary more time to finish. This Ecat is very complex. The first start up of it will be very likely made on Friday July 31st.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Stephen

    Dear Andrea.

I suspect that all of us are now on the edge of our seats hoping to hear the testing towards the end of the week is successful.

May I ask some questions about the expected thermal output?
1.Is the thermal output of the device with this upgrade expected to comparable to the previous version ?
    2. Or is it expected to scale in with the power improvement of the device for example:
2a In proportion with the total. So If the total 10 times larger so is the thermal out put.
2b less than this (say double)
2c the same as the old one even though the total Electrical power is much increased ?
    2d higher
I recall the previous version was lukewarm
3 Is this true of the new version also?
4 was it also necessary to redesign the thermal dissipation of the cube to achieve this?

I wish you and your team great success with this.

Looking forward to hearing good news about it

    Best Regards
    Stephen

    Patrick:
Our consume of nickel is very low.
The Ecat SKL should give a substantial contribution in reducing batteries, at least theoretically.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Patrick

    Dear Andrea,

“Musk Promises ‘Giant Contract’ for Efficiently Mined Nickel

Elon Musk has a plea for mining companies: “Please mine more nickel.”

“Tesla will give you a giant contract for a long period of time if you mine nickel efficiently and in an environmentally sensitive way,” said Musk, chief executive officer of the electric-carmaker, during a second-quarter earnings call.”

    From: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-07-22/musk-promises-giant-contract-for-efficiently-mined-nickel

    Questions if I may:

How much nickel is required to power all the ecats that the world will ever need, compared to how much nickel is required for all the batteries that the world will ever need?

Will the ecat reduce the need for batteries in cars and homes?

    Regards
    Patrick

“We are still mounting it and it should be ready for the first tests within the end of this week.”

This is great news Dr. Rossi. I have great hope that this will be a great success for you and your team. 15th January 2021 will be the tenth anniversary of your press conference, held together with the late Prof. Focardi about your great discovery. I hope that, and propose that the 15th January 2021 will be the day when you launch your first commercial E-cat for the global market, also in honour and remembrance of Prof. Focardi and his great genius and courage blessed with great humility, humility that was astounding.

    Dr Rossi,
has the new Ecat SKL module a power suoerior than the former module by at least one order of magnitude ?
Thank you if you can answer,
    Ron

  • Andrea Rossi

    Fredrik:
The new Ecat SKL has a much more complex structure, albeit it has the same dimensions. I’d say that the last one has a technology exponentially superior.
We are still mounting it and it should be ready for the first tests within the end of this week.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Fredrick

    Dr Rossi,
Can you make a comparision between the complexity of the Ecat SKL first module and the new one you are making with a much higher power density ?

  • Andrea Rossi

    Raffaele Bongo:
You can obtain the voltage you want; the ratio between the power of the Ecat SKL and its mass will be disclosed at the presentation.

    Hello A. Rossi

I hope that your work in progress will give good results on the energy density of SKL. For SKL, I think the power to mass term would be more appropriate.

Can you publish what is the output voltage of SKL?

My full support to your entire team and my apologies if my question is confidential.

    Dear dr Andrea Rossi:
    In your paper
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
is written that from the zero point energy through the dV/dT with hight dV in the plasma are formed electrons and positrons: do you think this is the source of the energy gain ?
Thank you if you can answer,
    Giovanni
