Dear Andrea,
Did the test end because you chose to end it, or did some failure cause it to end?
Best wishes,
Frank Acland
Dr Rossi,
At which distance do you think the Casimir force balances the Coulomb repulsion, if any ?
Jean
Dear Andrea Rossi,
The new E-Cat has a volume of 100 cm^3 (0.1 L) and an output of 4 kW-h/h, so if it operates continuously for 365 days or 8,760 hours, the total output would be 4 * 8,760 kW-h = ~ 35,000 kW-h or 35,000,000 W-h from a volume of 0.1 Liters. Then total energy density would be 350,000,000 W-h/L . Of course, if you include the 8 Liter Volume of the Heat Dissipator, then total Energy Density would be 35,000,000 / 8.0 or ~ 4,375,000 W-h/L. (Or 35,000,000 / 8.1 = or ~ 4,321,000 W-h/L).
How does this compare to the energy density for batteries?
Enthusiastic regards,
Joseph Fine

Sam:
1- yes
2- the 4 kW are net, after the self-fueling
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Italo R.:
You are right, we are working on it.
Warm Regards,

Dr Rossi,
Congratulations on your latest achievement. A device that produces 4KWh/h of electric energy and only 1KWh/h of thermal energy is, to say the least, stunning and groundbreaking. You, and your team, deserve enormous credit for all you’ve accomplished.
Question, if I may, about the new many-connection architecture:
– Does the new approach mean, when it comes time to recharge the device, that the replaceable element will have thousands of connections to be disconnected & reconnected (like unplugging a microprocessor) when the element is exchanged?
– Or are the thousands of connections contained wholly within or wholly outside of the replaceable element?
I am eagerly anticipating the day when you can present this latest device!
thank you,
WaltC
Dr. Rossi,
yours is exciting and wonderful news.
We are looking forward for the test in September.
I was thinking about the 5,000 + 5,000 connections hand-made one by one, and I fear this could be a source of possible problems.
The plasma zone with its extreme temperatures and conditions could quickly damage the connections, if they are there, and in any case there is a great complexity that could reduce total reliability.
Certainly in the future the use of a robot will be of great help.
Best regards,
Italo R.
Hello DR Rossi
Was the controller running directly from power from the ecat, and not plugged into the mains? And even if it was running “closed loop” for some period, how much of that 4 kW was it using for that time?
Regards
Sam
Hello DR Rossi
Can you say where how
you learned the skill of
Soldering?
Was it 10000 connections
you had to solder?
Regards
Sam
dr Rossi:
Which do you think is the probability that the third party testing made by your partners will confirm your data ?
Gerard McEk:
1. it is 100 cm^3; 10 x 10 x 10 was the former configuration, while 20 x 20 x 20 cm is the volume of the heat dissipator containing the reactor.
2. we still need the charge
3. he,he,he
4. a resistance
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Giuseppe Censorio:
I am not able to answer.

P.S.
The theory behind the Ecat SKL tested now is here:

Koen Vandewalle:
The Ecat is my son. Can somebody know his son better than his father ?
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Fantastic news. Congratulations !
Vacation ? Then you will have to figure out another way to calm the inventor’s head and heart.
I think it is strange that you apparently have to do a lot on your own. Is this because no one else understands exactly how all processes in the device work together?
Kind regards,
Koen
Cordiali saluti.
The suggestion is to explore whether the nuclear transmutations present in the cold fusion area
and LRPI can be used to transform radioactive waste isotopes into stable isotopes.

Dear Andrea, in this moment of happiness, I believe you can better evaluate this rough message that I believe interprets not only my thoughts, but also the one of many others.
Congratulations on yet another success, but now it is enough please, it is not sustainable that such an invention continues to be cradled and “combed” by a small team, moving from one version to another more performing, without ever reaching the market.
With all due respect, I find it grotesque that you yourself have had to made the 10,000 connections, without taking anything away from your indisputable craftsmanship, we are not talking about wicker baskets.
Please allow the world to devote the resources necessary for the rapid spread of the e-cat, in a short time it could be industrialized, in a few months Elon Musk is able to build a giga factory, there are technologies that allow you to weld a wire on a single molecule.
While the world is hungry, it is no longer sustainable to observe the carrier of the load of supplies which instead of unloading, continues to polish the truck.
Con immutata stima
Alessandro Coppi
Dear Andrea,
you said that all the connections has been done manually by yourself. Do you think that if all the operations are done in an optimized and automatic mode covering all the possibilities to extract power you will be able to increase the output of the ECat or 4 KWh is the maximum reachable?
Regards, Giuseppe
Dear Andrea,
some questions if I may:
1. Is the mentioned 100 cm^3 indeed the volume of the reactor or is it 1000 cm^3 (10x10x10 cm) being 1 liter?
2. Based on your assumption that the Zero point energy may be used, there should be no ‘fuel’ (something that’s being used) needed. So the E-cat can run theoretically forever without refueling? Obviously I understand that some parts may deteriorate.
3. Did’n even your wife witnessed the ECat in operation? (That’s something you can beat her with).
4. What did you use to dissipate the electrical energy?
Thank you, kind regards, Gerard

Andrea,
4 kWh/h is enough to keep a Tesla charged while driving over 250 miles per day.
Game changer!
V/R,
Paul
Dear Andrea,
Congratulations on your positive test result with the upgraded E-Cat SKL! I wonder if you could tell us for how long the E-Cat SKL operated during today’s test.
Many thanks,
Frank Acland
Dear Andrea Rossi,
Complements on your achievement – yet to be independently validated. If reproducible, I suggest the Electric Vehicle application.
The Tesla Model 3 front trunk has dimensions of 26.75″ x 15.75″ x 8.75″. If four eCat-SKL units with heat exchangers could be implemented to fit in the Tesla Model 3 FRUNK (Front Trunk), then 16 kW of continuous electric power could become available.
The Standard Range Plus version of the Tesla Model 3 has a nominal maximum range of 250 miles on a 60 kW-hr capacity battery system.
Assuming an average speed of 60 mph means the unaided Tesla battery pack would be exhausted in about 4 hours. This is equivalent of about 15 kW-hr consumed per hour of travel. Four of the eCat-SKL 4kW units would nominally generate 16 kW-hr per hour so the car could theoretically run without needing to be recharged.
At higher speeds (e.g., 70 or 80 mph) discharging would occur faster so some recharging at super chargers might be needed, but could be done for human needs (bathroom breaks, meals, etc.)
This looks close enough to your size constraints that you should approach Tesla for a joint project, assuming you have not already done so.
Dear Dr. Rossi,
This is from the language of the Ojibway people, Anishnaabemowin, and it means “Thank you very much!” I am not Ojibway, but rather what we call Métis, a nation of people of mixed European and First Nations ancestry. We had our own nation and government before Canada was created. We used English, French, our own language, Michif, and various Indigenous languages. I only speak English and poor French, but I have some bits of old languages I can draw on.
But talking about me at a time like this seems inappropriate. I am amazed at what you have done, and the implications of all of this. Long ago I, too, have studied the history and philosophy of science. I can only imagine the world this will create. I have been wondering about your distribution plans! I think eventually every household and most individuals will own one or more of your new device. Every appliance and machine bigger than a microwave could be self-powering; the power supply will probably outlast the appliance. Lives will be improved and saved. I hope you have some new ideas about how to make the new world happen as quickly as possible!
Ron
