    Frank Acland:
We are thinking and brainstorming on this issue. I think we found the way that will allow us a fast expansion and the due power of fire on planetary scale.
    We’ll see,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Frank Acland

    Dear Andrea,

Is your overall business plan for commercialization of the E-Cat SKL decided upon yet? Or is it still under development?

    Kind regards,

    Frank Acland

    KeithT:
We do not have nuclear reactions in the Ecat, we never detected ionizing radiations emitted by the Ecat, after thousands of measurements , among which measurements repeatedly made by the Government of Florida and by radiology departments of important universities. Our technology is based on electrons, not on nuclea, as explained in my theoretical paper
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interaction
About the other issues, I deem them groundless.
    Thank you for your advice.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Dear Andrea,

I would hope to be wrong, but I fear that the largest obstacles to a full rollout of E-Cat’s will be regulatory and political.

It is likely that nuclear regulatory authorities will seek to gain authority over the E-Cat’s, even if the E-Cat technology falls outside existing regulations and is proven by multiple testing to be completely safe (the authorities will become obsolete if they do nothing). As the E-Cat technology involves energy production at the scale of atoms and electrons the authorities will declare that they should be the judges of safety and should be the ones to licence use, they will favour fixed secure installations that can be inspected and regulated. It is possible that academia will also take this position, and research in this new scientific field may be limited to government sanctioned research facilities.

After proof of existence and as government officials understand the potential for significant advancement in strategic technologies, it is likely that E-Cat technology (and in general all LENR technologies) will be added to the various dual-use goods lists in existence i.e. in the USA this would be the Commerce Control List within the Export Administration Regulations, after this it is likely that export control will be enforced for goods and technology transfer outside of the USA, it is possible that the publication of technology details and the underlying science of the energy source is then restricted.

    Regards,

    Keith Thomson.

    Dear Dr Rossi,
Do you still think that the Ecat SKL will be presented within this year ?

  • Svein H. Vormedal

    Dear Andrea
First, congratulations on the most recent results achieved.
    I have 4 questions:
    1. Is it possible for the latest edition to deliver stepless, the desired amount of power from 100% and down to 0%? or to witch lowest limit?
    2. Is the electrical efficiency maintained at downregulated power?
    3. Is the stability of the latest edition equal to ecat SK, or better / worse?
    4. At a down-regulated capacity, will the charge life be correspondingly longer?
    Regards: Svein Henrik

  • Marcus

    @Patrick
Don’t forget Dr.Rossi is selling already since one year HEAT. There is a steady income.
    Rossi, am I correct ?

  • Andrea Rossi

    Patrick:
I will answer this intelligent question in due time. We are reasoning in this direction.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Patrick

    Dear Andrea,

It seems that now you are shifting your focus more towards your “go to market” approach, and you understandably say that you need money, money, money for the fire power of the first attack to make sure you make the most of the “first mover advantage”.

What’s the order of magnitude that you think you need committed before launch?

    a. $10,000,000’s
    b. $100,000,000’s
    c. $1,000,000,000’s

    Best regards,
    Patrick

    Andrea,

If you could please consider another question.

To date you have been noncommittal as to whether the 3rd Party tests will be conducted on the latest 95% electric SKL or a prior version. Can you give us some sense on how this decision will be made.

    1) Who will make the decision?
    a. You
    b. Third Party
    c. Joint Decision

    2) Is the decision dependent on further in-house testing?
    3) Is demonstrated reliability a factor?
    4) Is a desire to wait to fully develop the maximum electrical percentage possible a factor?

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

    Bill Conley

    Calle H:
We will fight for the second and third way, but we will meet more bayonets than flowers and our foes will not be several idiots from some fora, as it happens now. At the beginning. This is why we are so prudent to start the battle. It will be a war, not a triumph. And to make a war you need three things:
    1: money
    2: money
    3: money
    Warm Regards,

  • Dear Andrea,

It is easy to understand the impact the E-Cat will have on our society. On one side the elite will lose power when they no longer can control world energy flows. On another side the poor and energy dependant population will bear fruit for not having to pay the high price for energy as governed by the elite. On a third side the E-Cat will put a stop to the very source for climate change. Which of the three sides do you think will be most important when the E-Cat is introduced?

Thank you for your very impressive work.

  • Dear Andrea,
Thank you for your very impressive work. On the road towards commercialisation it is believed there are many obstacles that have to be passed.

    1. Is the operational stability of the E-Cat SKL an obstacle?
    2. Is material durability an obstacle?
    3. Is operational or personnel safety an obstacle?
    4. Is the lack of proof for the physics and science an obstacle?
    5. Is mass manufacturing an obstacle?
    6. Are commercial issues an obstacle?
    7. Are political issues an obstacle?
    8. If none of the above, then are there obstacles?

Best wishes for a successful future,
    Calle H

  • Saju Abraham

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
Do you think that all sort of land transportation vehicles will become expensive and obselete because of the aircrafts powered by your invention in near future.

  • Stephen

    Dear Andrea.

If I understood right the 20 kW e-cat SK that you were testing a while back is still in operation at some customer site.

    1. Is this understanding correct?
    2. How long has it been in operation now? Has it already 2 years or more?
    3. Has it been necessary to refuel the reactor of that unit I’ve this duration?
    4. Can you say if the energy produced exceeds that the amount that could potentially be explained by nuclear processes such as nucleon decay of the fuel? (I suspect it would well exceed normal fission and fusion Processes).

    5. Incase the answer to 4 is Positive is this part of the reason you consider the energy must come from another source such as ZPE and why you are developing theories on this?

    On a separate point.

    6. Could you also apply some of the recent improvements in efficiency to a smaller device like the original e-cat SKL. Or are there construction limitation constraints in putting this also in a smaller device?

I hope all goes well with your plans for September

    I wonder what comes next.

    Best Regards

    Stephen

  • Dear Andrea,
It is a beautiful morning here in Chicago and I have nothing better to do. So I thought that I could elaborate on what I perceive as the physical form of our universe.
Space is infinite and is made up largely as an infinite plane of an EM force without any kinetic force(infinite entropy). We cannot detect this property because there is no existent energy.
However if an external energy such as particles from an existing universe in an adjacent part of space enters another space, they can cause this EM field to begin to spin and trigger similar movement in surrounding EM forces. This then can cascade rapidly into what we consider a big bang event creating a new universe such as the one we exist in (much lower entropy).
There has to be, in my logic, an infinite number of existing universes in this infinite space. Dark energy is really dark forces not converted into energy(no kinetic motion).
    Thermodynamic regards.

    Hello DR Rossi

Did you have input on who your
partner picked for the 3rd party tests
    of the ECat-SKL?
Did you have the right to okay who
your partner picked for the test?

    Alexander:
It is not possible to exclude that the electron’s angular momentum may be aligned, in particular conditions, to the external magnetic field, so that electrons behave like elementary particles with whole spin h-bar, so that electron clusters can form Bose-Einstein condensates where electron Zitterbewegung phases are synchronized and electron distances d is an integer multiple of Compton wavelength and the rotating charges have the same Zitterbewegung phase.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Jean Pierre

    Hi Andrea.
A couple of questions, if I may.

    1) What has become of the jet engine that you were experimenting with?

    2) Is the E-cat SK still in operation in the outside world?

It has been quite some time since you have mentioned anything about both of the above items.

Hoping that all goes well for you in September 2020 and that your dreams will come true. Jean Pierre

  • Alexander

Is it possible that electrons to form Bose-Einstein condensates?

  • Andrea Rossi

    Bill Conley:
    Correct,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Norma

    Dr Rossi:
Where can I find a detailed description of the “zitterbewegung” ?

  • Bill Conley

    Andrea,

Sorry, I was not clear. Yes, I used SKL-95 to denote the 95% electric SKL as opposed to the prior 80/20 version. So your answers are:

    1) YES
    2) YES
    3) YES
    4) Confidential
    5) YES

    Very nice!

    Raffaele Bongo:
The density of a given volume of vacuum depends on the value of vacuum in mbars ( or in Torr ). It is an integral, not a number.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Raffaele Bongo

    Hello A. Rossi

By following your work I have learned that there is energy in a vacuum and that your invention drew this energy to return it to electrical energy.

Does physics know how to calculate the mass density of a vacuum? If so, what is its value?

All my support to your team.
    Best regards
    Raffaele

  • Andrea Rossi

    Bill Conley:
    1- What is the SKL 95 ?
    2- yes
3- see 1; if “SKL 95” means the SKL with 95% of electricity, the answers are yes to question 1 and 3
    4- confidential
    5- yes
    Thank you for your sustain,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Bill Conley

    Andrea,
Hope things continue to go well with SKL R&D and preparations for 3rd Party tests and subsequent presentation.

A few questions to update eCat status if you would be so kind:
    1) Are the SKL-95 initial test results holding up in your current testing?
    2) Are you now attempting to push beyond 95% electric output?
    3) Will the reduction in thermal output of the SKL-95 allow a reduced size & complexity of the SKL cooling system?
    4) Will the SKL-95 be the eCat provided for 3rd party testing?
    5) Are the 3rd Party test plans still on track for September?

As always thanks for your openness and your great work.

    Bill

    Physicist:
As I propose in par 1 of
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
it could be applied the Casimir force Fc formula per unit area A for the ideal case of perfect plates in perfect vacuum at 0 K:
    Fc(d)/A = pi^2*h-bar*c/240d^4
wherein d is the distance between plates.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Stephen:
    1- No
    2- no
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Physicist

    Dr Rossi:
How can be computed the Casimir force between electrons ?
    Cheers
    Physicist

  • Stephen

    Dear Andrea

May I ask if the proposed process for energy extraction from ZPE in the cluster makes use of the “dynamic Casimir effect”?

It quite an interesting topic from what I see. From macro scale techniques to microsac even in BEC’s.

It strikes me that you may have oscillations in the cluster that might have an effect where the Casimir effect plays a role.

Perhaps you have something similar which does not generate photons but instead couples the energy to the ions and electrons in the cluster?

    Best Regards

  • Patrick

    Dear Andrea,
Regarding “Consider that when we will land in the market a strong enemy power of fire will invest us”
For non Italian speakers, in Italian “investire” means “to run over”, which I suspect is what you meant.
While in English, invest, is to put money into something hoping for a bigger return, which I suppose an enemy might try to do as well :) but I think you meant the former.
    Multilingual regards
    Patrick

  • KeithT

    Dear Andrea,

Even if you could convert 100% of the output from formation of the aggregates you still have a hot plasma, the plasma providing electrical properties and heat, but do you still require heat? perhaps the plasma can be substituted by graphite of nanometric size with your active material distributed within, or possibly even carbon nanotubes, as these absorb hydrogen; saturate with hydrogen first, also no oxygen; so purge through with hydrogen. Likely a low probability of working, but may operate at ambient temperature.

    Regards,

    Keith Thomson.
