can you give an indication on the startup time of the e-cat until a stable SSM can be reached?
I assume you do repeated on/off tests as well – how is the reliability in this regard?
Dr Rossi,
I studied carefully your paper http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
In your four proposed theoretical threads
1 charge clusters and the Casimir force
2 charge clusters, Lorentz force and Zitterbewegung phase coherence
3 space charge, vacuum polarization and virtual particles-antiparticles
4 neutral picometric aggregates
although you said all of them are integrable in your theoretical system, did you, after all the experiments you made so far, mature a preference among them ?
Dear Andrea,
The presence of polarized photonic energy as you know, indicates stimulated emission is the main mechanism for producing the energy. Perhaps, if you chose one of the more intense frequency emissions and add further stimulation by injecting a beam of that frequency into your plasma, you may achieve results helpful in creating your energy output.
Thanksgiving regards.
Dear Andrea!
Is it a client who constantly delay the presentation or is it you who want to wait?
Or is it maybe because of the coronapandemic?

a Happy Thanksgiving to you, your wife, Team Rossi, and all the partners in this fantastic journey.
It is certainly hoped that your recent sharing about “we are preparing something important” goes well as a symbol for the coming new year. Is the assessment of this important thing occurring relatively soon?
Dr Rossi,
Very important the fact that you got evidence that the light from the plasma of the Ecat SKL is polarized: actually this is a signature of the formation of clusters in coherence of phase.
Prof
Dear Andrea,
A few days ago you replied to Xavier Pitz that the Ecat SKL has risen to the level ‘insane’ and ‘extremely expensive’.
Does this ‘insane’ mean that the Ecat SKL has improved in
1. reliability?
2. output power?
3. efficiency?
4. usability?
5. scalability?
6. simplicity?
7. complexity?
8. producibility?
9. ability to integrate in 3rd party products?
10. market value?
11. another aspect?
12. But also that it has become very expensive to buy, or is it the development cost you are referring to?
I hope you soon will reach the moment to openly show and present your baby!
Kind regards, Gerard
I sometimes wonder if this “quintessence” is due some kind of superposition coupling of light or causal space time and with what we call matter. I know it’s easy to say these kinds things though.
But regardless of that thought. You seem fascinated by the cosmology and meaning of things so ti thought you or other readers might find it interesting.
ALINE:
Yes, we have discovered with polarizing lenses that the light emitted by the plasma is polarized: the emission of polarized light is very rare and is typical of lasers and electron some kind of accelerators; when our theoretical Team has discovered this fact, after repeated experiments, we deem this a signature of the creation of clusters of electrons in coherence of phase.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dear Mr. Rossi,
here in germany the cost of a kwh is about 30 €ct. Just 3 ct for the power, 7 ct for the electric grid plus aplenty of taxes. Therefore I want to quit the grid! An E-Cat with 10 KW would be enough, even including a reasonable electric central heating instead of oil central heating.
Would a lithium power storage with 400Wh, 300W and 230V (available for ca 400€) enough to start an E-cat?
Or will you publish that only at the presentation?
Best regards
Joachim
Dear Andrea, Has your team researched what equipment will be required to connect the ecat in a grid tied configuration. My annual power requirement for last year was 5540 kWh which could be supplied by a 0.633 kW source. So I think I see why you have recommended this configuration. This amount of power could easily be supplied by a single ecat module.
i) In the best electrical version of the E-Cat SKL, what percentage is electrical and what percentage remains thermal? For customers who are only interested in electrical energy, do they have to dissipate a lot of heat? Or is the E-Cat SKL only interesting for customers who use both (heat + electrical energy)?
ii) As I didn’t follow this forum for many months, what is the situation of the third party testing? Was it not possible due to covid-19?
Or do you first want to solve some stability problems (if any)?
An E-cat of 2 kWh delivers about 8 times as much as 10 solar panels max 2300 kWh (2 x24 x 365 = 17,520 kWh per year). An isolated house (150 m2) can then be released CO2 free. A 12 kWh electric central heating + 2 electric flow units for kitchen and bathroom is then feasible (priority controlled),
During the summer an air conditioning can also be used to keep the house cool (central Europe region)
Andrea I hope that your invention can be certified quickly, that will be the glorious results of your and your team years of working.

Dear Dr. Rossi,
Perfection can never be achieved. The search for perfection will never lead to a concrete and real result.
Why can’t you make the presentation of the Ecat NOW, even in the current non-perfect operating conditions?
Kind regards,

Dear Andrea, I suspect that a grid-tie inverter similar this one; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076KBCHBM/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B076KBCHBM&SubscriptionId=AKIAIPFZKKNXUR5ABTTA&linkCode=as2&tag=bestprodtagl12658-20 would be an economical and practical approach for integrating the ecat in a grid-tie configuration for low power applications.
