Thank you for your responses. It would seem to me that you will be focusing your immediate production planning on the industrial E-Cats. You have certification, design, real-life product testing (still going on), and orders. This should keep you very busy, even without the domestic product.
What do you make of the recent comments of Louis DeChiaro of US Naval Sea Systems Command? Specifically, this: “We have run materials simulations (also known as Density Functional Theory simulations) on our best guess of Rossi’s alloy material. It satisfies all the conditions given above, while pure Nickel does not.” Is there any truth to this? Do you think DeChiaro was on the right track?
Frank Acland:
1- yes
2- one for both
3- no, because the certification can demand requirements that could modify substantially the design; besides, we cannot be certain to get the certification until we do have it.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
1. Will you start manufacturing industrial E-Cat plants before domestic E-Cats (since you already have certification)
2. Will you need to have separate factories for producing the domestic E-Cats and industrial plants, or can one factory make both?
3. Will you start setting up production for the domestic E-Cats before certification is granted?
Dear Andrea Rossi,
In line of principle, could Mossbauer Spettroscopy help you to measure the fuel isotopic composition without opening the e-cat reactor?
Giannino Ferro Casagrande:
Thank you.
About the domestic E-Cat off the shelf: it is absolutely impossible to make a scheduling. Supposed at the end of Feb we will have positive results ( but this is not sure) we will have to:
1- buy a factory ( that’s fast)
2- buy and install the massive production system
3- complete the safety certification
How much time will be necessary for these issues? I do not know, but I will continue to work to make it as fast as possible.
Honestly, I am already working on this; the engineering of the robotized lines is done. We are working.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Dr Andrea Rossi,
until a couple of years ago I was very sceptic about your work, but after the patent you got from the US Patent Office and the solid interview I read on the Huffington Post I am changing idea. I think you are making something real and useful.

Dear Andrea,
is the old 1 MW plant (shipped from Italy to USA) still in function? Can you now disclose the costumer or at least your goal with this operation? Best regards… E che muoia la balena dopo averlo… Eh, eh, eh
The 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, to be held in Paris from 30 November to 11 December, aims to set in place targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions out to 2030. However, the commitments pledged by individual nations, while substantial, are insufficient to hold global warming to 2 degrees above pre-industrial levels.
The testing of your 1MW plant must be nearing completion. I believe you when you say you are primarily motivated by the potential benefits of your technology to mankind. Have you thought about making a presentation of the results from the 1MW plant in Paris during the summit?
If energy ministers from various countries, including the United States, had the opportunity to tour your plant, and were convinced that LENR was indeed a new cheap source of base load energy, there is a possibility they could be encouraged to make stronger commitments to reducing emissions.
Kurt Tilhenger:
Thank you. I am working with my team and share with them what is going on, if the results will be positive. If they will be negative, the responsibility will be exclusively mine.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dr Rossi:
Congratulations for your interview on the Huffington Post: we are discovering that you are not just an inventor, you will make a great CEO. This interview is manifesting that something really big is growing up with your direction.

This is important, Andrea.

Dear Andrea Rossi, i have been following your work and I have been protecting your right to perform your work in your own way.I have done that on the website Energikatalysatorn with more then two thousand comments
Now I have a question regarding the factory where you are testing your 1MW unit, you are probably there at this moment. Has the factory’s electric bill ben reduced or is it the total energY bill that have been reduced? I ask because I am confused, if the factory did not use electricity before the 1MW unit then the electric bill cannot be reduced. The reason I ask is because there is a discussion going on on Energikatalysatorn, and as always im defending your rights.
Kind regards

Hello dr. Rossi,
very interesting your last interview !!
After the tests in February 2016 which will be the first thing you will do if the resultswill turn out to be positive ?
Let’s “get real” for a second, If you don’t mind. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that upon reading the disclaimer “the results of the test could be positive, but also negative”, there is some confusion as to the meaning of the phrase. To me at least, it is implicitly understood to pertain strictly to the engineering aspects of the technology: durability and reliability. In other words, at this point there must be no way that the so-called ‘Rossi Effect’ itself isn’t an absolute reality in your mind. That’s not what is at stake here; the plant has–so far–performed as expected, thus validating the reality of the LENR phenomenon. What remains a question mark is the immediate near-term concern of the commercial viability of the plant, its control systems, et cetera. Would I be correct in characterizing the situation as such?
John:
I did not say that the manufacturing will begin immediately after the end of the tests, provided the results will be positive; it obviously will not be possible, but Leonardo Corp will begin the process to make the manufacturing, which will take all the time necessary for a concern like that. I am not able now to give a scheduling, even if I strongly sympathize with the persons that are anxious to have the product. As I many times said, the industrial plants manufacuring will proceed the domestic E-Cats, that, by the way, still have to obtain the certifications, whose processing is on course, though.
About the visits in the Customers facilities, they have to be allowed by the Customers, not by us.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
In your Experimentalmath interview, you stated that should the results of the one-year test be positive, “manufacturing will begin”. However, considering your earlier remarks about reaching the requisite economies of scale before proceeding to the market, is there any hope of actually seeing working E-Cat plants in 2016 at your customers’ premises? How will you finance the ramp-up of your industrial production if no deliveries will be made? Pre-orders in cash? Please understand that thousands of people are VERY anxious to see this happen as soon as possible.

Dear Andrea,
You have said that you suspect that the nickel isotopic results in the Lugano ash might just be a result of sampling issue.
You’ve also said that you’re excited about checking the Nickel isotopes at the end of the 1 year run.
Given how this important data would be useful to your work, I am surprised that you haven’t either:
– taken another sample from the Lugano ash
OR
– run another experiment for multiple weeks to confirm the result
Or have you?
