For the E-Cat SKLed lamp, you recently mentioned; The cost of recharge, though is minimal. Implying that there is a user replaceable charge component, you also answered yes to the question; is your manufacturing and distribution strategy initially based on outsourcing.
A. Will you outsource the manufacture of a complete charge component?
B. If not, either for the complete charge component or some part of it is there something proprietary that will be manufactured exclusively by Leonardo Corporation?

Dear Mr. Rossi,
what belongs to the ecatSKL:
1) Do you and your business partner already rig up the production plant? or
2) Will you and your business partner wait with the rig up of the production plant until the certification is ready?
Best regards
Michael
Jaroslav Dobrovolny:
No, heat pumps respect the second principle, because you must put in the accounting the thermal energy underground. A typical example of non applicability of the SPT are many catalyzers.
Warm Regards,

dear Mr. Rossi I thought that 1M of lamps is an extraordinary quantity and a big logistical effort,
-how will you manage to produce such amount?
-how long does it take?
-have you ever thought of reduce the preorder number? (this could facilitate the success of promotion)
-last, will be communicated the reached number of preorders?
thanks and good job
Brice:
I am not able to give a sure answer, for lack of experience, but, based on our tests, the minimum lifespan of the lamp should be between 30000 and 100000 hours, depending on the on/off cycles. The cost of recharge, though is minimal.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
The biggest threat to the lifespan of an ordinary LED is the LED driver and probably not the LED itself. When the LED driver fails, the LED flickers, gives too low an output or fails to burn. Important weaknesses of the LED driver are the amount of switching cycles and heat. Heat output will be low, but what about the switching cycles? Have you ever tested how many times the SKLeds can be switched on and off?
Here is a video of Garret Moddel discussing the E-cat in June 2014. At the time of the video he mentions that there have been no 3rd party tests of the E-cat. This was recorded 4 months before the Lugano report was written. He also mentions that the E-cat is Cold Fusion but as you have said you now think that the E-cat Rossi Effect is Zero point Energy.

@ Andrea, Jitze and Gavino,
Sorry all,
Indeed, the new date was changed to the 9th of December. I must have been blinded by the coincidence I thought seeing.
It gives Andrea and partners at least 1 month extra to prepare.
Thanks for noting, Gerard
Norma:
Probably it has, a coincidence is quite unlikely, but its importance is the support of a mainstream scientist to the zero point energy as a source of energy for which the second principle of thermodynamics is not applicable.
Prof Garret Moddel has a strong merit,
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dear Andrea,
I hope you will answer just a few questions to keep us informed:
1. Are you happy with the preparation of the presentation on 11/9 up to this moment?
2. Was this new date deliberately chosen to be 11/9 (day of new hope) as opposed to 9/11 (day of great sorrow)?
3. Can we expect (some) surprises during the presentation?
4. Does the conformation agency also investigate, test and qualify the SSM of the Ecat SKL?
5. How would you value the probability that the presentation of both the Ecat SKL and SKLed will take place on 2021/11/9?
Thank you for answering our questions.
Kind regards, Gerard

Hasn’t the video of Prof Garret Moddel been inspired by your paper
http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
?
It seems to me that the start with the Casimir Effect and the basics of the “Zero Point Energy” remember quite strongly your paper.
Best,
Norma
