    Dear Ing. Rossi,

Do you have a high pressure steam-generating E-Cat in your plans? Is the E-Cat X planned for such an eventuality? Are you advanced (F9)in this regard? Would this be interfaced with a steam turbine in a Carnot cycle for prime-moving a megawatt scale electrical alternator?

My wish is to see all this come true.

  • Frank Acland

    Dear Andrea,

If you customer is happy with his energy savings so far, maybe it is not exactly correct to say your work so far is ‘as if nothing has been done’. This is an important achievement.

    Kind regards,

    Frank Acland

    Andrea:
Do you continue to sustain a working shift from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 a.m. of the following day? 16 hours overnight? Are you doing this life since the start up of the 1 MW E-Cat?
    Cheers,
    Helaine Pounds

  • John

    Dear Andrea,

That’s wonderful to hear! Hence, if the test ended today the results would be ‘positive’? I can’t imagine the customer being happy if that wasn’t the case!

Let’s hope we can still say the same in 4-5 months. Pray for F9.

    Best Regards,

    John

    Hello Dr. Rossi:
Please find the link to an interesting article of the University of Gothenburg.

Small-scale nuclear fusion may be a new energy source
Fusion energy may soon be used in small-scale power stations. This means producing environmentally friendly heating and electricity at a low cost from fuel found in water. Both heating generators and generators for electricity could be developed within a few years, according to research that has primarily been conducted at the University of Gothenburg.

  • Peter Forsberg

    Dear Andrea,

I understand exactly what you mean. I wish you best of luck with bringing your creation to market. It is desperately needed.

    Regards

    Peter

  • Roberto

    Dr Rossi:
What do you think of the last paper of Gullstrom? Did you already read it?
    Roberto

  • Andrea Rossi

    Peter Forsberg:
Thank you, but the difference between my work and the work of Stravinsky and Tchaikowsky is that they succeeded, I didn’t, so far and until something remains to be done, it is as if nothing has been done.
Thank you for your continue attention,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    François:
Thank you for the suggestion, but to arrive there is still very difficult. Our priorities for the market of the E-Cat (F9) are based on production of heat, so far.

  • Peter Forsberg

    Dear Orsobubu and Andrea,

Thank you for the very nice quotes from Stravinsky and Tchaikowsky. They were made in the same spirit as the works of the Russian/American author Ayn Rand. Greatness comes mainly from individuals, not the collective; which these composers and the “composer” of the ECat, Andrea Rossi, are great examples of.

I also do not like communism.

    Regards

    Peter

    Frank Acland:
Yes, this third paper of Oscar Gullstroem is the intelligent continuation of his study of the Lugano Report.
I am studying it and I am interested in particular to the mathematical structure of his theoretical approach.
    Warm Regards
    A.R.

  • Juan Huxley

    Dear Andrea Rossi:
First and foremost, congratulations for your US Patent, that has been a masterpiece of strategy.
Second: the E-Cats will be manufactured and distributed only in the USA, supposed the tests on course will end positively ?
    Godspeed,
    Juan

I know that Andrea Rossi loves Stravinsky and Tchaikowsky at the highest possible level, that he gets strong inspirations for the LENR, that the emotions he feels with their music makes him feel in communion with the true essence of the cosmos, but I’m sure he will want to distance him drastically from them and to nestle up to the orsobubu when he’ll read these two statements on communism and revolution:

Stravinsky: “I loathe all communism, Marxism, the execrable Soviet monster, and also all liberalism, democratism, atheism, etc.I detest them to such a degree and so unreservedly”

Tchaikowsky: “What you have said about Communism is entirely true. It is impossible to imagine a more senseless utopia, something more discordant with the natural qualities of human nature. And how dull and unbearably colourless life will surely be when this equality of wealth reigns supreme (if it ever does)! Indeed, life is the struggle for existence, and if it is permitted that this struggle not be – then neither will there be life, merely senseless perpetuity. But it seems to me that any serious implementation of these doctrines is still far off.”

    Hello dr. Rossi,
I read this theory of dr. Gullström , seems very interesting theory about your effect

    Mr. Rossi
    Happy (Italian) Columbus Day.
I am just watching The Parade in New York, and there is so many popular Italian peoples like Lady Gaga and other officials, but I don’t see You with the E-Cat.:)
    Maybe in the future?

  • Steven N. Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

After startup, what load variation, e.g., 100% of maximum output to 50% of maximum output, can the 1MW system accommodate?

For Baseload electricity generation, the Baseload stations are designed to accommodate 35% TO 40% of the maximum load during the year. But with current Baseload stations may take days to startup. They are designed for high efficiency and continuous (except for scheduled maintenance) operation. If eCat 1MW units could be used in Baseload electrical generation and they are fast enough to respond with the daily changes in load, they should be highly desirable.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Steven N. Karels:
The time to have a 1 MW plant in stable operation is at least 2 hours.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Steven N. Karels:
No, it is different. I will give data and description when the preliminary tests will have been completed.
    Warm regards,
    A.R.

  • Steven N. Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

Is your eCat X testing setup similar to the Laguno experiment? Specifically, heat transfer to the environment primarily through heat radiation with secondary heat transfer by convection and then conduction? Are the eCat X external dimension similar to the reactor tested at Laguno?

  • Steven N. Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

With the improvements and product developments you and your team have accomplished, can you tell us what is the time from a cold start to generating steam for the eCat? The context I am thinking is for a naval ship or other long duration large scale power generation application. Are we talking a few minutes or several hours? I am not so much interested in the units under test but what you think is achievable in the near future (a couple of years).

    Dear Dr. Rossi,

A friendly note: directing people to http://rossilivecat.com/all.html — supposedly with the goal of enabling them “to find comments published today in other posts of this blog” — is a bit of an overkill, because this page in fact contains ALL the posts made by you on the JONP since the beginning of time. As you can imagine, it will take forever to load and can even crash some computers!

Should all the comments posted over the last couple of weeks suffice, http://rossilivecat.com (removed /all.html) will have just that.

    Best Regards,

    John

    Marco:
Military concerns, as far as I know, do not manufacture products; they buy the products they deem useful for their job. Obviously when they buy a product, they buy it from the legitimate producer. When they buy a heater, they use McMaster or similar…in 1975 I made an industrial oven for a NATO facility in Pozzuoli ( Naples, Italy) that was used to destroy classified materials and documents: they bought my oven based on publications they read on my brochures; I remember perfectly that to buy things we needed on course of installation they used McMaster.
At that level the rules of market are respected.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Marco

    Dear Andrea,

here was said that a military division (Navy if i remember well) is experimenting your effect, probabily following your patent. Since military usually do not go onto market, if they think your effect could be useful for them, e.g. for off-grid camp, emergency generator, etc, do your patent cover also military use? In other words, if they make an own version of the ECat for military use only, do they owe you some compensation or the license fee?

    Regards,
    Marco.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Ing. Albert Ellul:
    No.
I will give more information about this very promising item after a test of several months, without interruptions.

I wish you 100% success with the E-Cat X, now that it is back in operation with upgraded/redesigned parts, and obviously success with the 1 MW E-cat operating in your client’s factory.

I pray to God for your success and for giving me the opportunity to see the E-Cat technology electrifying the poor of the world.
