With reference to the current physics concepts, implementing the gravitational constant in atomic and nuclear physics and studying its consequences is beyond the scope. 10 dimensional String theory is also not in a position to couple the nuclear scale and planck scale. Role of dark energy or dark matter is very insignificant in understanding the basic concepts of unification of fundamental interactions. Considering the atomic and nuclear physical constants till today cosmic acceleration is not yet verified.
.
Project summary

Within the expanding cosmic Hubble volume, Hubble length can be considered as the gravitational or electromagnetic interaction range. Product of  ‘Hubble volume’ and ‘cosmic critical density’ can be called as the     “Hubble mass”. The three proposed assumptions are: 1) within the Hubble volume, each and every point in free space is influenced by the Hubble mass, 2) ‘molar electron mass’ can be considered as the rest mass of a new heavy charged elementary particle and 3) atomic gravitational constant is Avogadro number times the classical gravitational constant. This is a new approach and may be given a chance in understanding the four fundamental cosmological interactions. Approach may be different but involvement and encouragement may bring this subject into main stream.

    Dear Andrea,

i was referring to the COP obtained by your private tests (you stated “THE EFFECT IS STUNNING, WE SAW IN OUR PRIVATE TESTS, AND HAS BEEN REPLICATED BY THE THIRD INDIPENDENT PARTY.”), not those performed by the third party… But other messages let me think that this is well above SIX.
What about full module size (activator plus actual reactor)?

    Congratulazioni! Un grande abbraccio!

    Dear Andrea,

Congratulations on the successful third party test! If the text of the final report is as positive as what you have been told so far, this is great news — the best news in many months, at least.

You have made me very curious about the new hot cat design.

1 – Does the new setup ever operate with the drive turned off for both the mouse (activator) and the main hot cat? (A true self sustain mode.)

2 – Does the new setup require constant radio frequency stimulation for both the mouse (activator) and hot cat?

I’m guessing that with the combination of the activator providing heating power (with a COP of over one), the larger cat multiplying that power, and self sustained periods of a couple hours the overall COP could be very high.

    Keep up the great work!

I’m looking forward to reading the report.

    Dear Mr Rossi,

    congratulations to your great successs!

I have a question to your new hot cat. In one statement you said the COP of the mouse is more than 1, so why not say 6. So the COP of the hot cat would be 6×6 = 36. Is this right?

  • Martin Leonard

Congratulations and thank you for sharing this information with us.

    Dear Marco:
The test has not been private, has been a test made by a third indipendent party, with their instrumentation, without my attendance, paid by themselves, with the pact that the results had to be published indipendently from the output, in a magazine chosen by the third indipendent party.
The COP will be published in the report: honestly, I do not know the COP they found, because I had and have no access to their calculations. I am waiting too for the publication to know exactly the numbers.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Dear Steven N. Karels,
The new technology of the Hot Cats has revolutioned the system we had used before. Please wait the publication, afterward we will talk of this issue. Basically, we have no more a reactor or a cluster of reactors, but each reactor is coupled with an activator: let’s make this model: the activator is the Mouse, which makes the Cat run. The Mouse has his own COP which is more than 1, the Cat is a surprise.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Dear Andre Blum:
1- please wait the report, which will be published within 3 weeks with all the details
2- that is a very important issue we are working upon
3- Brian Josephson will be surely invited to visit the 1 MW plant in operation, when the plant will be visitable. The publication will be totally indipendent from me, as well as the tests have been: as the tests have been made with instrumentation belonging to the test indipendent party, so the magazine will be chosen by it. The sole thing they told me is that the publication will be made possibly around the half of April One of them said: ” What we have seen is too important, must absolutely be published”. I do not know any other issue regarding the publication.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Dear Mr Rossi,

Congratulations on the completion of the independent testing. It is good to hear that it seems the conclusions will be very positive.

    Three questions:

    1) What are the dimensions of the 1kW modules tested by the professors? What more can you tell about these reactors?
    2) Do you have any updates about your earlier statements of having an e-cat be an electromotive force (EMF)?
    3) For us as enthusiastic followers, what milestones do you see beyond a) publishing of the independent test in a peer reviewed journal; b) invitations to certain people like Brian Josephson to visit a non-commercial 1 MW industrial plant, after some months of operation?

    Thank you,
    Andre

  • Steven N. Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

Based on your desciption, Please confirm if I correctly understand this new generation of Hot eCat.

    1. The new Hot eCat includes a resistance heater coupled with a certain type of charge (assumed to be a mixture of Hydrogen, Nickel and other elements/compounds). The Hot eCat reaction is initiated and controlled by applying an electric voltage to the resistive heater. I would assume this charge is optimized for low to medium operating temperatures?

    2. The new Hot eCat contains a second reactor with a different charge mixture. I assume this is optimized for the higher temperature that the Hot eCat would nominally operate at?

    3. The basic thermal output for an eCat reactor is now in steps of 1 kW? (i.e., a 1MW Hot eCat would have 1000 reactors within it)?

    4. To optimize means that some parameter or parameters are improved. Does this mean the average COP has increased or improved stability or some other performance parameter? Please clarify as you can.

    5. Does this mean a 1MW Hot eCat can now be controlled to 0.1% of full output power (1 kW to 1MW)?

  • Congratulation Mr Rossi,
I have been following your progress for a long time now. Tonight might be the first good night your would have had in a long time. I cannot wait to see the published results. I will be buying a hot cat as soon as Ecat australia will let me.
    Again Congulations

Good, and I’m the first to comment to this historical Rossi’s report… 🙂

  • Marco

Regarding the stunning results you achieved in your private tests, do these involve a COP greater than six? If yes, how much is it?

  • georgehants

Dear Mr Rossi, can I just say your announcement of the positive test results have brought a tear to my eyes.
I look forward to seeing the publication as soon as possible.
    Best wishes.

    Dear Dr. Rossi,

Would you release some photos of the third indipendent party test? Some people will jump with joy when they see your photos.

  • Tim Graf

    Dear Mr. Rossi,
I wonder how you prepare yourself for the the scheduled publication of the HotCat test report in a peer-reviewed journal? If the test results are positive, the report will hit the public like a bombshell. The prevailing ignorance on LENR in general and the E-Cat om particular will be gone in an instant, as all major news media will cover the story within a few days. The familiarity of this place will be lost as hundreds of comments will pop up every hour. You have always said that you like to “work in peace” but peace there will be no more with hundreds of media and business requests coming in each day. Sleeping dogs will become wide awake and agitated. How are you going to handle all of this sudden public attention?
    Best Wishes,
    Tim

    DEAR GEORGEHANTS:
YOUR COMMENT IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE OPENS THE GATE FOR THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
THE TESTS OF THE THIRD INDIPENDENT PARTY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED YESTERDAY.
I DID NOT ATTEND, THEREFORE I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY THE RESULTS, THAT WILL SURELY BE PUBLISHED BY THE EXAMINATORS, PROBABLY AROUND THE HALF OF APRIL. I MET THE 11 PROFESSORS AND EXPERTS THAT MADE THE TESTS AND THEY WERE VERY POSITIVE. ONE OF THEM TOLD ME ” WE GOT EVIDENCE THAT THE ‘ EFFECT’ IS REAL BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT”. I COULD NOT GET MORE INFORMATION, BECAUSE THEY NOW HAVE TO ELABORATE THE DATA TO PREPARE THE PUBLICATION. ALL THE PROFESSORS SAID THE TEST IS GONE WELL, VERY WELL. THE LAST TEST ENDED AFTER 120 HOURS OF UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OF THE REACTORS ( THE NEW GENERATION OF HOT CATS IS MADE BY A TWO STAGE SYSTEM, MADE WITH AN ACTIVATOR WITH RESISTANCES COUPLED WITH A KIND OF CHARGE, WHICH ACTIVATES THE E-CAT WITH A DIFFERENT CHARGE). THE EFFECT IS STUNNING, WE SAW IN OUR PRIVATE TESTS, AND HAS BEEN REPLICATED BY THE THIRD INDIPENDENT PARTY.
NOW WE PASS TO THE INDUSTRIAL ENGAGEMENTS: WE HAVE TO DELIVER OUR PLANTS BY THE END OF APRIL.
    WARM REGARDS,
    ANDREA ROSSI

  • Andrea Rossi

    Dear Steven N. Karels:
    1- Three
2- No, they were the new generation of Hot Cat, a 1 kW module composed by 2 stages, an activator and an E-Cat in the same reactor. Is the last generation.
    3- Hot
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

Regarding the independent third-party testing, you stated “But my Cats are good, I’m sure they are working well”

    Questions:

    1. How many eCats did you provide to the third party testers?
    2. Were they nominal 10kW output power reactors?
    3. What flavor of eCats (Thermal, Hot or Gas-fired) were provided?

    Dear Ing Rossi,
There has been recently much debate in various blog sites, about the most acceptable theory of LENR(vortex-l,E-Cat World, etc).In my opinion the prime theories must include some sort of chemonuclear reaction.I base this argument on the following logic. There are three main types of nuclear reactions involving atomic isotopes. The first is neutron capture which is the easiest to achieve and is illustrated by the use of tailored neutrons to produce at present up to 15 percent of the worlds power. This reaction is called fission. However this process creates harmful radiation and is the reason more use is not in place. The second type is proton capture commonly called hot fusion where two protons are made to react with each other. This reaction has been achieved in the development of a weapon that is probably the most dangerous item in human history. It does not produce the radioactive ash or isotopes that fission does and therefore is projected to supply all the power for mankind if a controled reaction could be achieved. However the process has been shown to require extraordinary amounts of energy to achieve the necessary capture and many years of research have not produced any usable results. The third type is electron capture and is relatively easy to obtain in many atoms. In fact,a nuclear isotope that possesses a ratio of neutrons to protons less than 1.25 can spontaneously capture a K shell(1s)electron and change an inner proton to a neutron to balance the required ratio. In some cases more than one electron cane be captured if more neutrons are required.Another reraction can take place where a captured electron can be ejected out of the nucleous with additional energy into the surrounding lattice. At the same time this electron can stimulate the decay of an internal neutron to convert to a proton achieving transformation of the atom.Where the proper ratio of neutron to proton does not exist, the imposition of a strong negative field(H-)into the atom vicinity can force a K shell electron into other atoms with the possible isotopic results. The results of electron capture do not produce more than a small amount of Gamma radiation and the resulting conversion electrons are absorbed into the surrounding lattice thereby eliminating any harmful effects. The most promising atoms for this reaction would be the transition elements because of their electron volitility and atoms with the proper neutron/proton ratios.Use of isotopic seeding would also enhance the process along with providing a method of producing the necessary H- ions.In the case where two electrons are involved(conversion and decay Betas)it may be possible to create a chain reaction similar to Uranium fission.
Looking forward to the third party report, best of luck.

    Cordiali saluti,
    Italo R.

Dr Rossi: Loved what you said about IP “the commercial strategy is strictly bound to the IP defense. “ Please disregard those who criticize you for not giving away your IP. IP is the basis of our free market system, the competition it develops benefits everyone. Good job, keep up the good work

  • Andrea Rossi

    Dear Gini:
