For safety reasons we are assuming that SR exist and we have adopted the 10 microns thick aluminum foil to make them disappear, confirmed or not as their reality might be with the replications on course. Explanation: This policy is important because, thanks to its publication, about half of truck and tractor manufacturers will understand that they will not survive.
I assume that one heavy truck will need about 1000 to 1500 SKL and not a single exclusive licensee has production capacity for production of 630 million SKL.
Note: Yearly production of heavy trucks over 15t in EU is 420.000 units.
Because no law will force an (local) exclusive producer to make a so-called “allocation”, so heavy truck manufacturer A will receive the required SKL and truck producer B will not receive any SKL.
In this way, half of the manufacturers of cars, trucks, tractors, cement plants, etc. will go bankrupt. They become uncompetitive. It is important for the employees of these companies to know this.

I have contacted the DOE to ensure that they are aware of this energy and they continue on the road of destruction in the use of coal!
