Thank you for your sympathy, insight and suggestions.
The cases are two: either we will put a product massively in the market, or not.
If not, the problem does not exist.
If yes, the problem is automatically resolved.

According to what you have posted here recently your security threat has heightened. Personally I am not astonished. When people are ready to bomb civilians and send thousands into jail, they will certainly attempt to suppress a threat to their/their countries main resource. As you know ensuring 100% personal safety even of the US President is not possible.
But now contrary to my message from two or three years ago, your situation is totally changed: you have patents to protect your IP !
So maybe you could (and should) now change tactics and disclose fully your IP (I mean everything that allows full replication enabeling KW/MW production of energy) so that :
1) in developed countries big and small corporations can rapidly reproduce (and therefore confirm), copy, continue to develop, commercialize and enhance ecat technology. And pay the deserved royalties to the inventor and his associates.
2) in less developed/rogue countries industries would do the same as above BUT will not pay or pay very little royalties. This would be like pharma industry does with anti-Aids triterapy medication or hepatitis C (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/16/health/hepatitis-c-treatment-egypt.html?_r=0) : no or very little royalties considering the vital role of the “product” to the country.
The advantages would be :
You could continue prime technological development BUT also communicate with all different research groups and governments. You could travel free as a (very) respected man, without safety issues, invited everywhere, meeting the most interesting persons on this planet. Ultimately you would then have much more influence then being a beleaguered owner of a Company trying to build market domination. This ambition, excuse me for being so blunt, is I think very passé, and makes me think of people like Bill Gates in the 80’. You could bypass this step in your career since you have IP protection, and even if only in the US it would mean wealth well beyond your needs.
You may be bound by contracts with your partners. But ultimately even they could profit from this opening up since your “Group” would keep a big advance in engineering and thus go to market speed. Secondly opening up would allow convincing definitively the main pure players (Powerplant and HVAC equipment industrials). They would immediately start their research and development and would then lobby in favor of the technology each in their country/zone of influence. Being right alone on the other hand trying to convince certification authorities must be very tough….
Lastly, don’t underestimate the means and determination of powers that would like to shut down LENR. They are desperate (oil price has sunken so much and they definitely don’t want this to last forever), extremely smart, ruthless and vey rich. Think of Ustica, and several other unresolved issues. States & organizations can hide things/facts even when many people are involved, if not for ever, for a very long time. If you have this LENR knowledge you have the ethical responsibility to share it with the human race avoiding any risk of loss of this knowledge.
With sympathy,
Michael Schneider
Ps Obviously you don’t need to publish this but I would appreciate a reaction from your part.

“What I have seen today with my eyes was not expected so soon. ”
Is it that you have a working prototype of E-cat X which contains >1 reactor and can provide heat + electric +light in the one unit thus fulfilling your idea of replacing street lights??
is the current status of the ECat X (COP and/or dependability) so advanced, that with an ultracapacitor and/or battery can be put on loop and self sustain and produce energy without external energy, apart the initial?
If not, are you working toward this goal? And if the answer is yes, are you near this goal? If the answer is not, do you plan to develop the ECat X to be put in loop?
When you say “the E-Cat X made a tremendous step forward a massive production”, do you mean:
a) progress in the regulatory/legal area?
b) progress with the E-cat X itself, in the production of electricity (such as better COP)?
c) progress in the mass production of the E-cat X itself?
You speak of a ‘loophole’ and ‘a step toward massive production’. I assume these are the one and the same. Is the advancement technological or business/regulatory in nature?

Today we had a very good step forward that makes me hope to give soon not just more data, but information about the massive production of the Ecat X.

Andrea and Tom Conover, I agree. In fact, I brought up the topic of replacing open fire in my book on Rossi and the E-Cat, An Impossible Invention:
“As a source of heat, merely replacing fire, it could provide significant benefits. According to the WHO, three billion people use open fires and leaky stoves for cooking and heating, daily. Over one million people die each year from the lung disease COPD, acquired from breathing polluted indoor air, while almost half of all deaths from pneumonia among children under five is also due to the poor air where fires burn indoors. Moreover, collecting firewood takes a lot of time from women and children, reducing their ability to perform other productive work and go to school. A clean, new heat source, free of radioactivity and emissions, can potentially address this problem, equally applicable to any other heating method.”
Household air pollution and health
Fact sheet N°292
Updated February 2016
Key facts
Around 3 billion people cook and heat their homes using open fires and simple stoves burning biomass (wood, animal dung and crop waste) and coal.
Over 4 million people die prematurely from illness attributable to the household air pollution from cooking with solid fuels.
More than 50% of premature deaths due to pneumonia among children under 5 are caused by the particulate matter (soot) inhaled from household air pollution.
3.8 million premature deaths annually from noncommunicable diseases including stroke, ischaemic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer are attributed to exposure to household air pollution.
Indoor air pollution and household energy: the forgotten 3 billion
Around 3 billion people still cook and heat their homes using solid fuels (i.e. wood, crop wastes, charcoal, coal and dung) in open fires and leaky stoves. Most are poor, and live in low- and middle-income countries.
Such inefficient cooking fuels and technologies produce high levels of household air pollution with a range of health-damaging pollutants, including small soot particles that penetrate deep into the lungs. In poorly ventilated dwellings, indoor smoke can be 100 times higher than acceptable levels for fine particles. Exposure is particularly high among women and young children, who spend the most time near the domestic hearth.
Impacts on health
4.3 million people a year die prematurely from illness attributable to the household air pollution caused by the inefficient use of solid fuels (2012 data) for cooking. Among these deaths:
12% are due to pneumonia
34% from stroke
26% from ischaemic heart disease
22% from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and
6% from lung cancer.
