    Imelda:
As I said, 16-18 hours per day and night of work came at a price. But I am recovering well and I am still working pretty well, obviously with more human shifts.
    Thank you for your concern,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Koen Vandewalle:
I am not just an inventor; I am also the guy which will industrialize the E-Cats. As a matter of fact right now I just finished my meeting with ABB that will realize the robotized production line. And pretty advanced with it.
As I said, the best defense of our intellectual property will be the speed and the economy scale with which we will produce the E-Cats.
    F9.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

MFMP, as well as Andrea Rossi, Steve Jobs and many others are (were) mostly enthusiasts, working in garages, sheds, containers … with their own limited resources to launch a world revolution.

A few years ago, Andrea has made the decision to sell his baby to get more resources available to finance and facilitate the growth of his baby. Even at the risk of his own health, he continued to develop his invention.

The choice to keep communicating over J.O.N.P. was another important aspect to get the genie definitely out of the bottle and keep it there. Intellectual property rights do not trigger the obligation to spread worldwide the product.

Due to the recent successes of MFMP and other replicators, no one can hide LENR anymore. The best thing the owner of the IP can do now with his rights is …. to bring products to market, as soon and as many as possible.

Andrea has not only invented a new sport, he enforced an Olympic discipline.

It is everyone’s full right to invest a lot to achieve high returns with other technology. Eventually, the number keV or MeV per dollar or per euro input will determine whether the technology will be economically successful. Harmony, balance, scalability and modularity are key factors.

To the extent that I know about the E-Cat-family, those key factors made Andrea Rossi decide to develop some different E-Cat versions.

It is ultimately nature, or God if you like, who created the elements, with their ability to make possible those appliances as E-Cats. Were the Coulomb barrier one order of magnitude stronger, then the E-Cat could not exist. We could not exist.

All the knowledge and insights that has collected mankind for decades, have to come together in a single individual brain to emerge as through creativity and serendipity to new ideas and technology.

Large organizations, and investors are mostly ensuring the scale-up and dissemination.

It would be inappropriate if the E-Cat technology ultimately wins the world under the name of the investor, rather than in the name of the creator. I think the mainstream media have an important role to play in this, and it’s our job as enthusiasts, to ensure that the inventor is respected over the names of the facilitators. This may not be obvious.

    Mr. Andrea Ross
    From Londana to Ulan Bator.
In Mongolia, there is a problem with the heat and electricity. The energy is the problem of the country, where it does not exist.
Can you help? If I start to work in Mongolia?

  • Hank Mills

    Dear Andrea,

The true marker of replicating the Rossi Effect, in my opinion, is massive excess heat. What the MFMP claims to have achieved is a very low thermal COP, but the detection of X-Rays (soft gamma), the vast majority of which was below 100keV. Bob Greenyer thinks that most of the gamma produced by their reactor was not thermalized, due to not having a thick enough layer of material to fully attenuate the emissions. He has proposed that their setup, if shielded with lead or even 1mm of Tungsten, could have produced vastly more excess heat.

However, I’m unsure if his conjecture is completely accurate, due to the fact you recently stated that proton-lithium reactions (producing high energy alpha particles) is the main source of power in the E-Cat. If heat production is dependent on gamma rays being thermalized, could they be a secondary product resulting from Alpha particles inducing nuclear reactions with other elements?
    Sincerely,
    Hank

    Dear Andrea Rossi:
The replication made by the MFMP is very important. Thay also have found low energy gamma and X Rays, coherent with the theoretical bases you and Norman Cook wrote about.
Congratulations to the MFMP and to you, indirectly.

    Hello dr Rossi:
What do you think of the recipe Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project , MFMP ?

And here’s the recipe in short form, as published by MFMP on February 24, 2016. For further details, please visit Quantumheat.org:
    Prepare thoroughly (Ni + LiAlH4 + Li)
    1. Bake Ni
    2. Reduce Ni
    3. Hydrogenate Ni
    4. Mix: Ni + LiAlH4 + Li
    5. Bake and vac reactor, add Mix, vac warm, add H2, Vac
    6. Heat to above Mössbauer determined Ni Debye (say 135C), pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs.
    7. Hold, pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs.
    8. Heat slowly to as close to Ni Curie as comfortable (Say 340C), pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs.
    9. Hold, pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs.
    10. Slowly lower temp to above highest known Ni Debye (Say 220C), pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs.
    11. Hold, pressure regulated to approx 1bar abs.
    12. Go as fast as possible through Ni Curie
    13. Hold, pressure regulated to approx 0.5bar abs.
    14. Cycle through 500C internal, pressure regulated to approx 0.5bar abs.
    15. Hold, pressure regulated to approx 0.5bar abs.
    16. Raise internal temperature to over 1200, pressure regulated to approx 0.5bar abs.
    17. Drop to around 1000C and hold, pressure regulated to approx 0.5bar abs.
    18. Raise internal temperature to near boiling point of Lithium
Some of the above steps may in time be redundant.
    1h Thermal > x/β- (0-100KeV) emissions thermalised in Lead > IR/THz (via blackbody) > 5h (SSM)
    where ‘>’ means ‘leads to’

    Dear Dr. Andrea Rossi,

I’ve been following the developments on the MFMP website and Facebook pages these past couple of days.

I have no questions for you, but just really wanted to congratulate you on your contributions to what MFMP had announced today. I am a layman and don’t know all of the science behind LENR. What I do know, is that my quality of life will improve because of you and your ECAT invention.

I mentioned Stephen Curry in an earlier post to you. This time I’ll compare you to Murph Cooper (you might have to Google that one).

Hopefully, you’ll be able to provide some discount coupons that I’ll be able to use on your website or on Amazon to get me an ECAT-X for my home. LOL.

My wife and I, my three young daughters, and my future grandchildren all thank you!

Enjoy the accolades that will be flooding your Inbox!

    With warm regards,
    –Rod

Andrea, I live in upstate New York. Every year at this time I tap some maple trees on my property and collect the sap to make maple syrup. In the early years I used wood fires to boil off the sap. It takes about 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup. Now I use propane as a convenience. It takes a lot of heat to boil off the 98% of water that’s in the sap. In the Northeast this is big business for commercial enterprises and for hobbyist like me. Ecat technology would be a perfect solution for the heat source. I’d say the biggest cost for maple syrup production is the fuel needed to make the heat. Thanks for sticking with your dreams and keeping us informed. I’ve been with you since January, 2011 Best of Luck, Bob

    Robert Curto,
When and if we will be able to produce massively a domestic E-Cat, I will be able to answer.
    Thank you for your insight.
    Warm Regards
    A.R.

  • Robert Curto

Dr, Rossi, when the E-Cat becomes available for the Home.
I will give my Condo as an example, I am not sure the numbers are 100% correct, but it does not matter, it is just an example.
First, every Apartment is going to want the E-Cat. I am not aware of one person who would say, no I do not want to save money. I would prefer to pay the money to Florida Power and Light, rather then put it in my Saving Account.
We have 5 Buildings of 3 Floors each, about 100 Apt’s each Building.
Are you going to install an E-Cat in every Apt. and restock it with fuel in every Apt.?
Or can you instal one Unit per Building, divide the cost per month by 100
and have each Apt. pay the same Amount ?
We have Cable TV everyone has to accept it. Everyone pays the same Amount each month.
Even the people who are not here for 6 months every year !
It is not fair, but everyone pays it.
The cost of installing one E-Cat per Building can be divided for each Apt.
    That is fair.
If you could have each Apt. pay just for the Electricity they use, everyone would be very happy.
    Robert Curto
    Ft. Lauderdale Florida
    USA
P.S. I am sure you and your Team can figure out how to do this.
The Electric Companies have been doing this for over 100 years.

  • Steven N. Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

Bill Gates has publically stated that he expects a clean energy solution to save the world within 15 years.

    1. Any ideas on technologies that might due this?

The annual world electricity consumption is around 25TWh. If eCat X technology could produce electricity, with certain assumptions, around 2 billion of your 3kW reactors would be required to replace the current electrical power generation (plus replacement unit). If you were able to achieve a production plant of 1,000,000 units per year, it would take 2,000 years to produce enough units. Can your envisioned plant be scaled up or multiple plants simultaneously built and operated, at least conceptually?

    Janne:
Let’s just work to bring the E-Cat to the massive market.
    These issues will come later.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Janne

    Dear Andrea,

In that case, you must be confident that you’re nearing massive production. That is great! If tomorrow a “Bob” were to release the formula for making what’s admittedly a run-of-the-mill LENR device compared to your Ferrari, it would soon spur a cottage industry that would lead to massive first round capital investment. Things would accelerate from there.

It is true that in the case of the automotive, there haven’t been successful US startups since Chrysler in 1925 – except for Tesla. And the only reason why Tesla succeeded was because of the meaningful differentiation factor and philosophy.

Energy companies, on the other hand, are much more “banal” and don’t typically create strong passions. It only matters what you charge per kWh. In this sense, it will be difficult for new startups to cost-effectively enter a saturated market. This has been your strategy all along. I just hope you get there first!

    Best Regards,

    Janne

  • Ian

    hi Andrea
I am thinking how to build a bronze statue of you and Focardi look at a glowing east.

    Dear Mr. Andrea Rossi
    1. Getting ERV report contributes to obtaining the certificate and the following patents?
    2. I tell partners and friends about the Effects Rossi and E-Cat.
It would be good to have a presentation to display.
    Maybe I missed?
Someone in the Leonardo Corporation is engaged in promotion?

  • Albert Ellul

Congratulations on your achievements, especially the E-Cat X which, F9.9 (approaching 10) will see the light of day during this year. I have one question which comes to mind about the direct conversion to electrical power from the heat (energy) generated by the E-Cat X. Is this due to the Seebeck-Peltier effect, another known phenomenon, or due to a yet undiscovered phenomenon discovered by you during the course of your research and experimentation?

In the past you had carried out massive research into this subject matter according to Mats Lewan’s book An Impossible Invention, a book which I am reading and find highly informative and intriguing.

    Ad Multos Annos.

  • Alex

    Dear Andrea,

Congratulations with the 1MW E-CAT test completion! I hope that results will be encouraging, even inspirational. And here is my question.

It is almost obvious that during LENR process one can obtain intensive fluctuations of magnetic field, which generates electric current in a standard manner. Do you use this effect in your E-Cat X? I’m pretty sure, that the answer is yes. And if so – can you control the parameters of the resulting electric current by controlling the LENR reaction?

Sorry if this question is against your NDA.

    Sincerely yours, Alex

What I wanted to say is that, once we sell massively the E-Cats, the reverse engineering becomes pointless. F9.

  • Janne

    Dear Andrea,

Regarding Silvio Caggia’s question, surely the difference is that for cars and refrigerators, information on how to assemble them is already widely available. Maybe not for the average Joe to make in his garage, but to concerns of medium size and up.

    Best Regards,

    Janne

  • Brokeeper

    Dear Andrea Rossi,
Has consideration been made to utilize the E-Cat X’s third by-product, light, for ambient and/or direct lighting for buildings, especially new constructions using fiber optics? Has this also been considered in lighting the lamp posts in your micro grid powered ‘dream town’ or is electric lighting cheaper and more practical to install.
    Thank you. Sincerely,
    Brokeeper

  • Andrea Rossi

    Silvio Caggia:
If somebody will publish how a car can be manufactured and engineered, so that anybody can make a car in his workshop, will this affect the cars market?
Same question for refrigerators, ovens, etc etc.
    Warm Regards
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Fyodor:
    Same answer as to Lars.
    Warm Regards
    A.R.
