    Marco Serra:
1- All the orders of the SKLed have been cancelled
2- Send another order form ( find it on http://www.ecat.com ) and sent it to info@leonardocorp1996.com
3- yes, but to avoid confusion, please attach also copy of the order form you made for the SKLed
Thank you for the blessing ! Likewise to you,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

    Dear Andrea
I’ve ordered few months ago 2 SkLED (I can’t find the confirmation email tho).
1 – Was my order recorded in your database ?
2 – What should I do to change my order to 50 SkLEP ?
3 – Does this SkLEP order keep the priority of the SkLED order ?

    God Bless You

    Marco Serra

    Dear John Maccini

Re using motors for DC/AC conversion rather than electronic inverter.

To add to Andrea’s response, I read the referenced paper.
It concludes only use motor conversion if the ambient temperature is so high that the electronic inverter is not functional.

    ————
Due to the extreme weather conditions in Iraq, where electric
power conversion systems cannot be operated in the summer,
we recommend using a rotary power transformer when the
temperature is above 40C°, the period time of six months in
year from May to October, Electronic inverter can be used for
the rest time of year where the weather is cold.
    ————–

However, this is a flawed conclusion….all you need to do is to buy or design an inverter to operate at higher ambient temperature. For sure this is possible, military grade components combined with better cooling of the power electronics components should do the trick.

    Dear Andrea Rossi.

I can imagine a situation where you start production of the Ecat SKLep in or before the month of April 2022, and substantial quantities have been delivered and ‘well received’ by satisfied buyers in the period June to September 2022.

In that situation, present buyers may well wish to re-order extra units.

I suggest that it is now time to open pre orders for the second one million production units.

    Best wishes/Warm regards, Richard Wells.

    Ernesto Seligardi:
Your order has been received and the confirmation you received is valid. If you want my personal confirmation, send copy of it attached to an email addressed to
    info@leonardocorp1996.com
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    John Maccini:
Thank you for your suggestion. Maybe, but the issue stays in the efficiency of conversion and the consequent economics.
    We will study this solution,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

I believe that I read that you said that a large number of the preorders that you are getting is from people who are intending to resell the SKLEPs. Once you get the million preorders, will you post a list of all authorized resellers on your websites?

  • Dear Andrea,
As we wait for Leonardo to produce the 1 megawatt power plant in its shipping container, I was wondering if there is a better way to convert DC voltage to AC. Instead of using a noisy semiconductor dc/ac inverter which is always mentioned, wouldn’t a DC motor to AC generator unit be more appropriate for a 1 megawatt power plant? With the AC generator you would be producing the classic RMS sine wave voltage which is the standard form of industrial/municiple power.

I ordered my EcatSKlep a few days after the presentation on December 9, 2021, using the form provided. A few moments after sending the order, a notice appeared on the monitor where it was written more or less: “your order has been accepted” (I don’t remember). But no confirmation message arrived at my e-mail. Can I feel comfortable? I have read that someone has received confirmation by e-mail even many days after the order.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Koen Vandewalle:
All the orders will be collected and conserve the chronological priority of the first one,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Koen Vandewalle

    Hi Andrea,
in December I ordered 10 units, in January 2 and now my order of 10 units for February has been confirmed.
On the second order I saw it being put together on the first.
With the third order, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
Will later orders continue to be merged with earlier ones, or will it be the order date that determines the order of delivery from now on?
Both options are good for me. I will still need a lot of energy for a long time.
    With best regards,
    Koen

    Kazimieras Liepis:
    1. we work every day on this issue
    2. we will demonstrate onnly what we will be ready to sell
    3. need our direct control
    4. not so far, and this does not depend only on us
    Warm Regards,

  • Andrea Rossi

    Wilfried Babelotzky:
All I know is that we will get it back and will recycle the 100% of its parts, unless a better use of it will turn up to be possible. All the rest has to be experienced.

    Dear Andrea,
what happens to the SKLed after 100000 hours of operation?
    1) The device switches off automatically?
    2) The operation continues, but is out of warranty?
    3) The device has less and less maximum power?

    Best regards
    Wilfried

  • Kazimieras Liepis

    Dear Dr. Andrea Rossi,
    please answer the following questions:
    1. Is there a continuous operation of SKlep at rated load and / or dynamic modes after the demonstration on December 9?
    2. Have technological solutions already been adopted and experimental and / or industrial SKlep control units manufactured and when will they be demonstrated?
3, Is the supply of heat to industrial customers from E Cat megawatt complexes continuing and how successful?
    4. Can we expect to receive information about the success of these projects from consumers?

    Warm Regards
    To you and your team
    Kazimieras Liepis

  • Ingmar Andersson

    Dear Dr. Rossi.

Does the function of the SKLep in any way depend on internet connection?

    Dear Mr Rossi

Can you tell us what is the max internal temperature reached by SKLep whem the external temperatue is aabout 25 degree Celsius and the output power is 100W

    Thanks
    Paolo

  • Espen VDP

Dr. Rossi, Congratulations on getting close to 800000 pre-orders, very exciting. Is your manufacturing ready yet, so you can start producing when you get the needed million of preorders?
    Regards, Espen VDP.

  • Richard Wells

    Dear Andrea Rossi

Clicking of a link to your ‘facebook page’ from your Ecat pre order site; it struck me that since the Ecat SKLed is no longer a promoted product, that you should update your social media pages to reflect that your Ecat SKLep is now the product offered.

Also that so far you have received close to 800,000 pre orders towards to one million target that you have set; and you are confident/optimistic on reaching the target and starting mass production and hopefully deliveries this year, 2022.

It would be good to have a product facts page, and link to a pre order page.

Congratulations on the progress to date.

    Best wishes, Richard Wells.

    Dear Andrea:

    RE: ECAT SK

Your website has a page for news:
    https://ecat.com/news
It discusses the Feb. 5, 2019 update for the ECAT SK

Your news page is not listed in the links at the top of your main page, https://ecat.com/
So you can only access the NEWS page if you know it is there, or find it when you do a web search engine for “ECAT SK”. This would seem to be an intentional decision when designing the web site.

Nor is ECAT SK listed in products section.

My calcs suggest that the ECAT SK has 35X the power generation density as the SKLep. For pure heat production you get more heat with less volume. This would seem to be an extremely attractive characteristic of the ECAT SK.

This all suggests you are discontinuing the availability of the ECAT SK, or at least putting it on the “back burner” while launching the SKLep. Can you please confirm and comment why on this inference?

    Best Regards
    LarryG

    Dr Rossi,
    I just read the paper
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
I think I understood why it has reached the never heard before level of more than 90000 readings ( by two orders of magnitude superior vs the most read physics papers ). The matter of the fact is that this article is not just revolutionary under the theoretical point of view, but its value stays also in the extremely interesting list of references that integrate every single statement of the paper with the work made in time, starting from Dirac, leading to a new concept of the electron and its Zitterbewegung effect.

    Dear Dr. Rossi,

A question that may have been asked before:
Does the expected service life of an ECat SKLep increase if you only use it for 6 or 12 hours a day, for example?

  • Hi Andrea Rossi,
1- Is it possible to use for example 10 SKLEPS on a 240V power supply which will operate continuously and will be backed up during requests greater than 1 kW?
2- If possible, will it be necessary to bring in a professional electrician to ensure the connection and operation?
    Kinds regards

  • LarryG

    Dear @RuggeroImbriani:

🙂 If you place your pre-order for 10K units ASAP….you should then have the honor of getting Andrea over the 800K mark!

(Andrea mentioned one post below his response to you that he is close to 800K)

    Dear Dr Andrea Rossi:
Can we be sure that the ecat SKLep will begin to be distributed in 2022 ?
Thank you for the revolutionary paper
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
Difficult to understand, but when you go through it you understand why is the physics paper more read in RG

  • Hugh Maguire

    Dear Andrea,
Let’s assume you need to heat your home, whether apartment or small house. What approach do you think will turn out to be most suitable and easiest to implement and control:
    A. Generate power through SKleps—to run a heat pump or even generate heat directly through heating coils (wasteful perhaps, but straightforward and simple),
    or
    B. Make a giant leap backwards, focusing directly on the heat generated in previous models of E-Cats?
At first sight, using electricity for direct heating, even if produced at very low cost, would seem a bit like driving a Humvee 1/4 of a mile down the street to get a cup of coffee. Would previous versions of the Ecat be better suited for the needs of homes, condominiums, even, perhaps, city-block heating plants?
On the one hand, it seems logical to assume that the space occupied by 100 SKleps yielding 100W each should not exceed 70 cubic feet, and could power a 10kW heat pump.
This would give you around 30kW thermal, if not more, with reasonable clutter—so, if you don’t live way up north and have a basement or empty room, you could fit in practically everything you need.
If on the other hand you wanted to use a previous model E-cat to produce heat, what kind of footprint would it take? And what about the overall COP as opposed to the SKLep’s? And yet, you would be generating heat directly.
So the bottom line: do you see efficiency criteria that actually make SKLep an optimal choice also for generating heat for domestic purposes? Or should we understand that both technologies will remain in use, with separate roles?

  • Ruggero Imbriani

    Dr Rossi,
I watched the presentation of the ECAT SKLep on YouTube ( “Video presentation of the Ecat SKLep on December 9th 2022” ).
It is a masterpiece: short, precise, complete and very convincing. My company deals in the field of gensets and we want to buy 10000 units.
Whom have I to contact for to buy 10000 Ecats ?
    Best,
    Ruggero from Milan, Italy

Hi Andrea, only a minor consideration: you should ask to the webmaster of this blog to switch to https, this is quite mandatory for a good presence on the search engines an to avoid alert messages by the browser.
The web site journal-of-phisics already is certified https.

    Hi Andrea

Interesting power play info, pun not intended.

I have commented before that SKLep acceptance and distribution will be strongly affected by the power monopolies based on non-renewable supplies trying to block it, and governments support (or lack of it). See for instance my post Jan30 1:16PM: https://www.journal-of-nuclear-physics.com/?p=892&cpage=678#comment-1575469

Coincidentally I just came across this news article that illustrates a small battle between power monopoly and government where the monopoly wanted to force people selling solar power back to the grid to pay a surcharge equal to about half of the sales of the power back to the grid. Fortunately the local provincial government is going to stop this in its tracks.

    https://globalnews.ca/news/8588348/ns-power-solar-fee-shut-down/

It is going to be an interesting decade or two as the world order changes as oil/coal rich countries lose their dominance.

    Best Regards
    LarryG

  • Italo R.

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
A technical question, if it does not fall within the confidential area.
The nominal supply voltage of the SKLep is 12 VDC.
What happens if we gradually lower this value?
1 – The output voltage and the relative power output decrease proportionally. Or
2 – The output voltage and the relative power supplied remain constant until the SKLep suddenly switches off when the input voltage drops below a critical value.

    Kind Regards,
    Italo R.

  • Walter

    Hi Andrea
Which is the continent where the Ecat SKLeps are more bought?

  • Andrea Rossi

    Sture Andreasson:
    Thank you for the suggestion

  • Sture Andreasson

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

It would be valuable to me, if you wanted to show a picture of E-CatLEP interconnected, so that they produce 220 Volt ALTERNATING CURRENT.

    Warm Regards
    To you and your team
    Sture Andreasson
