if SSM-ecats are available this year so it would be a real revolution.
Every energy consumer/household can oneself disconnect from the electric grid.
Of course I would first start and test it with fridge and freezer for a year. Also with electric heating.
Heating cartridges for existing hot water tanks could also operate with SSM-ecat, etc.
Do you have already an asking price?
Dear Dr Rossi
Follow up three questions re: SSM version of the Ecat SKLep
1) Have you demonstrated a concept design that operates in SSM mode
_____1)A So now the task is to engineer it into a product?
2) can you confirm my speculation that a SSM version will need a small amount of power during startup (initial “ignition” ) , for instance, by a “tiny” battery or solar panel before the output from the SKLep is available for the SSM loop?
Here we are, approaching the start of June 2022. Do you think it is still possible to ship production 100W SKLep units (and their controller) before 1 Jan 2023?
Dear Mr. Rossi,
you wrote that you also work on a SSM(self sustain mode)-version of the ecat sklep.
Will this SSM-ecat available in this year, too?
Can i chose to this version shortly before the delivery?
Best regards

1. Are you still testing the production or pre-production DKLep units?
2. If so, are the performance results consistent with those previously reported. or better?
3. How well is the Controller working with the SKLep units?
4. Have you started or completed environmental testing – temperature, humidity, altitude?
Dr Rossi,
Thank you for the answer.
By the way: you are making something that is simply titanic, with an apparent violation of the second principle of thermodynamic; this will unleash hell against you from part of the scientific community and, mostly, from the dealers of production and sales of energy; it is obvious that you are afraid of the consequences and that tharefore you need the guarantee of a vast background of customers to sustain you; I appreciate your honesty when you say that you want not to collect public money to defend the savings of the investors and that you want not to get advanced payments for the Ecats.
In conclusion, I do not understand all the mumbojumbo about the impatience for you to distribute prematurely the Ecat SKLep.
We, the silent majority, are with you,

@ Mr. Dan Galburt
How about Plan C – against reverse engineering. Produce enough initial generators and then enter the stock market to ensure a head start.
All the best J.Š.
I think there is merit in some elements of Dan Galburt’s proposed plan.
1. You obviously are generating pre-production units now for internal testing and product development purposes (please verify my assumption).
2. Why not select one (or a few) independent test agencies to test the pre-production units for durations and output/input ratios that clearly exclude chemical energy sources.
3. The independent test organizations would be under a strict NDA where they cannot release information without your approval.
4. Then a massive news release (more than internet) on the positive results.
5. I would suggest testing of multiple SKLeps in a system, so that results from each SKLep unit, in the same test environment, can be cross-compared.
In this manner, the proprietary design data are protected and the units cannot be reverse engineered until your massive production of 1 million units is publicly available.
Dan Galburt:
Thank you for your kind thinking to help us.
The risk is the recerse engineering while we are nor ready to react.
Our plan B is different.

Prior to shipment of the ECat SKLep the number of customers placing preorders is limited to people who follow your work on the internet and believe that there is a chance that you will actually manufacture and ship working units as promised. Getting 800000 preorders prior to shipments shows that there is strong interest in the ECat SKLep, but to convert preorders to orders and get additional orders may require more proof.
After shipments begin, customers will actually get to test the ECat SKLep and everything will change. Short term tests will be conducted by your customers and test results will appear on the internet. The customers doing the testing will defend their results. If the ECat SKLep works it will be obvious, and if it doesn’t work it will be just as obvious. Assuming the initial test results are positive then longer-term tests will begin. About 2 months after the first shipment, testers will verify that the ECat SKLep continues to function for 1000 hours, providing solid proof that more than chemical energy is driving the device. The number of customers interested in ordering ECat SKLep units will increase exponentially and serious work on applying the ECat SKLep to real world applications will begin. Also, serious work on reverse engineering will begin.
With this in mind, plan B should be to start shipments when you can manufacture at least 1 million ECat SKLeps in one year and have an initial inventory of perhaps 50000 units. The number of preorders is no longer a factor.
There is no question in my mind that if you get thousands of working ECat SKLep units in the public domain you will generate a level of interest in both your product and the technology behind it that will make you a public figure. You will have accomplished something that no one has done before.

Ruslan Kulabuchov lives in Lithuania, in town Riga. He built a device where he apparently uses the Aharonov – Bohm effect.
Impulse nanosecond energie in shorted coax. a cable that is wound like a coil on another solenoid winding. The synergy arises: the seemingly unbound energy of the high-voltage pulse passes into the current solenoid winding. The result is the multiplied of high voltage with the current flowing through the solenoid, achieving more energy than the energy needed to excite both energies, both current and high nanosecond voltage. Maybe it is ZPE.
As a result, 100W excites about 400W of electricity into light bulbs.Unfortunately, the equipment must have a ground that is degraded over time.
Ruslan Kulabuchov no longer continues in development.

What I have understood reading the paper http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
is that the coherence between it and the theoretical rationale of the effect from the Ecat SKLep comes from the dV/dT of the following synopsis:
1- point zero energy
2- matterwaves from ZBW and
3- dV/dt with high dV and increase of ZBW and Aharonov-Bohm effect
4- electrons phase change
5- formation of electron clusters in phase
6- transfer of energy to electrons not in phase
7- emession of energy gain
Is it correct ?
Thank you for your immense efforts due to the difficult situation you are in,

Dear Mr. Rossi,
now it is nearly June, still no hope for a date of despatch.
How many years do you want to wait in addition? The need for your product exists more than ever, of course much more than a million ecat sklep.
Maybe you can sell your science to the peoples republic of china? It is a country with an immense energy demand, but also a country without the might of trusts who do not want your rivalry.
And of course it is a country which owns currency reserves of 4 billion(EU) or 4 trillion(am.) dollar. Surely they can pay a few hundred million dollar for your invention and the expenses of your investors.
I am sorry, but after waiting for years i getting older and impatient. And i want to witness this revolution in my lifetime.

It would be nice and re-assuring if you could provide:
1. new test results (and test conditions) on the production SKLep,
2. mechanical drawings on the SKLep, specifically mounting points/specifications — type, how deep penetration allowed (e.g., M3 x 5mm),
3. connector types and locations,
4. input and output specifications (ranges, constraints — if any), and
5. a sample cabling scheme for running multiple SKLep unit.
Some details on the Prototype system to use SKLep units for an on-grid residential system.
. The Components are mounted on the back of a copper clad aluminum sheet, approximately 16” wide by 12” high. No machine shop work was done, all were hand-drilled and hand-wired.
The power comes in through a standard 1-Gang PVC box in which a pilot switch is mounted. The controlled output of the 1-Gang box goes through a NEMA cable to a 3/8” cable restraint and then to a 3 by 2 barrier strip (aka terminal strip). Ground is tied to the copper clad (both sides of the plate). A RED LED is tied to the 120VAC coming into the barrier strip and is in parallel to the AC power going to an 8 x 2 input barrier strip and also to a 120VAC input/12VDC, 10W supply (for later use in powering the SKLeps).
Currently, I am using the 120VAC power to power the 120VAC to 12VDC power supplies in place of the future SKLep units. When I receive the SKLep units (DC in/DC out), I will replace the 120VAC going to the 8 x 2 barrier strip with the 12VDC power coming from the 10W power supply. The 120VAC/12VDC supplies will be replaced with the SKLep units. One Controller module will be added to connect to the SKLep units. The Controller gets it power from one or more of the SKLep units.
There are three colored LEDs. They are 12VDC indicators. They show that the 12VDC output is present. There is a different color for each power supply or SKLep unit.
The three power supplies feed to another 8 x 2 output barrier strip so that their outputs are wired in series. This configuration produces about 36 VDC. The future SKLep units would be wired the same.
The 36VDC, 300W output goes through a strain relief to an Enphase micro-inverter, Model IQ7A or IQ8A. The Enphase micro-inverter requires the AC Neutral to be wired to its mounting support while the 36VDC connects through some cables with the same connector types as those from a Solar Panel to the micro-inverter DC Input connector. Grid Power (240VAC) is applied to the AC Connector on the micro-inverter.
The mounting hardware is standard US 6-32 x ½” machine screws with #6 Acorn nuts and internal tooth washers.
The IQ7A micro-inverters cost a little less than $200 USD each. Other material costs (excluding the SKLep units) are under $100 per system.
I am using a standard Enphase grid power cable with three micro-inverter connectors, one for each of the three micro-inverters. Connection to the Grid power is through a subpanel cable which includes a 20AMP, 2-phase breaker. Different Enphase cables are available with more or less numbers of connectors that mate to the Enphase micro-controller Grid power connector. The Enphase micro-inverters run in parallel to each other.
