Are you sure the E-Cat 10W is not consuming power?
I report here an anomaly in the electrical installation of my house that went unnoticed until the arrival of LED lamps. A switch in my bedroom was installed on the neutral wire. When I turn off the light, the LED lamp continues to emit a glow of one to two lumens constantly. When I touch the bulb with a finger it doubles its light intensity.
One might think that this bulb does not consume energy because the circuit is open but this is not the case, the led lamp does indeed consume energy.
Hope you will reach one million order to start mass production.

when I was young I liked to build crystal radios (radio a galena).
The device was connected to a long wire that acted as an antenna, and had another long wire for the ground connection.
In this way, electromagnetic energy was collected from the environment and the radio worked.
The ECAT must have a connection to the grid (which would act as an “antenna”) and a connection to the ground.
This would allow some kind of energy to be harvested from the grid (or from vacuum, ZPE?)
However, this should be signaled by a current flowing through the ground wire.
But if this current is alternating or in any case not DC it cannot be seen with a direct current milliammeter but with other instrumentation, for example an oscilloscope put on a series resistor.
If this is a valid hypothesis, it would be explained why the Ecat is not running on battery or disconnected from the grid.

I see your presented limitation as real progress.

I give you two scenarios both of which are true. Paraphrasing is used in any quotes from individuals but these do not change the validity of the accounts.
1) A smallish town library became too small for the growing size of the town, so a much larger and more impressive one was built opposite it and across a busy road. It had all mod cons and all new shelving. Naturally, all the books ,papers and general items had to be transferred over this road. Vans were used but all the staff were asked to help carry some remaining stuff over this road in boxes, stuff that needed a more personal and careful transfer. All the staff were keen and excited despite doing things that were not in their job descriptions.
A few weeks notice was in force for the move. In the meantime, the head librarian asked his professional librarians if they would help him with planning this mammoth task.Volunteers only. The big problem was where exactly to put the books and in what order on the new shelves. Naturally the professionals rose enthusiastically to the challenge. Each person worked for hours and hours to come up with their own solution.
Before the moving date, the boss called a meeting to examine all the fruits of the individual efforts. When he had considered them all, he announced ” None of these will work because I forgot to tell you that THAT AREA over there was reserved for all the outsized books.” So all that mammoth thinking, planning and effort was thrown into the bin along with the dreams of all the participating people. Much gnashing of teeth followed along with a view of said boss which was permanently altered.
2) Many months ago an inventor had announced to his followers that he had succeeded in producing a device that was based on the previous E-Cat work but now could output electricity rather than simply offering heat energy. There was much cheering . Not long after, with more efforts, the inventor announced that he had managed to get this device to perform in self sustained mode (SSM). There followed a huge cheer from these followers. They became even more enthusiastic than before and expressed their ideas on how this could be and all the possible uses for it. Self- sustaining, portable power applications for cars, buses, trucks, trains, aircraft, spacecraft and even a source of electricity for fledgling bases on the Moon and Mars were aired.
Much later, the boss made it known that SSM did not mean what the world accepted; ie a looping back from output to input so accomplishing self sustain. He had in mind a new meaning for SSM which meant that the world’s idea was not acceptable. In addition, to make things worse, the device had to be plugged into a grid system that had its own earthing in order for the new idea of SSM to function. Some grids have no earthing apparently. No portability then. Gnashing of teeth followed along with all the previous dreams mentioned above going into the bin.
Conclusion. Wouldn’t it have been so much better to have spelled out accurately in the beginning what the real facts were rather than allowing all parties concerned to waste their mental efforts in both the scenarios above?
I am trying very hard to keep my neutral stance that has been in place for the last 10 plus years so that I can get to the truth. However, I am beginning to buckle.
However, I hope that you can get rid of the grid connection in the future and , like a car, once a battery has started the motor and switched out, the car will run in SSM for as long as the fuel lasts.
