Congratulations on developing an ecat without need for a grid connection. If this can work does it mean that you will be able to obtain safety certifications for:
A. Marine
B. Aerospace and Aeronautical
C. Surface transportation (car, truck, train etc.)
Dr. Rossi,
I’m excited to hear that a non-grid, mobile, variant may be close at hand. I happen to think that adding that capability will double or triple the size of your market, because a mobile SKLep has the greatest potential of fulfilling a huge unmet need for EVs– specifically a vastly extended range for EV cars and trucks on a single “charge”.
Best wishes to you and your remarkable team– if shipments begin soon, as hoped, you’ve managed to accomplish a long series of amazing and unprecedented breakthroughs these past months & years!

Dear Dr. Rossi
Yesterday you confirmed that the Mini Sklep/Sklep will cost the same in both the grid and off-grid versions.
Once the off-grid version will be producible (i.e. it will have passed the test phase) what will happen?:
1) There will be two versions with different P/N: grid & off-grid?
2) will there be a single product ( Mini SKLep/SkLep ) capable of operating either in grid mode, or in off-grid mode (in the latter case also “self-powered”)?
Wilfried Babelotzky:
Yes, and I am very positive about the success, because today we worked extremely well with the prototype. We are very, very happy of today’s job.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dear Andrea,
will the SKL variant without mains and earth connection be realised via a self-preservation mode, so that no input source will be necessary anymore?
Kind regards, Wilfried
O. Specht:
When I immigrated in the USA in 1996 I have worked for a company that made electricity from wood wastes, in New Hampshire. They had a good library and I used to study everything that interested me; that way I found the literature related to the LENR and studied it. That has been the spark that ignited my future end arrived to my present, valuable or not as it might be. Obviously I couldn’t reach anything without the help I found in the USA, throughout all the events of these last 27 years of my life.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dear Dr. Rossi,
in your first time you researched for making oil out of trash and i know already why you stop that.
But how did you came to research and invent the ecat? What was the reason? Have you read about the basics somewhere? Did you had the idea in a dream? Or else?
Best regards
O.Specht
1. Do you envision the non-gird variant of the SKLep costing more than the grid variant of the SKLep?
2. After the initial run (pre-ordered) SKLep units, will the price of SKLep units dramatically rise?
A recent, interesting video on YouTube talks about ZeroPoint Energy at 15:50 and 17:50 time marks. The history of the difficulties of marketing ZeroPoint energy products in the USA is also discussed.
Dear Dr. Rossi,
an ecat which needs no grid connection will save a lot of money, not even a base fee of 12-15 € per month! Just the transport of electric current in Germany is charged with 10 ct/kwh plus 19% tax. No wonder the average ekectricity price here will rise to over 50 ct/kwh next year.
But of course, you will make yourself a lot of enemies. Like electric power companies, oil companies, ocean carriers with oil tanker, and of course finance corporations (Blackrock&Co) which therein invested.
So please take good care!
Best regards
Urs
Dear D. Rossi,
The possibility of powering the Ecat without earthing opens up almost infinite possibilities. It would effectively become a portable and autonomous device capable of generating energy anywhere, on any fixed or mobile device. Nobel Prize revolution? Absolutely yes!
Best Regards,
Italo R.
Dear Andrea,
it’s really good news to learn that there are improvements on the Ecat without grid connection , especially thinking about future missions to Mars, from there making a connection to ‘earth’ is really problematic 🙂 just a smile.
Regards, Giuseppe
With respect the matter of possible overestimation, I truly admire your humility and the dedicated focus you place on getting the SKLep “out the door” (I think time will show you made the right choice).
That said, let me pose these rhetorical questions (they don’t need answers– consider them “food for thought”)–
1) When was the last time a new, previously untappable, energy source was developed that had the potential to scale beyond 1% of total world energy production?
– hint: Current major World energy sources– Fossil Fuels (81%), Biofuels (9%), Nuclear (5%), Hydro (3%), Solar (1%)
– reference: illuminatingfacts.com
2) When was the last time a method for directly converting an energy source into electricity was developed? (I.e., without using mechanical energy or heat as an intermediate step.)
3) Also, let me note without stating a question: Nobel prizes did, in fact, arise from some of the candidates for 1 & 2.
Daviid-UK:
Again thank you for your enthusiasm for the work of our Team, but I can only replicate what I already answered to you: we are surely making a good job, working night and day on it, but you are overestimating me.

A.R.

1- a more complex system
2- whereas the Clients will be free to buy the version presently viewable on the Youtube video, Clients who want the version without the grid connection
can be served only when and if we will succeed with this issue

Dear Andrea, when it was recently suggested on the blog that you deserved the Nobel Prize for physics, you responded that we overestimated you and your achievements. In fact the opposite seems more true, that you underestimate the magnitude of your technologies and their world historical importance.
Koen Vandewalle:
The Clients will be free to choose the version they want, depending on their specific situations: with grid connection or without, either will be available, provided we succeed to complete the R&D and tests with the off-grid prototypes we are working with presently.
Thank you for you information about leds.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Congratulations on your new circuit that does not require a grid connection. I hope it proves successful. Was this innovation primarily driven by a requirement from large potential clients, or something already on your “check list” of features to accomplish regardless of large client interest?
Dear Dr. Rossi,
what belongs to the self sufficient mode without connection to the grid:
So it could be possible that you deliver this SSM-ecat sklep to all pre-orders?
Best regards
R.Brand
Dear Andrea Rossi,
On the one hand, for important reasons, you need to sell at least a million units of Ecats connected to the power grid before production can start, and on the other hand, your team and you are making progress in the development of new Ecat versions that are disconnected from the power grid.
Are the devices we pre-order already obsolete?
As far as I know, the DC output of a commercial DC power supply is galvanically isolated from the mains.
In Flanders, we will be charged for electricity in a new way from January 2023: in any case, a basic power of 2.5 kW is assumed, with an extra cost for those who purchase more than 2.5 kW of power. This extra cost is calculated on the highest peak consumption for 15 minutes in one month. Those 15 minutes can be anytime. So even if there is overproduction of solar panels and wind turbines, or if almost everyone is asleep and the washing machines and dishwashers have already done their job at 3 am.
If later – rather tomorrow than the day after tomorrow – I supply my whole house with power using ECAT techniques, and I use 5 Watts from the net for this, then I will still be charged 2500 Watts as connection costs.
ENERG label.
Since 2019, there are new European energy labels for electrical appliances. Yesterday I bought an OSRAM Ledvance Lamp of 7.5 Watt with a light output of 1055 lm.
This lamp cost 10€. The packaging states that it will last 15,000 hours. It can be switched on/off 100,000 times.
This is poor quality, because the lights in my street have been on every night from dusk to dawn for at least 20 years.
This 15,000 from the OSRAM Ledvance is significantly less than the estimated lifetime of an ECat. Logically, I assume that the parts of the ECat are different from the parts of an LED lamp and are more similar to a public lighting. In that respect, the promised 100,000 hours is realistic.
This OSRAM LED lamp has European energy label D. When I look up further information about this energy label, I see that the EU writes that there are currently no appliances with an A label for sale, but that they expect that these appliances will be available in the future. going to be. I am thinking very specifically of lighting sources with a built-in mini Ecat and refrigerators and dishwashers with integrated Ecats.

Dear Andrea,
Very good to hear that you can run an E-Cat without the need for a grid connection. I have a couple of questions, if you don’t mind.
1) Instead of a grid connection, will it require a battery as a power source?
2) Will this development mean that the production and delivery dates will have to be pushed back? If so, by how much time?
Thank you very much,
Frank Acland
