    Dear Andrea Rossi,

    Out of World Question:

    1. Do you think NGU technology will work on worlds where the gravitational constant for that location is less than that of the Earth?
    2. If such a limitation exists, would a centrifuge-induced sensed gravitation allow for proper NGU operation?

Andrea Rossi: I’ve been looking for a generator for emergency home usage for a while now but don’t have the knowledge of what size would be best to run things such as a box fan, small lamp, hotel sized refrigerator, small electric heater, and electric skillet. Can you please recommend the appropriate size ECAT that I would need for AC power? Also does the generator come with everything needed to be able to use it or do I need to buy additional equipment to be able to use it in the USA? Thank you for your help in advance.

Dynamical Casimir Emission from Polariton Condensates

    Abstract
We study theoretically the dynamical Casimir effect in an exciton-polariton condensate that is suddenly created by an ultrashort laser pulse at normal incidence. As a consequence of the abrupt change of the quantum vacuum, Bogoliubov excitations are generated. The subsequent evolution, governed by polariton interactions and losses, is studied within a linearized truncted Wigner approximation. We focus in particular on the momentum distribution and spatial coherence. The limiting behavior at large and small momenta is determined analytically. A simple scaling relation for the final condensate depletion as a function of the system parameters is found and the correlation length is shown to depend linearly on the condensate depletion.

This reference provides a partial peer review of Dr. Rossi’s theory of energy extraction from the vacuum.

Posit for the AI to verify
The coherent actions of an Exciton-Polariton Condensate can produce rapidly vibrating changes in the index of refraction inside an optical cavity. These rapid changes in the index of refraction within the condensate leads to the formation of a dynamic Casimir cavity (DCE) and a reduction of vacuum energy in and around the condensate.

    The AI response
Research confirms that the coherent actions of an exciton-polariton condensate can trigger a Dynamical Casimir Effect (DCE) through rapid changes in the system’s properties.

Your statement is scientifically supported by theoretical models in quantum optics, specifically regarding the Dynamical Casimir Effect (DCE). Research, such as that by Koghee et al. (2014), confirms that the coherent oscillation of an exciton-polariton condensate can rapidly modulate the refractive index of a semiconductor microcavity. In physics, a time-varying refractive index is mathematically equivalent to a moving boundary (a mirror moving at relativistic speeds). This rapid “shaking” of the optical container disrupts the quantum vacuum, converting virtual vacuum fluctuations into pairs of real particles (photons or polaritons).

Formation of a Dynamic Casimir Cavity

Exciton-polariton condensates, which are hybrid light-matter quasiparticles in semiconductor microcavities, are inherently sensitive to rapid changes in their environment or density.

Abrupt Changes: When a condensate is suddenly created—for instance, by an ultrashort (femtosecond) laser pulse—it causes an abrupt change in the quantum vacuum.

Refractive Index Modulation: This rapid excitation leads to temporal oscillations in the optical path length (the product of the physical length and the index of refraction).

Bogoliubov Excitations: These non-adiabatic (rapidly vibrating) changes prevent the system from remaining in its ground state, resulting in the generation of real particles from the vacuum—specifically Bogoliubov excitations.

    Vacuum Energy and Emission

The formation of this dynamic cavity leads to specific quantum phenomena:

Dynamical Casimir Emission: The “shaking” of the vacuum field by the condensate’s coherent dynamics leads to the emission of photon pairs.

Condensate Depletion: Theoretical studies as of 2026 show that this process results in a “quantum depletion” of the condensate, where a portion of the particles is displaced due to the sudden shift in vacuum state.

Vacuum Energy Interaction: While traditional Casimir effects involve a reduction in vacuum energy between static plates, the DCE in polariton condensates converts vacuum fluctuations into detectable excitations (real polaritons or photons) due to the time-dependent boundary conditions provided by the condensate’s oscillation.

    The Physics of Vacuum Manipulation

    • 1. The Exciton-Polariton Condensate
Inside a semiconductor microcavity, photons (light) interact so strongly with excitons (electron-hole pairs) that they form hybrid quasi-particles called polaritons. Under the right conditions, these polaritons condense into a macroscopic quantum state (a Bose-Einstein Condensate), behaving as a single coherent wave.

    • 2. The “Shaking” Index (Refractive Index Modulation)
The presence of the condensate changes the material’s refractive index. Because the condensate is a dynamic system, its density can oscillate rapidly. A rapidly changing alters the optical path length of the cavity. To a photon inside, it feels exactly as if the cavity walls are vibrating back and forth at relativistic speeds.

    • 3. The Dynamic Casimir Emission
Quantum mechanics states that a vacuum is not empty but filled with “virtual” waves popping in and out of existence. If the cavity’s optical boundaries move (or the index changes) faster than these virtual waves can adjust, the boundary conditions “catch” the virtual waves and pump energy into them, turning them into real, observable photons.

    ________________________________________

Clarification: Reduced Vacuum Energy vs. Particle Creation

It is crucial to distinguish between the Static and Dynamic Casimir effects, as your statement touches on both:

    • The Static Effect (Reduction): The mere presence of the cavity walls (or the condensate boundaries) excludes certain vacuum wavelengths. This lowers the vacuum energy density inside the cavity compared to free space, creating a “Casimir Vacuum.”

    • The Dynamic Effect (Creation): The vibration of these boundaries (the DCE) adds energy to the system. It draws energy from the driving field (the pump laser or chemical potential) and converts it into real photon pairs, effectively “heating” the vacuum.

How hole superconductivity is a entropy based catalyst for the formation of a limited region of vacuum acting as a dynamic Casimir cavity.

    Statement to AI for validation:
Superconductivity is a low entropy state that can transfer that property to other situations. Hole superconductivity enables the transfer of a low entropy state to a regime of the vacuum by forming and optical cavity in which a exciton polariton condensate is formed. The condensate will then allow the transfer of the low entropy condition to a limited region of the vacuum that surrounds the condensate via the projection of negative photon momenta through the action of its dispersion channel onto the virtual photons formed in the vacuum resulting in a creation of a Dynamic Casimir Cavity.

    The AI response
The mechanism you described—linking hole superconductivity to the creation of a dynamic Casimir cavity via negative photon momenta—is a highly specific and speculative theoretical synthesis. While the individual components (exciton-polariton condensates, dynamical Casimir effect, and hole superconductivity) are established concepts in advanced quantum physics, the specific causal chain of “transferring low entropy to the vacuum” via this method is not a standard or experimentally verified phenomenon in mainstream physics. It appears to be a hypothesis often found in “vacuum engineering” or advanced propulsion proposals, combining principles from condensed matter physics with quantum vacuum dynamics.

    Concept Breakdown

Your query combines several distinct frontiers of physics. Here is how the standard model understands these terms versus the speculative connection:

Hole Superconductivity: A theory proposed by J.E. Hirsch suggesting superconductivity arises specifically from the pairing of electron holes (positive charge carriers) rather than electrons, driven by kinetic energy lowering.

Exciton-Polariton Condensate: A macroscopic quantum state (Bose-Einstein Condensate) formed by hybrid light-matter particles (polaritons) in a semiconductor microcavity. These condensates exhibit superfluidity and low entropy but are typically contained within solid-state devices.

Dynamic Casimir Effect (DCE): The generation of real photons from the vacuum caused by a boundary (like a mirror) moving at relativistic speeds or by rapidly changing the refractive index of a material (an “optical cavity”).

    The Theoretical Mechanism
The hypothesis you presented relies on a few specific, non-standard interpretations of quantum optics:

Negative Photon Momenta: In standard physics, photons have positive energy and momentum. “Negative momentum” usually refers to wave vectors in negative index metamaterials or phase velocity opposing energy flow. The idea of “projecting” this onto the vacuum is a theoretical leap, implying a way to suppress vacuum fluctuations below their zero-point energy.

Entropy Transfer to Vacuum: Thermodynamically, a condensate is a low-entropy state. The proposal suggests that this order can be “imprinted” onto the vacuum. Standard quantum field theory treats the vacuum as having a fixed energy density structure (zero-point energy), which can be excited (DCE) but not typically “ordered” in an entropic sense without the presence of matter.

The Link: The theory likely posits that the rapid oscillation of the polariton condensate (which has a very fast response time) acts as the “moving boundary” required for the Dynamic Casimir Effect, thereby interacting with virtual photons in the surrounding space.

    Visualizing the Interaction
This interactive simulation demonstrates the standard behavior of an Exciton-Polariton Condensate in a cavity. You can observe how the condensate forms a coherent wave state, which is the “low entropy” condition mentioned in your query.

This image of the condensate cannot be viewed under this format. See this post for an applicable format:

Dear dr. Rossi, I wish you a serene and happy 2026 and thanks for the product you gave to the world.

    One question:
To your knowledge, will the global licensee make itself known, say in the next 3-4 months?
Or is there a deadline for it to go public?
Or is there any chance it simply remains “under the radar” for as long as it wishes so(maybe years)?

    Thank you very much
    Dearly

    @ To all Readers:

I believe pre-order deliveries will not occur for several years.
Fear of premature reverse engineering is likely the deciding factor.

Rossi has always protected his intellectual property with extreme caution (black boxes, strict NDAs, controlled deliveries).
In the past, he has explicitly cited the risk of reverse engineering by “enemies” or customers with only a few units as a reason for not deploying small quantities before reaching massive scale.

Starting exclusively with industrial plants of 1 MW+ (a few sites, corporate customers with secure contracts, monitored access) drastically reduces the risk: difficult physical access for independent analysis, customers motivated to preserve their competitive advantage, time to collect real operational data, optimize, and strengthen barriers (economic, legal, secret know-how).

Because the Ecat is truly revolutionary, its value in the early years lies precisely in maintaining commercial exclusivity.
Deploying thousands of small units worldwide would be tantamount to handing the technology over to competitors (e.g., Chinese or other laboratories) capable of quickly deciphering it.

Protecting intellectual property from reverse engineering remains a classic strategic priority for disruptive technology.

In short, it’s a smart defensive move to prevent the technology from being “stolen” before it becomes unstoppable, much to the disappointment (my own included) of those who pre-ordered many years ago.

    Kind Regards,
    Italo R.

    David-UK:
To proceed along the same wavelength, I think that Entropy , the essence of the Third Thermodynamic Principle, gives scientific evidence of the existence of God; I reached this opinion studying Entropy in function of the theoretical bases of the Ecat operation and the ZPE.
By the way: the Zero Point Energy makes the Ecat not to violate the First Principle of Thermodynamic, because the balance of the O.U. is reconciled by the ZPE:the paper “Ecat SK and Long Range Particle Interactions” gives rigorous explication of this fact.
    Warm Regards,

Dear Andrea and readers, the E Cat was fornerly described as being a hoax or fake due to “contradicting all the laws of thermodynamics” etc. The “laws of thermodynamics” we written by man – the laws of physics by Nature, and Nature, and perhaps divinity, has triumphed.
