Moving to a more technical subject, I applied Stefan Boltzmann equation to a 85mm cube at a temperature of 328°K (55°C) and I got an emitted heat power of aroud 25 Watts.
This leads, assuming a 80% efficiency, to an electrical E-Cat SKL power output of about 100 Watts.
I understand you cannot answer in positive or negative but I would like to hear comments of the Readers on that.
My best wishes to overcome all current issues and arrive soon to the product presentation.
For the Client/Partner evaluations of the eCat SKL that are underway:
1. What is the duration of such evaluations?
2. When do you expect completion of at least preliminary results?
3. Will the results be made available to the public?
To withhold an advance.
Imagine if eCat SKL today had been a source of energy in full common use around the world and worked as Andrea expects.
It would then be completely inconceivable to suggest that the world should refrain from using it to promote a more expensive and highly polluting technology because it could create more jobs.
If SKL comes on the market, non of the world’s oil and gas-consuming machinery will transform itself into eCats. If energy can be supplied at low prices, this could create far more jobs than what high energy prices do. The transition, in itself, will give work to many.

Dr Rossi,

All the best,
Rudy
Delaying introduction of a new invention may sound like a nice idea but is fraught with danger for the very people who came up with the invention in the first place. It makes no sense to let your competitors catch up with you and, if they are just a little more efficient than you are (very low wage costs in China, as just one example), quickly put you out of business.
It is essential to recoup all your research and development expenditures as quickly as possible, and use the cash flow resulting from early sales to finance expansion to satisfy demand, before your competitors do.
I would strongly advise against slowing down introduction. It might be different if it was possible to expect that everyone would respect patent rights.
But all that a patent gives the inventor is the right to sue those who violate it.
And all a court judgment against those infringing your patent gives you, is the right to try to collect the judgement award. Try doing that with China.
I have never heard it suggested in the case of any other invention that its introduction should be delayed. Every new, better invention makes it inconvenient for those producing the obselete products. No one ever suggested, for example, that digital photography introduction be slowed because people at Kodak would lose their jobs.
1. The eCat SKL is not ready for massive production.
2. The eCat SKL is ready for partner/client company evaluations.
3. Such evaluations are currently underway.
The ecat domestic unit with combined electric and heat production will be able to heat and cool houses, propulse cars & the industrial units will take care of industrial energy needs. All this with marginal CO2 production and kw/h cost.
As the public acknowledgement and
Market introduction of ecat approaches may I ask if you have considered with your partners a structurally phased roll out ?
As you well know there are many countries that are very dependant on oil & gas revenues. The sudden break in income and bookvalue of their holdings will mean a major economic recession for these countries. Populations will risk mass unemployment, maybe famine and increased risk of radical behaviors and (civil) wars. This could even be the case in the US states where shalegas has become the main economy.
In order to avoid the sudden breakdown of these energy production dependant economies maybe you and your team should sit down with independent economists and governement officials of non-energyproduction dependant countries and with a sens of globale responsability such as for instance Sweden, Germany and France, EU?, to discuss a official transition plan between ecat energy and legacy energy. This could be a ten year plan starting with the most polluting/CO2 producing/evident industrial applications (coal?) and gaz/oil electric production and then gradually switching to household cars maybe (eventhough ridding Cities of car fumes is certainly highly deriable rather short term).
I dont know the order & timeframe but I am quite sure there is a sensible way to do this in a structured/planned & transparent way which would allow the Hydrocarbon producing countries/states to be able to organize a ordely transition of their economy. To turn around a Supertanker needs time and better have precise (time)map in order to be able to plan amortizations and investments – and you will need help. A planned transition instead of a revolution letting the marketforces apply blindly and ruthlessly could avoid a lot of pain to millions of people.

Hello A. Rossi
On this day of the climb, I brought out my crystal ball to determine the characteristics of the SKL without participating in the competition because of my travel difficulties. I hope I can follow your brilliant demonstration on the web.
The SKL deserves the golden ratio (1 + √5) / 2 = 1.618 033 988 749 894 … ..
Electric power = (1 + √5) / 2 = 1.618 033 988 749 894… ..kW
Electrical efficiency = ((1 + √5) / 2) * 50 = 80.901699437494…. %
Cube edge = (1 + √5) / 2) / 20 = 0, 0809016994374942…. M
Weight = (1 + √5) / 2) / 2 = 0, 809016994374942…. Kg
With this original numbers, the E-Cat will work flawlessly, without limits and adapt to all situations.
Good day for you, your family and your great team.
Best regards
Raffaele

Chuck Davis,
I love discussions of things that might be good investments in a world transitioning to Rossi-effect devices, but betting on oil prices going lower might be a risky one.
Right now oil is near the lowest price in decades. Oil is currently being pumped at a loss in some parts of the world. Demand is depressed because of the virus. Oil storage facilities are jam-packed. It’s possible (likely even) for oil production to drop faster than demand for oil drops– in which case the price of oil would increase. For historical example, the price of whale oil increased for many years after petroleum appeared on the scene (and while whale oil production plummeted).
Whatever you do, be prepared for surprises. (I’m not pro or anti-oil, but I am anti-negative-surprises!)
Dear Andrea, An ETF is an exchange traded fund, an investment method similar to stocks and DTO is a double inverse fund that pays double the percentage that oil falls. If oil drops 10% then DTO will go up 20%! I believe that when you make your presentation, the floor will fall out from under the oil market and DTO will be a great way to benefit from it. Think of it as a way to get back some of the money that the oil mafia has gouged us for in the past!

When new technological devices appeared in human history, in the beginning they were never perfect.
Some examples, the steam engine was dangerous, the boiler exploded.
The Ford Mod.T car started with the crank and many people were injured. It also often failed and broken.
The Wright brothers’ plane flew, but it was extremely dangerous, unstable, difficult to govern and prone to fall easily.
