Abstract
Some theoretical frameworks that explore the possible formation of dense exotic electron clusters in the E-Cat SK are presented.
Some considerations on the proba-ble role of Casimir, Aharonov-Bohm, and collective eects in the formation of such structures are proposed.
A relativistic interaction Lagrangian, based on a pure elec-tromagnetic electron model, that suggests the possible existence of very low entropy charge aggregates and that highlights the primary role of the electromagnetic potentials in these clusters, is presented.
The formation of these cluster may be associated to a localized Vacuum polarization generated by a rapid radial charge displacement.
The formation of these dense electron clusters are introduced as a probable precursor for the formation of proton-electron aggregates at pico-metric scale, stressing the impor-tance of evaluating the plausibility of special electron-nucleon interactions, as already suggested in [21]. An observed isotopic dependence of a particular spectral line in the visible range of E-Cat plasma spectrum seems to conrm the presence of a specic proton-electron interaction at electron Compton wavelength scale.

    Jitse IJtsma:
The composing modules are the classic 100 W,
    Warm Regards,

Are Ecat units 500 Watt or 100 Watt ore 1 Kw each?

    With regards

    Jean Pierre:
Thank you for your kind support.
From my internal reports I’d say it was around the 2010,
    Warm Regards

Dear Andrea. I was a young man when Pons and Fleischmann made their original announcement at Salt Lake City,Utah in 1989. It is a long time ago and my memory is a bit suspect. I seem to remember that a few years after this event I became aware that you had succeeded in an over unity value of a few mW followed soon after with about a Watt and then a big jump to one kW. This,I believe, was well before the birth of E-CAT World in 2011. Have I remembered correctly?

I would dearly love to know the very year that you discovered ,from a practical experiment, that you had managed to obtain your first over unity result and that you were absolutely convinced that there was no error in your measurements big enough to invalidate your conclusion. This must have been a very exciting moment in your life.

I realise that this is a long time back in the past for you to remember; but give it a go, please.

    All the best. Jean Pierre.

    Neri Accornero:
Not at all; what happened to the airplanes is due to microchips that are very small in those specific applications, then they could be weak toward particularly intense electromagnetic tempests ejected from the sun now and again: in these cases in the software some bits are turned from 01 into 00, or vice-versa, making out of control the electronic system. The effects that a sun tempest of the like that happened to the airplanes versus the Ecats are the same that can affect a TV set: maybe not zero, but irrelevant.
By the way: I am learning now from the news that after 24 hours all the airplanes of Airbus have already been protected with a very fast intervention on the software: you know, in this period I have to fly a lot…
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Dear Andrea, perhaps you’ve already been asked this but I don’t remember your answer: is your generator affected by its position in the Earth’s magnetic field, by gravity or by solar or terrestrial radiation (radon)?

    Jeff:
The update has been released by the last interview to Frank Acland published in Ecatworld a couple of weeks ago,
    Warm Regards,

Is there going to be a November update?
