Abstract
The modern scientific paradigm has exhausted itself.
The motion of matter, including low-energy nuclear reactions LENR and gravity, the description of which is the task of science, can be further cognized solely on the basis of a new scientific paradigm:

  1. Postulating the primacy of the movement of our World as a way of its existence, as its absolute attribute, which is confirmed by all our experience.
  2. Our World – Cosmos – is the only entity that unites absolutely everything: material bodies, physical fields and ether, object and subject, current and conductor, “moving body” and “perpetual motion machine” with power N=h/tP
(absolute invariant) in one person and singular.
  3. The materiality of Cosmos lies in its motion, which is the process of transformation of baryonic matter (BM) through neutrinos (as a “displacement current”) into “dark matter” (DM) and back, i.e. material-energy induction.
  4. Cosmos motion is a non-mechanical periodic process of spherical runoff-source (convergence-divergence) according to the Hubble-Planck factor (H-h), which is the cause of formation, existence and motion of material bodies. This
material current creates on the equipotential surfaces the tension-acceleration (difference of energy potentials), which causes any movement of matter.

This is what a search with Bing says:
For instance, a 400-watt solar panel, under ideal conditions and receiving four hours of peak sun daily, can produce 1.6 kWh of power daily or about 584 kWh per year.

    Dear Andrea Rossi
You have responded before that the NGU has improved external interfaces for ecat control.
    1) This means there is no change in reactor design re Josè Ferreira question?
    2) Have you demonstrated that the EV BMS and NGU can now satisfactorily communicate?
    3) Is the the current sigma trial being done in conjunction with an EV or with a bench top configuration?
    4) Are you still working on a heating load suitable for the ecat?
    5) Will the heater have an ecat powered fan (inductance/ battery issue) or will it heat by convection only?
    Thank you

    Gregory Daigle:
The Ecat SKLep NGU can resist to accelerations, decelerations just like EV batteries. Obviously, for anomalous applications we will supply specific information when we will contact our Clients to propose the delivery of the units they made the pre-orders of.
    Warm Regards,

  • Dr. Rossi,

I have an application for the NGU in mind but it involves movement of the device and possible physical shocks through deceleration. I worry that the components, particularly the orientation of the vacuum chamber with anode/cathode, might be adversely impacted by decelerations.

Knowing that the internal components are highly confidential, can you at least say if the axis of the chamber lays parallel to and strongly mounted to any circuit boards?

    Warm regards,
    Greg

I think humanity will always need an aggregated system of all the available energy sources intelligently integrated,

    Dear Andrea,
With zero point energy do you think it is possible to get out all the energy you need for as long as you need? Is there something consumed with zero point energy? If a sociaty learns how to fully that advantage of zero point energy, there is no need for any other energy source?

  • Dr. Rossi,

I just saw your posting on X showing the current form inside the reactor of the E-Cat. One question… the date in the lower right corner of the scope’s display is Sept. 09, 2018 00:19.

Is that the date of the reading being taken? The manual for the scope says you can use the Set Date and Time menu to set the clock date and time. The oscilloscope displays this information…

Was this image taken in 2018?

    Warm regards,
    Greg

    Gregory Daigle:
Although the Grand Unified and the Superstring theories have proposed the hypothesis of the existence of monopoles, I am not familiar with it; surely it has nothing to do with the concepts expressed in the paper

    Warm Regards,

  • Dr. Rossi,

On E-Cat World there is a discussion about the nature of dense cluster charges (EVOs or EVs) and their relationship to monopoles. Your paper on long-range particle interactions discusses cluster charges, but there is no mention of monopoles. K. Shoulders also discussed EVs but only briefly mentions monopoles.

What is your personal option about the role of monopoles in charge aggregates?

    Warm regards,
    Greg
