4) What are the issues most discussed?
5) Have they yet asked for particular changes in order to conform to certification standard?
6) Are you as confident as ever that the Ecat SKL will be successfully certified, probably by Spring 2021?
7) Will you continue to work with the same agency – since they are already familiar with the Ecat – as the Ecat undergoes minor changes before it is ready for mass manufacturing for industrial use?
8) Is the same agency likely to do the certification for a later domestic version?

Have you thought about or used an ESR spectrometer in your study of the electron clusters? It works best where there is a minimum interaction from external forces(free electrons),measuring the energy and frequency of the polar flip flop that occurs when subjected to an external magnetic field. Observing the hyperfine splitting of its polar reversal spectrum from interactions with other energy sources close to the electrons can provide you with information about the mechanisms involved in your apparatus.
I saw these effects when I was a graduate student in 1954 working with a free radical organic.

The Feynman Lectures on Physics, Volume II, chapter 15-5
“This subject has an interesting history. The theory we have described was known from the beginning of quantum mechanics in 1926. The fact that the vector potential appears in the wave equation of quantum mechanics (called the Schrödinger equation) was obvious from the day it was written. That it cannot be replaced by the magnetic field in any easy way was observed by one man after the other who tried to do so.
This is also clear from our example of electrons moving in a region where there is no field and being affected nevertheless. But because in classical mechanics A did not appear to have any direct importance and, furthermore, because it could be changed by adding a gradient, people repeatedly said that the vector potential had no direct physical significance â that only the magnetic and electric fields are ârightâ even in quantum mechanics.

Some of your supporters have repeatedly mentioned a happy marriage between your invention and the electric vehicle. This would eliminate the insufficient range of the vehicle and probably improve the weight which is also a disadvantage.
For a massive distribution of such a vehicle it will be much more difficult. The current price of the electric car is already a brake on its massive distribution despite the financial incentives granted by some states.
I’m concerned that adding an E-Cat, while it will significantly reduce the size of the battery, will make the entry ticket inaccessible to most people.
Can you give us your opinion on this subject?

I see that today’s electric vehicles can have great use for ECat. Such private vehicles use a maximum of 0.2 kWh/km. At a speed of 100km/h, -20kWh/h is used from the accumulator. ECat can then cover all or part of this consumption. For the size of Ecat, frequency of use will be crucial. When the vehicle is not in use, Ecat can then easily be connected to the regular network and deliver power to this. As the electric vehicles work excellently without ECat, a high reliability is not crucial. Are there partners today who are looking at this opportunity?
