This work is presented at three complementary levels of technical resolution so that accessibility does not require the removal of scientific detail.
**Level 1 — Visual overview.** Each phase is introduced by a full-page graphical representation of the proposed physical process, including its principal input, transformation, output, competing explanations, and experimentally testable consequences. The purpose of this level is to make the physical claim visible before introducing its formal description.
**Level 2 — Plain-language explanation.** A non-specialist description explains the physical reasoning connecting the phases, the significance of each interface, the principal conventional alternatives, and the observations that could discriminate among them.
**Level 3 — Scientific specification.** The formal treatment provides the relevant literature, mathematical formulation, quantitative predictions, competing models, conservation constraints, artifact controls, evidence gates, and falsification criteria required for specialist evaluation.
These three levels do not represent different versions of the proposed theory. They are different resolutions of the same research framework:
**SEE IT → UNDERSTAND IT → TEST IT**
The framework is additionally organized as a set of independently testable models rather than as a monolithic hypothesis. Conventional explanations remain active wherever available evidence does not discriminate between them and the proposed mechanisms. Support for one model or phase is not treated as validation of unrelated components, and failure of one component does not by itself falsify the remaining models.
Accordingly, readers need not accept or reject the Vacuum Reaction framework as a whole. A scientifically useful criticism may instead identify the first phase that is physically unsupported, the first interface for which the required causal handoff cannot be demonstrated, or a conventional mechanism that reproduces the same observations.
The purpose of this architecture is therefore not to make the proposed framework more difficult to challenge, but to make its claims sufficiently clear that they can be challenged individually and experimentally.
### Methodological Position of the Vacuum Reaction Research Program
The Vacuum Reaction research program is being developed as a sequence of independently testable theoretical models. Competing conventional and proposed mechanisms will be retained wherever the available evidence does not discriminate between them.
Acceptance or rejection of one mechanism will not be treated as validation or falsification of unrelated branches.
The objective is to progressively discriminate among and eliminate models through experiment, rather than require acceptance of a single monolithic theory.
## Vacuum Reaction Framework — Public Release of the UDM Extension Hypothesis
**September 1, 2026**
I am placing a new extension of the Vacuum Reaction framework into the public record.
### The UDM Extension Hypothesis
Ultra-dense hydrogen (UDH/H(0)) has been considered as one possible microscopic candidate for the persistent seed associated with an Exotic Vacuum Object (EVO).
I now propose a broader hypothesis:
**UDH may be one example of, or one pathway to, a more general class of ultra-dense matter (UDM) associated with EVO formation, persistence, or growth.**
It has not yet been established that generalized UDM exists. It has also not been established that UDH or any other form of ultra-dense matter is necessary for the existence of an EVO.
### Why I am proposing it
The motivation comes from comparing the environments in which EVO-like or related anomalous phenomena have been reported.
Hydrogen systems are important, particularly the ultra-dense hydrogen work associated with Holmlid and collaborators. But potentially relevant phenomena have also been reported in electrical discharges, air, carbon/dust plasmas, microwave-excited systems, and noble-gas environments.
This raises a basic question:
**Is hydrogen fundamental to the EVO, or is hydrogen simply one particularly effective route for producing the underlying state?**
There are at least three possibilities.
**A — UDH is required.**
An EVO ultimately depends upon ultra-dense hydrogen, even when it appears to operate in another environment.
**B — UDH can provide a seed but is not required for continued EVO growth.**
Hydrogen participates in formation of the initial persistent state, after which the EVO can remain active and process other environmental material.
**C — UDH belongs to a broader family of ultra-dense states.**
Hydrogen is one possible realization, while other forms of matter can enter or form an analogous ultra-dense state associated with an EVO.
**The present evidence does not yet select among A, B, and C.**
That is precisely why this is useful: the alternatives can be tested.
### A new experimental prediction
If EVOs are associated with a more general ultra-dense state, then changing the environment surrounding a reproducible EVO should reveal properties of that state.
Experiments can systematically vary gas composition, pressure, electrical excitation, photon excitation, carbon availability, electrode material, and isotopic composition while measuring EVO formation, growth, persistence, spectra, charge behavior, energy balance and material products.
The experiments should distinguish three increasingly strong observations:
**survival without hydrogen → growth without hydrogen → de novo formation without hydrogen.**
The strongest experiment would produce an EVO from a fresh, carefully characterized system in which hydrogen-bearing gases, water, hydrocarbons, retained hydrogen and previous hydrogen-derived seeds have been reduced and measured sufficiently to challenge a hydrogen-dependent explanation.
Isotopically tagged feed material could go further by testing whether material from the surrounding environment actually becomes incorporated into the persistent EVO structure.
In this way, the EVO becomes more than something requiring an explanation.
**The EVO becomes an experimental probe of the proposed underlying state of matter.**
### Implication for the fusion interpretation of LENR
This hypothesis also has a potentially important consequence for fusion-based explanations of LENR.
If the same underlying EVO phenomenon can be demonstrated in both hydrogen systems and genuinely hydrogen-independent systems, then hydrogen/deuterium fusion cannot be a necessary cause of that common phenomenon.
That would undercut a fusion-first interpretation:
excitation → persistent organized state → EVO/possible UDM → energy and material interactions → possible downstream nuclear effects
This does **not** predict that nuclear reactions cannot occur.
It predicts something different:
**Nuclear reactions, where independently demonstrated, need not be the primary process responsible for creating or powering the EVO. They may instead be downstream consequences of the organized state.**
That distinction is experimentally testable.
If hydrogen is rigorously removed and the phenomenon disappears, the generalized UDM hypothesis is weakened and the hydrogen-dependent branch gains support.
If an EVO can be formed from scratch, remain active and grow in a demonstrably hydrogen-independent environment, the proposition that hydrogen fusion is necessary to produce the underlying phenomenon becomes much harder to maintain.
### Status
**HYP-UDM is a proposed extension for future investigation. It does not alter the frozen R9 Vacuum Reaction framework.**
I am placing it into the public record now, before the decisive experiments are performed, so that its predictions and possible failure are explicit.
The central question is:
**Does an EVO require ultra-dense hydrogen, or does it reveal a more general state of matter?**
And if the latter is experimentally demonstrated:
**What does that tell us about the long-standing assumption that fusion is the primary cause of LENR phenomena?**
I am thinking about upgrading the format of the R9 paper to provide a page of picture based physical description paired with an accompanying math and hard science description on a phase by phase basis. Here is what Caude (AI) thought about this concept.
An Adversarial Test of a New Format for the Vacuum Reaction Paper
I have been experimenting with a different way of presenting the Vacuum Reaction.
Instead of writing each phase mainly as continuous scientific prose, I am considering giving each of the 11 phases two pages:
Page A — The Physical Story
Show what is proposed to physically happen using a large diagram and plain-language explanation.
Page B — The Scientific Audit
Put the mathematics, evidence, conventional alternatives, conservation requirements, unresolved questions and falsification tests directly beside the physical story.
The objective is not to make the Vacuum Reaction easier to believe. It is to make unsupported steps harder to hide.
I made a prototype using Phase 3 — photon-gated exciton/polariton activation — and gave it to Claude for an adversarial AI review.
I specifically instructed Claude to treat every object and every arrow in the picture as a scientific claim and to identify anything in the physical picture that was not supported by the mathematics or evidence.
Claude’s overall verdict was:
B — Promising with modifications.
The interesting part was not the grade. It was what the format exposed.
Claude identified several potential problems in the Phase 3 representation.
It argued that the picture was more specific than the mathematics in several places. In particular, the equations describe generic coupled matter/electromagnetic modes, but the picture identifies the matter excitation specifically as an exciton and then an exciton-polariton. Claude therefore asked what experimental observation distinguishes an exciton-polariton from a more ordinary driven electromagnetic/material resonance.
It also found physical events in the picture for which it could find “NO FORMAL COUNTERPART” in the material supplied from R9. These included parts of the photon-to-matter coupling, what happens to the active excitation when the light is removed, and why the underlying structure remains intact.
Most interestingly, Claude identified what it called a:
“POSSIBLE MISSING CAUSAL INTERMEDIATE”
between photon interaction with the electronic system and formation of the specifically identified exciton-polariton state.
It also questioned whether the output of Phase 3 connects cleanly to Phase 4 without accidentally assuming quantum coherence before the separate coherence gate has been satisfied.
Some of Claude’s scientific criticisms may ultimately prove correct and others may not. For example, its objection concerning proton-pair structures needs to be compared carefully against the actual ultra-dense-hydrogen literature rather than accepted simply because an AI raised it.
But that is not the important result of this experiment.
The important result is that the format worked as an auditing tool.
Claude concluded:
“Yes, forcing adjacency makes it harder to hide an unsupported causal step.”
It said that putting the proposed physical mechanism immediately beside its formal scientific treatment exposed weaknesses that could have been less obvious in a conventional narrative.
Claude also found a problem with my prototype format itself. I had put mathematics, testing and conventional physics on the picture page and then repeated them on the scientific page. It correctly pointed out that this defeats the purpose of having two pages.
So I would change the format.
Page A would contain only the proposed physical story.
Page B would try to destroy Page A scientifically.
Every arrow would have to answer:
What causes this?
Where is the mathematics?
Where is the evidence?
What is the conventional explanation?
What conservation law constrains it?
What experiment distinguishes it?
What would prove this arrow wrong?
And if there is no answer, the arrow gets marked UNRESOLVED rather than quietly connected.
I think this could be a useful way of rebuilding a future version of the Vacuum Reaction paper.
Not because pictures make the theory more convincing.
Because pictures may make its mistakes harder to conceal.
I would be interested in whether people here think this is a useful way to present an unconventional theory.
If every arrow in a proposed mechanism had to sit beside the mathematics, evidence and experiment that justify it, would that make the theory easier for you to criticize?
Dear Dr. Rossi,
You have indicated that your licensee will begin shipping, after the January presentation, ecat units to those of us who have placed pre-orders. Since that presumes that the licensee will have manufacturing facilities for those units in place by that time, can you say anything about how those manufacturing facilities are progressing? Also, the 20 SSM ecat units now in testing, are those products of your manufacturing facilities or pre-production prototypes? Thanks for addressing these issues.
Richard
Francesco:
Yes, without any doubt, but maybe with the diffusion of the Ecat other scientist could find better explications. So far I didn’t see any; my publication has been born from my experimental tests with the Ecat, also during the phases of the safety certification,
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dear Dr Andrea Rossi,
Do you still believe that the paper “Ecat SK and Long Range Particle Interactions”, published in the Journal of Nuclear Physics, is so far the most convincing explication of the Ecat energy generation, among all the alternatives you read, although you still are not sure your theory is exact ?
Best regards,
Francesco
Dear Dr. Rossi,
At the Ecat presentation in January you could also invite Nina Scheer, nina.scheer@bundestag.de . She is politician for ecological and energy policy.
She is also chairman of the Hermann-Scheer-Stiftung.
Best regards
R. Brand
Assume one has existing solar panels providing power to an inverter to output AC Grid quality power, in either Grid-tie or Off Grid configuration. Solar panel only provide power when the Sun is shining. Can eCat NGU technology be used to supplement solar panel energy production?
Assumption: 12VDC 100W eCat NGU Power Modules are commercially available and work as advertised.
Categories of Solar Panels (typical)
Output Power (W) Voc (VDC) Vmax power (VDC)
100 22.8 20
200 36.5 31.3
300 35 30.5
400 39.4 34
600 52.6 43.7
For a new system install, the installer might use eCat NGU units, 1kW or higher power, to provide power to the inverter without using solar panels.
The paper looks in the situation where an existing solar panel system exists, and the designer wishes only to supplement power and not to replace the existing solar panel system.
Concept:
At each solar panel output, provide an eCat NGU device that provides similar power. Both power outputs connect to a Dual-channel ideal diode automatic switching unit. The switching unit enables the higher voltage to pass through, while preventing back-flow to the unused power source. Such units are readily available for under $60USD and can handle voltages of 5V to 100V and currents up to 50A per source.
Configurations:
100W solar panel – add one 12VDC 100W eCat NGU unit paralleling the solar panel. When the sunlight drops such that the solar panel MPPT voltage drops below 12VDC, the eCat NGU provide 100W power. If a number of solar panels were serially connected going to the inverter, the power would be handled the same whether the power source was the solar panel or the NGU unit.
200W or 300W solar panel – add two 12VDC 100w units, connected serially (2S1P), to present a 24VDC 200W power unit.
400W solar panel – add 4 12VDC 100W units, connected in a 2S2P manner to present 24VDC at 400W or 2 12VDC 100W units connected in a 2S1P manner to present 24VDC at 200W.
600W solar panel – add 6 12VDC 100W units, connected in a 3S2P manner to present 36VDC at 600W or 3 12VDC 100W units connected in a 3S1P manner to present 36VDC at 300W.
Because power demand usually decreases during nighttime hours, it may be more cost effective to provide less than full capacity during low demand hours.
I have one further suggestion regarding the global Ecat presentation, following the discussions at ONS in Stavanger this week.
I think Dr. Tatiana Mitrova could be a particularly interesting person to invite to the presentation, not necessarily to evaluate whether Ecat works, but to give her independent assessment of the new energy-security architecture that could emerge if Ecat performs as you have described.
Dr. Mitrova is a Senior Research Fellow at Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy and an internationally recognised expert on energy markets, energy security and the geopolitical dimensions of energy. She has extensive experience from both research and the energy sector, including leadership positions in energy research and policy. ONS itself has included her among its leading experts on energy, security, climate and geopolitics.
Her recent work and discussions at ONS have focused specifically on the changing energy-security landscape, including geopolitics, infrastructure resilience and the vulnerability of energy systems in a less predictable world.
This made me think about a fundamentally different possibility with Ecat.
Imagine millions of households each having their own Ecat, covering most or all of their own electricity demand, while being able to supply surplus electricity to the grid.
The important point would be that each individual Ecat could operate autonomously. A central control system would not be required for the Ecat in each home to continue producing electricity. A VPP or other network system could be used to optimise surplus production and grid services, but the individual producers would not necessarily depend on such a system for their basic operation.
This could create a fundamentally different form of energy resilience. Instead of relying primarily on a limited number of large, centralised power plants, energy production could be distributed among millions of independent users.
I believe Dr. Mitrova could make a very valuable independent presentation on this subject.
She could address a question such as:
“What would the implications be for energy security if millions of households could produce their own continuous electricity, cover their own needs, and contribute surplus electricity to the grid — without each individual producer depending on a central control system?”
Her assessment would be valuable regardless of whether Ecat ultimately performs perfectly according to your claims. If it does, she could explain the implications of such a distributed energy architecture. If it does not, her analysis would still be an independent and valuable contribution to the discussion about the future of energy security.
I therefore believe that inviting Dr. Mitrova could add a completely different and very important dimension to the global presentation.
It would shift part of the discussion from simply asking how much energy Ecat can produce, to asking what such a technology could mean for the vulnerability, resilience and independence of the entire energy system.
I have one further suggestion concerning the European part of the global presentation.
After following the discussions at ONS in Stavanger this week, I wonder whether London could be considered as the European location for the presentation.
At a roundtable at ONS on Wednesday, the British Energy Minister Michael Shanks stated that the UK will not issue new oil and gas exploration licences and instead intends to build up a green energy system in Britain.
This was reported in Stavanger Aftenblad on August 27.
If Ecat demonstrates the performance you have described, I believe London could therefore be a particularly relevant place to present it.
The UK is making major decisions about its future energy system, and a reliable energy source that could potentially provide continuous electricity without imported fuel would clearly be of great interest to people responsible for energy policy.
Holding the European presentation in London might make it easier to attract senior representatives from the British energy sector and government.
This is simply another suggestion for your consideration.
I would like to return briefly to my suggestion that you consider inviting Dr. Amrita Sen of Energy Aspects to the global Ecat presentation.
She was recently at ONS in Stavanger, and in an interview published in Stavanger Aftenblad on August 27, she discussed the growing importance of energy security and the ability of countries to control their own energy supply.
Her conclusion was that, under this strategic logic, coal could become the winner.
This made me think that she would be a particularly interesting person to have at your presentation.
If Ecat can demonstrate the performance you have described, it would represent a fundamentally different energy situation: an energy source that could potentially be deployed locally, without dependence on imported fuel.
The geopolitical and economic implications could therefore be enormous.
I am not suggesting that Dr. Sen should support Ecat in advance. Quite the opposite.
I believe it would be valuable for someone with her experience in global energy markets to see the demonstration herself and make her own independent assessment.
For this reason, I think an invitation from you could be very appropriate.
Dr. Sen is a Founder and Director of Market Intelligence at Energy Aspects in London.
Their general contact point is contact@energyaspects.com, and their London office can also be reached at +44 20 3322 4100.

You are very welcome to send to the Journal of Nuclear Physics the last version of your paper. The policy of this Journal is to make a peer reviewing of any paper proposed for publication, as every scientific magazine does. But please keep in mind that the Journal of Nuclear Physics does not publish anonymous papers, and a paper signed by a nickname is obviously anonymous: for this reason, you should sign your paper with your real name ( obligatory ), and your title ( not obligatory ), not with the nickname of your internet persona. The reason is that the Authors must keep full responsibility of what they write, independently from the peer reviewing process.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
P.S.
Anybody that wants to propose a paper for publication on the JoNP can send it as an attachment of an email sent to: info@journal-of-nuclear-physics.com
The paper will be peer-reviewed and, if approved, it will be published
Some time ago, you expressed an interest in having the first version of my Vacuum Reaction paper reviewed. I appreciated that offer, but at the time I decided not to submit it because I knew the theoretical and evidentiary structure of the paper was not yet sufficiently developed.
The manuscript has since undergone a substantial reconstruction.
The new paper, The Vacuum Reaction Framework (VR-004, Version 2.0), is designed as a falsifiable scientific framework rather than an assertion that the Vacuum Reaction has already been established. It explicitly separates reported observations from interpretation, conventional explanations from proposed new physics, and nuclear, energy, and vacuum-related hypotheses from one another.
I am now completing the final pre-submission review of the manuscript. Before submitting it to a scientific journal, I would greatly value an independent technical review by you and, if you consider it appropriate, members of your review group.
I am not asking the reviewers to endorse the Vacuum Reaction theory. I would instead like them to challenge it as critically as possible: identify errors in the physics or mathematics, question assumptions, identify experimental observations that contradict the framework, and determine whether its proposed tests are genuinely capable of distinguishing the Vacuum Reaction interpretation from conventional explanations.
If you approve, once the present review is completed I would submit the frozen review version of VR-004 to you or your review group so that everyone examines exactly the same manuscript.
If observations from your experimental work bear directly on any of the predictions in the paper, I would also be very interested in identifying those connections. They could help determine which proposed experiments would provide the strongest test of the framework.
Would you be willing to approve submission of VR-004 to your review group for this purpose?
Thank you again for your earlier offer to have the work reviewed.

We explain the two-paper strategy, although I want to distinguish what we actually established from what I am reconstructing now: I can recover that we considered a NGU introduction pre-launch and post-launch paper, as follows”
Paper 1 asks: “What is the Vacuum Reaction hypothesis, and what does it predict?”
Paper 2 asks: “Now that an NGU-class system exists publicly, what does the observed device tell us about the mechanism?”
That makes the second paper fundamentally different—and potentially much more consequential.
Paper 1: the theory before the event
The current 11-Phase Vacuum Reaction Framework is properly the first paper. It establishes the proposed causal sequence, explains the physical reasoning, develops the mathematics, identifies supporting observations from earlier experiments, distinguishes established physics from our hypotheses, and specifies experiments capable of falsifying individual phases.
Crucially, it exists before the NGU launch.
That timing has scientific value. We are putting the model and its predictions into the public record before knowing what information a launched NGU may eventually provide. We therefore cannot later be accused, at least fairly, of inventing the entire mechanism after seeing the result.
Paper 2: NGU as an experimental case study
The second paper I had in mind would be something like:
The NGU Generator as an Experimental Test of the Vacuum Reaction Framework
A Post-Launch Comparison of Pre-Published Predictions with Observed Device Behavior
It should not simply announce that NGU proves the Vacuum Reaction.
Instead, it should take the pre-launch framework and systematically ask what survived contact with an actual operating system.
Suppose, for example, that post-launch information establishes that the device uses hydrogen, electrical excitation, rapid high-voltage transients or micro discharges, unusual optical emission, polarization, characteristic spectral features, coherent behavior, anomalous energy output, or other phenomena relevant to the eleven phases. We would compare each observation against what VR-001/VR-002 said before launch.
The strongest evidence would be something that was predicted beforehand and was not already publicly known when we made the prediction.
That distinction deserves considerable attention in Paper 2.
The central experiment becomes the eleven-phase model itself
And “contradicted” must genuinely be an available result.
That is important scientifically. We should not reinterpret every NGU observation until it fits the theory.
Energy production would establish something important—but not everything
If NGU is commercially released and independent users can establish that it produces sustained net energy under controlled conditions, that would be an extraordinary experimental fact.
But logically it would establish: an anomalous energy phenomenon exists under those demonstrated conditions.
It would not automatically establish:
therefore EVOs exist → therefore UDM exists → therefore polariton condensation occurs → therefore a domain wall forms → therefore vacuum energy enters → therefore Higgs suppression occurs → therefore Phase 11 occurs.
Those are separate propositions.
Paper 2’s scientific purpose would be to determine which links in that chain receive new evidence from NGU and which remain hypotheses.
That restraint would actually make the argument stronger.
The most interesting possibility
There is a scenario in which Paper 2 becomes far more significant than simply reporting excess energy.
Imagine that Paper 1 publicly predicts several unusual features before they are disclosed or measured in NGU.
Then after launch independent measurements find, for example:
a particular polarization phenomenon;
a predicted spectral anomaly;
an unusual temporal relationship between electrical excitation and optical output;
a critical-size or collapse phenomenon compatible with the \(r^2/r^3\) prediction;
persistent coherent behavior inconsistent with a simple thermal plasma;
anomalous isotopic changes;
nuclear-spin-dependent reaction susceptibility;
unexpectedly low nuclear radiation relative to measured nuclear products.
One correspondence can be coincidence. Several independent and quantitatively specific predictions becoming true is much harder to dismiss.
Mathematically, Paper 2 can turn this into a prospective model-comparison problem rather than a retrospective story: where the predictions and acceptance ranges were fixed before examining the post-launch data.
That is a substantially stronger scientific position than fitting the Vacuum Reaction theory to NGU afterward.
Paper 2 should also investigate failures
This is an important part of what I would now consider.
Suppose NGU works but Phase 3’s predicted polariton signature isn’t found.
We should say so.
Perhaps:
NGU operation supports the broader anomalous-energy phenomenon but the predicted Phase 3 signature was not observed within the sensitivity of the experiment.
Then we determine whether Phase 3 needs modification, whether the measurement was insufficient, or whether the phase should ultimately be rejected.
Likewise, NGU could conceivably operate successfully while disproving major portions of our current Vacuum Reaction explanation.
That would still be valuable science.
The two papers consequently have complementary purposes
Paper 1 — Vacuum Reaction Framework
Here is the proposed mechanism. Here is why we propose it. Here is the mathematics. Here are the historical observations. Here are the alternatives. And here is what should be observed if the hypothesis is correct.
Paper 2 — NGU Experimental Evaluation
The prediction was publicly recorded before NGU launch. NGU is now available for observation. Here is what was actually observed. Here is what matched, what failed, what remains unknown, what conventional physics explains, and what—if anything—requires the Vacuum Reaction hypothesis.
That second document should therefore be much more empirical than theoretical.
And there is a larger reason for separating them.
If we continuously modify Paper 1 after NGU information becomes available, a future reader may have difficulty determining what was genuinely predicted beforehand. Our immutable VR release archive solves that problem. VR-001, VR-002, and subsequent pre-launch releases become timestamped predictions. The post-launch paper can cite those exact releases and compare them with later observations.
That makes the serial archive we’re building scientifically useful rather than merely administrative.
So I would preserve a clear boundary:
Pre-launch releases define the hypothesis and predictions. Post-launch Paper 2 audits those predictions against reality.
That is what I have in mind for the second paper.
I agree that directly paralleling independent 230 V AC sources would require synchronization.
However, I don’t think we can conclude from this that the individual SSM module must internally have a 12 V DC interface.
Rossi has explicitly said that the reason why the 230 V AC Ecat assemblies cannot simply be paralleled is confidential and that this information will be disclosed at the presentation.
Therefore, I think we should wait for Rossi’s explanation of the actual architecture before using a 12 V/48 V series-parallel configuration as the basis for an MTBF calculation of the 10 kW SSM.

### Presentation Architecture and Reader’s Guide
The purpose of this architecture is therefore not to make the proposed framework more difficult to challenge, but to make its claims sufficiently clear that they can be challenged individually and experimentally.
please comment
I am designating this:
**HYP-UDM — Candidate Ultra-Dense Matter Extension**
This is a hypothesis, not a claimed discovery.
**Fusion-first:**
hydrogen/deuterium → fusion → anomalous energy/material effects
The Vacuum Reaction/UDM alternative is:
**Collective-state-first:**
excitation → persistent organized state → EVO/possible UDM → energy and material interactions → possible downstream nuclear effects

The science version of the vacuum reaction is too hard to read so I are trying a picture book format to make the paper more understandable.
Let me know what you think.

Dear Andrea Rossi,
Do you believe that you will be making eCat NGU units:
1. Only in 100W, 1kW, 2kw, and larger powers?
2. What about 200W, 300W, 400W variants?
Richard:
1- they are progressing well
2- they are pre-production prototypes made like the products will be made industrially,
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Dear Dr. Rossi,
You have indicated that your licensee will begin shipping, after the January presentation, ecat units to those of us who have placed pre-orders.

Best regards,
Francesco

Dear Andrea Rossi,
Using eCat NGU Technology with Solar Panels

Svein,
Thank you for the suggestion: do you have her contact ?

Dear Andrea,
I have one further suggestion regarding the global Ecat presentation, following the discussions at ONS in Stavanger this week.
Regards Svein
Svein:
Thank you also for this suggestion,
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Svein:
Thank you for the information,

A.R.
Dear Andrea,
I have one further suggestion concerning the European part of the global presentation.
Warm regards Svein
Dear Andrea.
Warm regards Svein

P.S.
Anybody that wants to propose a paper for publication on the JoNP can send it as an attachment of an email sent to: info@journal-of-nuclear-physics.com
The paper will be peer-reviewed and, if approved, it will be published
Dear Dr. Rossi,
Some time ago, you expressed an interest in having the first version of my Vacuum Reaction paper reviewed.

Then after launch independent measurements find, for example:
a particular polarization phenomenon;
a predicted spectral anomaly;
an unusual temporal relationship between electrical excitation and optical output;
a critical-size or collapse phenomenon compatible with the \(r^2/r^3\) prediction;
persistent coherent behavior inconsistent with a simple thermal plasma;
anomalous isotopic changes;
nuclear-spin-dependent reaction susceptibility;
unexpectedly low nuclear radiation relative to measured nuclear products.
Dear Axil
I agree that directly paralleling independent 230 V AC sources would require synchronization.
However, I don’t think we can conclude from this that the individual SSM module must internally have a 12 V DC interface.
Rossi has explicitly said that the reason why the 230 V AC Ecat assemblies cannot simply be paralleled is confidential and that this information will be disclosed at the presentation.
Therefore, I think we should wait for Rossi’s explanation of the actual architecture before using a 12 V/48 V series-parallel configuration as the basis for an MTBF calculation of the 10 kW SSM.
