  • Dr. Rossi,

When you livestream the SSM version, will there be multiple views (as you have now) showing explicitly that there are no hidden wires going to the unit sitting on the Perspex plastic shelf? That will be sure to frustrate the trolls!

    Warm regards,
    Greg

    Frank Acland:
The Ecat SK SSM is working uninterrupted since December 16; some more days of test, and eventually we will put it in live stream like the gridbound Ecat.
Thank you for the link, so also the Readers of the JoNP can see the photo made a couple of hours ago.
    Warm Regards,

From the negative increase of entropy, as hypothesized on

The more we work, the more we are convinced of this hypothesis,

    Caro Andrea,
ora che stai sperimentando un nuovo circuito SSM, hai capito davvero da dove viene l’energia?
    Dear Andrea,
Now that you’re experimenting with a new SSM circuit, Do you really understand where energy comes from?

    Joachim:
    Thank you for your pre-order.
So far we still are not able to grant a delivery date, so I suggest you to buy anyway the heat pump, that eventually will remain as a back up.

    hello Andrea
very best wishes for a merry Christmas and happy holidays to you and the people you love.
Would you give us a small gift to us who have been following you since 2010? :
a small video, even just a few frames, of the ecat ssm in action with the lamp?
the photo on ecw it is not appreciated enough.
    Congratulations again and thank you.

  • Mattias Andersson

Congratulations on the latest advancements on miniaturization and ssm. It seems to me humanity is now entering the age of energy independence. Wishing you and the team a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

  • Joachim

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
I increased my pre-order already from 1 to 10 ecat sklep (1KW). And now i see you are just before to get the gridless ecat ready. I WANT that thing as soon as possible. Please make it happen.
If am pleased with this SSM-ecat i will order much more. I will spend also the money i have saved for a heat pump, because your product will make even heat pumps redundant.
    Best regards
    Joachim

Thank you for your attention to the work of our Team,
    Warm Regards,

    Dear Andrea
Producing electricity is expensive. Transferring the electricity from the place of production to consumption is usually just as expensive.
With the SSM version, the transmission costs are close to zero.
This is, under many conditions, possibly of greater value than the low kWh price.
    Kind regards: Svein H. Vormedal.

I am not able to answer,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Wilfried Babelotzky

    Dear Andrea,

From the SKLep to the mini SKLep second generation, you have managed to reduce the volume proportionally to the power by a factor of 10.
Is it conceivable that this could be achieved again?
So you could reduce the volume again by a factor of 10 for a 1 Watt micro SKLep SSM. This would open up the possibility of operating smartphones and other small devices such as shavers, beard trimmers, measuring stations, etc. off-grid with ECAT.

Best wishes and a blessed Christmas,
    Wilfried

  • Andrea Rossi

    Iggy Dalrymple:
Should be: we did not complete the R&D cycle,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Iggy Dalrymple

    Dear Dr Rossi,
When you first offered your E-Cat SK you announced that its power output was not smooth enough for electric motors and was better used to charge batteries which would “buffer” the output.

Has your new grid-free version overcome that problem?
    Best regards,
    Iggy

  • Jon Darrell

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
I have a question like this:
A typical villa owner will want say a 5 kW ECat, which is 500 pieces of 10 W mini ECats.

Is the owner really going to have to turn ON and OFF 500 switches on 500 mini ECats every day?

Or is it possible to use a trick when all 500 pieces are permanently ON and instead of being turned OFF, a miniature resistor is “powered”, i.e. won’t the homeowner have to constantly turn 500 switches ON and OFF?

    Have A Nice Christmas

    Jon D.

  • Paul Dianno

Dear Dr Rossi, the gridless ecat starts with a battery ? If yes, it Is a standard small One? Could It be powered with a small photovoltaic panel (like pocket calculator) ? Best wishes

SONO COSI’ TANTI ANNI CHE TI SEGUO E MI PARE STRANO CHE LE SETTE SORELLE OPPURE IL CIRCOLO BILDELBERG NON TI ABBIANO GIA LIQUIDATO ! INSOMMA OGNI TANTO TI LEGGO E TI DIRO’ CHE MI STAI SIMPATICO ! TI AUGURO FELICI FESTIVITA’ E DEI 8 MILIARDI DI ESSERI UMANI CHE CI SONO SULLA TERRA RAMMENTA BENE CHE OGNUNO DI QUESTI TI ORDINERA’ QUALCHE CENTINAIO DI E-CAT CIAO. CIAO

  • Rick 57

    Dear Andrea,
please consider an electronic switch sensing the load instead of a manual One.
This would improve the overall reliability and will make operations easier.
    Best Regards,
    Riccardo

  • Frank H.

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
the gridless ecat will have a switch for on/off.
If it is on, will it be count to the operational time – even if the power consumer (like a fridge which not works 24h a day) asks not for electricity?
Not that this would be a disadvantage, anyways the lifetime is over 11 years.
    Best regards
    Frank H.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Gerard McEk:
    1. yes
    2. the instructions are the same as for the gridbound; obviously the voltage must be the same, which means the series must be made contingent with these
    instructions
    3. no
    4. yes
Likewise, Merry Christmas and a Peaceful 2023 to you and your family,
    A.R.

Surely is hightly more probable that trains will be powered by Ecats than by nuclear fusion reactors,
    Warm Regards,

  • Andrea Rossi

    Dieter Wagner:
No, but to connect a timer like you suggest would be easy,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Gavino Mamia:
Christmas is so close, we must perform more endurance test before showing the SSM. Surely we will do it, but within a week is not possible, there’d be some risk of failure. The SSM is already working to test, as you probably have seen on EW.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Gerard McEk

    Dear Andrea,
You replied to Robert Maxwell that the gridless SKLep has a switch to switch it on and off. To me you replied that the voltage can be adjusted. I’ve a few questions about these comments:
    1. Can the gridless SKLep’s be put in series and/or in parallel to make a larger unit?
    2. I assume the answer will be ‘yes’, but in that case these mini SKLep’s require interfacing measures to coordinate the mini SKLep’s in the unit to act as one unit. Have these measures been developed already?
    3. Would these measures require additional wiring?
    4. Can we assume that if an unit of 2 kW is pre-ordered (like I did) all gridless mini SKLep’s are assembled and wired together, ready for use?
    Thanks for answering our questions!
I wish you and your team a warm Christmas and a peaceful 2023!
    Kind regards, Gerard

  • Gavino Mamia

Doctor Rossi, give us a nice Christmas present, stream the ecat SSM next to the other ecat

  • Dieter Wagner

    Dear Dr. Rossi!
Regarding your answer to Robert Maxwell:
Is there a function in Ecat SSM that makes it possible to start, stop and restart
    all Ecats together automatically?

Kind regards and all the best for you, your family and your team!

  • Gareth Hughes

Do you think one day e-cats will power steam trains for railway freight?
