    Greetings Dr Rossi

Thank you for your previous answers

Have you been able to confirm that a radial electrical field is necessary in order to extract energy from the vacuum?

Good luck and good wishes to you and your team

  • Dave Haws

    Dear Dr. Rossi,

As your invention progressed, in particular the development of the SKL, I am interested in knowing in general how often or at what pace were you able to think of new ideas and then apply them to the plasma/reactor? For example, were you able to reconfigure and adjust the plasma/reactor with in minutes, hours, days, or weeks to achieve a new idea?

    Thank you for your response.

    Dave Haws

  • Raffaele Bongo

    Hello A. Rossi

If I understand correctly, the wear and tear of the reactor does not depend on the amount of electricity it is asked to provide, but only on its uptime. This wear will be visible via an hour meter which will indicate when the reactor should be replaced.
With six months of continuous operation, an E-Cat car that runs an average of one hour a day would have a range of a dozen years.
    Can you confirm ?
I look forward to this car.
All my best wishes for your work.
    Best regards
    Raffaele

Dear Andrea, The energy establishment continues to ignore the disadvantages if centralized power generation and continue to pour billions of dollars into an estimated 10 year program for which there will be no market by the time it is completed. https://www.yahoo.com/news/mit-scientists-nuclear-fusion-energy-230000427.html

    Warm regards,

  • Martin

    Dear Andrea,
Suppose the production cost is 100 € for a E-cat SKL Home 5kW.

    1. For how much you will sell for ? ( Belgium / Europe )
    200 € ? 500 € ? 1000 € ? or more ??

    2. Is it supposed to make big profits ?
Or do you want to sell at a low profit margin to produce CO² free energy worldwide for everyone ?

I hope we can buy an Ecat SKL soon.
    Good luck with your progress.
    Kind Regards
    Martin.

    Dear Andrea,
I have to thank you because your response
    October 3, 2020 at 3:03 pm
    to Robert Degrazia
finally allowed me, after several fruitless reading of your article
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
to start understanding how the E-Cat works:
where does the energy come from, how the electronic clusters are formed, how they give energy to free electrons and consequently the production of an electric current.
It is also possible to understand how after a certain time of operation the E-Cat begins to become saturated.
To better understand I made a parallel with another physical phenomenon:
the LASER “Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation”,
and to write the first acronym for the E-Cat:
the SEECES “Stimulated Electrons Emission by Controlled Electrons Synconization”.
Or, as they say in Italian, I understood “Fischi per Fiaschi”
    Regards
    Enea

  • Svein H. Vormedal

    Dear Andrea
I am concerned about the current situation for the reliability of SKL as an energy source in vehicles.
What is now its percentage situation in relation to the following known alternatives?
Fuel tank with ditto engine.(As 100%)
    Electric batteries. (As 100%)
    Regards Svein Henrik.

  • Dear Andrea,
If you cannot obtain a suitable certification from an agency, will you still present your device? Almost every new device I have seen in my lifetime such as the Laser was demonstrated before any certification. In fact, I built the first laser in the Chicago area and operated and displayed it at a scientific show in 1960. I then upon demand, demonstrated the device to high school and engineering groups.
I don’t think the airplane or any version of the computer waited for certification before it was displayed.
    Anticipative regards.

  • Bill Conley

    Dear Andrea,

Based on some recent communications here, I’m afraid many supporters of your work are a bit confused as to the status of a public SKL presentation that we all eagerly await. Perhaps I could ask a few questions to clarify:

    1) Is it possible that SKL certification testing may take 6 to 12 months to complete?

    2) Is the timing a public SKL presentation dependent on the completion of the certification testing (#1)?

    3) If answer to #2 is NO (we hope), then what factor(s) will determine the timing of a public SKL presentation?
    a) Partner(s) permission
    b) Completion of partner testing
    c) Your personal availability (away from test support, planning, partner negotiations, etc.)
    d) Selection of venue, host, invitees and communications medium for presentation.
    e) Other considerations

    4) Is the public SKL presentation still possible in 2020?

Thanks as always for your willingness to entertain our queries.

    Bill

  • WaltC

    Dr Rossi,
I appreciate your capsule summary of your paper:
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions .

Is it possible for you to similarly summarize the source of the energy released by the E-Cat SKL?

For instance, at one time I thought the released energy to be associated with increased nuclear binding energy of some elements within the charge as a result of isotopic shifts caused by the Rossi-Effect (I probably phrased that poorly), however I believe your current thinking is different?

Perhaps there is a proprietary business-related reason why you don’t want to reveal that information currently?

    Thanks, WaltC

    3. …..Do we need to wait that long before certifications are signed (assuming no dangerous situation might occur) and the Ecat is presented?
A.R.: surely we have to wait the end of the certification process before presenting a product
    4. Or is half a year of safe operation enough for final certification?
    A.R. no
    5. Is the Ecat presented before the final certification has been received?
    A.R. I don’t think so

When do you suppose we will see the ECAT SL in a presentation? 6 months, one year, two years…???

  • jitse

    Dear dr Rossi
Do you use the same plasma core 1.1 cm and 0.3 cm with 21.942 kWh

    With regards
    Jitse

  • Frank Acland

    Dear Andrea,

Based on your answers to Gerard McEk today, are we to expect that no presentation will be made until at least a year from now?

    Kind regards,

    Frank Acland

  • Andrea Rossi

    Gerard McEk:
1- No, because I accept to work only with potential Partners that contact me, therefore they have already positively biased for an “impossible invention”.
I do not waste time to convince negatively biased or indifferent concerns. I start to engage only with persons that search me and, consequently, do not knock at closed doors.
2- the certification is based on measurements and numbers are just numbers
3- surely we have to wait the end of the certification process before presenting a product
    4- no
    5- I don’t think so
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Stephen:

  • Gerard McEk

    Dear Andrea,
The ECat is a very unusual device, especially for certifying agencies and probably also for industrial Partners.
    1. Is/was it difficult to convince the Partners of the claimed operation of the Ecat SKL?
    2. The Ecat SKLe is not based on accepted sources of energy (ie renewables, chemical and nuclear). Was it difficult to agree a protocol for certification with the certifying agency?
    3. I assume that this agency also wants to explore the ‘borders of operation’, ie they might want to know what happens when the Ecat runs out of ‘fuel’. You have indicated that the Ecat might continue to operate as long as a year before that might happen. Do we need to wait that long before certifications are signed (assuming no dangerous situation might occur) and the Ecat is presented?
    4. Or is half a year of safe operation enough for final certification?
    5. Is the Ecat presented before the final certification has been received?
Thanks, great success with the certification tests!
    Kind regards, Gerard

  • Stephen

    Dear Andrea.

I thought you and your readers might find this article about using graphine for harvesting heat at room temperature for electricity generation interesting:

    https://news.uark.edu/articles/54830/physicists-build-circuit-that-generates-clean-limitless-power-from-graphene

It’s also discussed a bit on e-cat world:

    https://e-catworld.com/2020/10/02/physicists-build-circuit-that-generates-clean-limitless-power-from-graphene-university-of-arkansas-news-release/

There are a couple of points with it that I thought might interest you. And some rhetorical questions that I don’t really expect answers too but just express my thoughts in some ways.

    1. I wonder if this technology could be used to harvest the waste heat in your device?

Clearly the e-cat SKL is already very efficient so perhaps the electricity gain is minimal.

But If I understood right since it is converting heat to electricity that is heat that does not need to be radiated. This perhaps could to allow a smaller cooler allowing denser configuration with relatively easy heat management also perhaps allowing more compact configurations.

Perhaps ultimately we only need to put it in a warm room to trickle Charge a battery or capacitor sufficiently to start a e-cat SKL. If that was useful or needed.

    2. The the process is interesting I think using phonics to generate electricity and also the historic back grounds with this process. I wonder if there are processes there that can be analogous to your process perhaps the transfer of energies to the electrons. Perhaps the extraction of the ZPE itself.

I think I understand conceptually your explanation of process whereby the Aharanov Bohm effect encourages cluster formation. It makes sense some how that electrons are corralled in this process and are perhaps encouraged into coherent clusters. And that this couples with the potential and I suppose ZPE as a kind of framework of structure.

I’m curious though how ZPE energy it self is transferred. And I wonder if this process described here along with the earlier paper you once linked to me on ballistic resonance:

    https://phys.org/news/2020-07-scientists-physical-paradox.html

And theses concepts on quantum Boost energy

    https://phys.org/news/2019-03-quantum-power-boost.html

Might help explain the process. At least analogously. As we are dealing with quantum scales and quantum considerations here.

My intuition after reading more broadly around Bohm’s work suggests that where energy is extracted from ZPE there must be a sink in the causal space. Perhaps Superposition collapse of unexploited states in that causal space or something. I wonder if you see macro scale effects as a result of this kind.

Whether or not you see such effects this must be absolutely fascinating for scientists workin in this field.

    My one real question:

Do you have such scientists who study and investigate this kind of phenomena on our team?

    Thanks and thoughtful regards

    Stephen

  • Andrea Rossi

    Robert Degrazia:
My opinion , that could be wrong, is extracted from the long series of experiments we made: I think the theoretical thread is this:
Zero point energy always present-> dV/dt with pulses of high dV -> increase of ZBW and Araronov-Bohm Effect -> electrons phase change -> formation of clusters of electrons on coherence of phase -> lower entropy, lower thermal capacity, less freedom degrees -> transfer of energy to electrons not in phase
This schematic emerges from par 1,2,3,4 of
    http://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long_range_particle_interactions
    Warm Regards,

    Dr Rossi,
Can you explain in few words the leading theory that you think is at the base of the effect you reached with the Ecat SKL ?
    Thanks if you can answer,
    R.D.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Bill Conley:
1- there will be a warning based on amount of hours the Ecat will have operated
2- it is the internal volume of a module
    3- no
    4- yes
    5- no
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Kay:
    1- yes
    2- maybe
    3- to be defined
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Bill Conley

    Dear Andrea,

A few more questions if you would be so kind:

    1) Will the SKL be able to warn its owner when it needs to be charged (like a low battery warning) or will replacement be on a strict schedule?

    2) Does the external cube housing the SKL reactor measure 100 cm^3 or is that the internal reactor’s volume?

    3) Since the 20x20x20 SKL enclosure was mostly for cooling the 80% efficient unit, will the 95% version (producing only 1/4 the heat) require a smaller enclosure?

    4) Since the SKL “reactor can be recharged without being disassembled” does it have some kind of port that allows for the recharge?

    5) Will the recharging process be totally automated?

    Regards,

    Bill

    Dear Mr. Rossi,

in your last answer you say the volume depends on the power.

Imagine you have an important customer who asks for a module with 20 kw electricity output. You can meet this demand simply by adjusting the volume of the module. Is this right?

Second case: You have a module with 10 kw electricity output. The maintenance period is 6 month. Now you use a 20 kw module, you use only 50 % of the power and double the maintenance period to 12 month. Is this possible?

    Thank you for your answer.

    With kind regards,

    E. Hergen

  • Salvatore Boi

In the case of printers, the cartrige could cost more than the printer itself, can you tell, in terms of percetage, how much can will cost the ECAT SKL and how much it’s energy cartrige (for exemple 90% 10%…)?

Thank you in advance for your kind answer, warm regards.

P.S. Still the ECAT SKL in our dreams.

  • Cecilia

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

You have mentioned that the Casimir effect possibly is involved in the operation of the Ecat. Is the Schwinger effect also involved? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schwinger_effect

    Kind regards
    Cecilia

  • Harold

    Dear Andrea,

Since 2011 I follow your developments on the E-Cat from the sideline, consuming various news every now and then. A few years back I decided I just had to wait on a serious change that made you feel comfortable enough to reach out and start with a verifiable product.
In that sense last period I feel something is really going to happen, reviewing your reactions to various readers here gives me the idea that you and your team are in the phase of setting things right once and for all. This Website (JONP) is a great tool for that, to facilitate in publishing research that can trigger others to dive in and develop their own hypotheses.

What you are doing and how you’re a doing it is therefore really remarkable. On one side the Energy Catalyzer SKL is a product that needs to be produced while on the other side it is a so completely paradigm changing product that when your partners start producing, it can (and probably will) send a shiver over this planet!
On the day that your work over the past 10 years will hit the road it will be an event of historic proportions.

I am waiting in anticipation of that day.
Leaving me wondering on what is inside the E-Cat SKL may best to be compared with harnessed lightning!?

    Kind regards,
    Harold

  • Andrea Rossi

    VIKTOR SHIPACHEV:
The data sheet of the Ecat SKL will be published during the presentation of the product. The volume depends on the power, though.
