    Dear Andrea,

Thank you for the chance to conduct an interview with you today. Here is a link which has just been made on E-Cat World: https://e-catworld.com/2023/10/10/video-interview-with-andrea-rossi-october-10th-2023/

    Best wishes,

    Frank Acland

    Koen Vandewalle,
Thank you for your inspiring insight,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

Jan Srajer: I don’t see why I shouldn’t publish your comment: it offers me the chance to confirm that we do not have any kind of ionizing radiation.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Koen Vandewalle

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

First and foremost, I want to thank you and your team for your superhuman perseverance. If technical problems are causing financial issues, I assume that some of the people who placed pre-orders would be willing to make an advance payment, even knowing that the physical delivery will be indefinitely delayed. Instead of taking a vacation, we can stay at home and read a few books, thus saving a considerable amount of fossil energy we would have otherwise spent if the E-Cat SK had been ready for sale from October 20th.

Naturally, you cannot delve deeper into technical questions regarding the safety issue. Since this is revolutionary technology, there is a chance that something unpredictable might occur at the edges of the spectrum of effects and phenomena or in an occasional combination of phenomena. The competition is also likely to encounter such problems sooner or later.

We should consider ourselves fortunate that there are no massive recalls necessary. The damage would have been immeasurable. Of course, you could choose to reserve the technology for companies operating in controlled environments. That would still allow the world to have access to this energy source. Do you think this would be a valid worst-case scenario? (question 1)

Every hour of the day, we can hear through the media that accidents, hunger, overpopulation, scarcity, disappointments, fear, lies, intercultural aggression, and false hope are causing a great deal of damage and escalating violence. This seems to be orders of magnitude more significant than the potential malicious exploitation of the safety issue with the E Cat SK.

To continue managing the complexity of our societies, we will need access to virtually limitless sources of energy.

I wonder if the inventors of the steam engine, gunpowder, and ammonia synthesis would have delayed their inventions if they had had a glimpse of our world today. In my opinion, there is currently no one holding them responsible for the problems that their technology helped to cause. Only later history will determine the distinction between good and bad.

Are you striving for either a zero-risk approach or a manageable risk approach in your development? (Question 2) In the latter case, there will always be powerful or wealthy opponents who will attempt to manipulate formal decision-makers, governments, and public opinion against you. If we have to wait for the collapse of the power and wealth that could potentially be obstructive in this case, we risk having very few potential customers (people) left.

    Kind Regards,
    Koen

    Mr.Rossi
I think what is the problem. Please do not publish this email. The problem is the sudden gamma radiation. You might find this solution http://www.rexresearch.com/colman/colman.htm helpful

Dear Dr. Rossi, S Karels posted a suggestion regarding military appications for your technology, to which you responded that you are not interested in such applications. It may be regretable that many other potentialy interested partiers have this type of usage in mind.

  • Andrea Rossi

    CC:
Because such issues imply disclosing restricted information.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Jan Srajer:
We are not able to answer so far, but we are working very hard on it. What I can say is that it will be done,
    Warm Regards
    A.R.

  • Jan Šrajer

    Mr.Rossi
Can you estimate how long it will take to fix E-catSKLep? 2 months, half a year?
    All the best. J.Š.

  • CC

    Dr Rossi,
Why don’t you give information about the issues that caused the delay of the EV demo ?

  • Andrea Rossi

    Steven N. karels:
I am not interested to military applications,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Steven Nicholes Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

    Yet another SKLep SSM application.

Consider a fleet of surveillance drones. Each drone equipped with an SKLep SSM of sufficient size to power the drone plus a camera, sensors, and a laser communications transmitter capable of real time transmission of imagery to a dedicated receiving the due site.

Using existing commercial CMOS sensor size (i.e., 13,272 x 9,176, 2.2 micron pixel size) a suitably equipped drone could image down to 0.1 meter ground pixels. With GPS and an onboard inertial unit, georeferenced pixels could be observed and reported real-time to the due sites .

With the SKLep SSM technology, the drones could remain in place for a long time.

With continuous monitoring, any hostile action, e.g., preparing a rocket to fire, could be countered with artillery fire before the rocket could be launched.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Steven Nicholes Karels:
    Thank you for your opinion,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Wilfried:
The issues have nothing to do with the theoretical approach,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Wilfried

    Dear Andrea,

Are the failure and solution approach via your paper an indication that your proposed theory behind the E-Cat might be correct?
Or is it possibly not zero-point energy after all?

    Best regards
    Wilfried

  • Steven Nicholes Karels

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

I have been following the eCat technology for a dozen years. The lamp demonstration was interesting. The EV demonstration will be demonstrative, if it can work. The problem of charging an EV while it is traveling is exceeding difficult. It will challenge your technical team to their limits.

I personally do not believe that we will eventually find an eCat in every EV. But I could be wrong. But if the demonstration does occur, it would be world changing. Best of luck.

  • Andrea Rossi

    Dott. AT:
    Thank you for your support.
    4: confidential,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Dott AT

    Dear Dr Rossi,
I think it could help all us in the waiting time just to have a broad category in which the safety belongs for people near the ecat surroundings:
    1 electrical shock
    2 heat damage
    3 physical damage
    4 …. (specify)
    5 other (answer not allowed)

    Best regards

    LilyLover:
We are working very hard and I assure you that we are going to resolve all the complex problems ( not related to your insight ) and re-organize the test,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • LilyLover

    Dear Dr. Andrea Rossi,

    1. Is the issue about overproduction of electricity or underproduction of electricity?
    2. Will use of fuel cell as an intermediary instead of a battery help solve the issue?
    3. Will a more controlled and limited (to say 10% or 27%) output used to generate hydrogen to be sold at existing “gas stations” offer an alternatively equivalent or better solution?

    Thank you.

If you run into a no-solution space, please let me know. I’m a creative resolution finder. Perhaps the time has come for me to offer some active help.

    Sincerely,
    `LilyLover

    @Urbano,
    Great comment, I agree
    Roberto

  • Urbano

    Dr Rossi,
I appreciate the integrity at the base of the delay of the Ecat powered EV demonstration: in analogous cases every serious company normally behaves like you did.
Good luck for to resolving the problems emerged from repeated tests.
    All the best,
    Urbano

  • Andrea Rossi

    Koen Vandewalle:
You are mistaken; as a matter of fact we are resolving the problem returning to that paper and its implications.

  • cesare

Dear Dr Rossi, is this a malfunction or a STOP suggested / imposed by car manufacturers who see a decline in sales of EV cars? Best Regards, Cesare

  • Koen Vandewalle

    Dear Andrea Rossi,

Since you have immediately halted or had to halt all functioning E-Cat SK versions, I am actually concerned about something very serious regarding the operating principle of the reactors themselves. I assume that no explanation or solution can be found in the insights according to the publication at https://www.researchgate.net/publication/330601653_E-Cat_SK_and_long-range_particle_interactions.

Please let me know that I am mistaken.

    Concerned regards,
    Koen

  • Jean Paul Renoir

The 207 days of uninterrupted streaming 24 hours per day on two channels – Youtube and Twitch – have given enough evidence of the Ecat’s SSM fueling the lamp connected to it, considering the Ecat’s weight – about a hundred of grams – and the clear absence of any other source of power.
A battery with the same weight would not last more than a couple of days, even assuming a 1 W lamp.
    Period.

    R. Brand:
Thank you for your kind opinion: in fact we do not want money until we deliver.
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • R.Brand

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
i am confident that you and your team will reach the goal because the ecat/LED worked for months.
I can hear the detractors and doubters, but it is not a fraud because you have never ask for money in advance.
So i wish you success and maybe the next term will be in november 2023.
    Best regards
    R.Brand

  • Maico

    Dear, Doctor Rossi,

It’s been a while since I intervened/asked questions on your blog… but after reading your “communication” yesterday, very serious, transparent, and respectful towards those who have been following you for several years, I immediately wanted to write to you to declare my support very openly 😉

The “critical” event that happened to you, of whatever nature it was, must not have been “trivial”, given that you felt obliged to inform us that the demonstration of the Ecat-EV, scheduled for the 20th of October, would have been moved to a “date to be determined”.

I can’t imagine how big the financial investments you made were to prepare that day in the best possible way, in addition to the personal investment both in terms of time and stress to ensure that this demo could be perfect….

I can therefore only try to imagine his great disappointment in having to make that announcement, so brief but “sincere and profound”. Announcement, which I repeat honors her for her correctness and transparency towards those like me who have been following and supporting her for years 😉

Let me say that, as those who have followed you for years like me know very well, you are moving in a territory that is at most unexplored, a territory which, once explored and “colonised” by you, has all the prerequisites for becoming the new Eden!!!

Whatever happened to you, I don’t think I should be the one to tell you that “these are things that can happen”, especially when it has to do with “Your new Physics”, exploiting which your Ecat Mini SKlep manages to extract more ‘ energy than that used for the extraction itself.

You have already demonstrated in the past that the words “give up/surrender/renounce” are not part of your vocabulary, and I am sure that this new challenge that has arisen before you will not only be overcome by you very brilliantly, but will give a further incentive to be able to reach the so-called perfection with his Ecat Mini SKlep!!!, so that when it finally comes out on the market there will be no problems of any kind…… 😉

Honestly, given his tenacity in pursuing the objectives he sets himself, I am sure that within a short time, with his classic enthusiasm that he has always shown when he achieves his objectives, he will make the announcement that we are all waiting for, and that is that what happened yesterday was completely understood in its “entirety” and definitively and brilliantly resolved!!!

And this announcement on the “problem definitively overcome” will lead to the more than natural consequence of announcing the new programming date of the even more stimulating demonstration of the Ecat-EV!!!

Demostration that, I am sure, will be able to bring its Ecat SKLep SSM to world fame and therefore quickly reach the million pre-orders (100W model or 10 million pre-orders of Mini SKlep SSM 10W model, or any mix between the 2 models), and consequently to the start of production and subsequent delivery worldwide!!!

Honestly, I don’t think I’m fantasizing too much, I don’t need a “crystal ball” to imagine this near future, in fact I’m sure that what has just been described above will be realized in its entirety very soon!!!

    Best regards

    Ciao Maico

  • Frank Acland

    Dear Andrea,

Since the problem occurred with the E-Cat under test, are you any closer to understanding the cause of the issue you encountered?

    Best wishes going forward,

    Frank Acland

Thank you for your empathic comment; I am delight ed to say that we are receiving many emails on the same wavelength,
    Warm Regards,
    A.R.

  • Roberto

    Dr Rossi,
I appreciate your serious and professional behavior, holding on with the operating Ecats due to the fact that safety issues emerged: this gives evidence of your intellectual honesty and of the genuinity and candor of you as a person. It is normal that new products show issues and that they are retired from the market to resolve the issue, all the serious companies did and are doing do the same.
I bet you will not give up and proceed to the success of your important invention.
    With empathy,
    Roberto

  • Jan Šrajer

    Mr.Rossi
Defects in prototype testing are common, and it’s good that they show up. They do not occur in practical operation. Your tests have probably been running for a long time, so this glitch won’t affect a successful demo. You will surely solve it.
    Warm Regards J.Š.

  • Italo R.

    Dear Dr. Rossi,
After the bad news, the good one is knowing that you don’t give up and are working hard to solve the unexpected problem.
